Highly recommend going to Nick and Daniel they will take care of you and know what they are doing they are a master of their craft. They even went out of their way to take care of my issue that they normally don't deal with, it can be a hassle dealing with the court system but they took care of everything for me and I am very thankful! Jonathan helped me out with a workers comp case that just concluded recently. I would like to start off by saying that Jonathan is a needle in a haystack when it comes to communication! I hired Mr. Jarrod Wilfert for a DUI with injury case. This case was over two years old and even though I originally was told, I passed the sobriety test and did not get a DUI for some reason they decided to bring it back. Keep in mind, I had made several complaints about the police department, ignoring restraining order and allowing me to be abused. I had all the evidence to show not only was I assaulted that same month which is why I tested positive for a medication. They didn’t decide to bring the charge back because I got an evading police charge because I have PTSD Which had already been communicated with the police department many times. I did not evade the police. I let the car roll forward while having a panic attack. I tried to make that case for the police Evasion case Which should’ve been allowed because I really did have a mental health diagnose That I had been treated for four I had proof that I dealt with Negligence from the police and I put in reports. Nobody cared they wouldn’t let me make those arguments and they let me get a conviction which made them review the dui Decide to charge me. I had proof that I was assaulted that same month that I put in a complaint to the police department because the police who responded was friends with my ex who was my abuser. I also had proof that my car was rear-ended just a couple weeks before, and I took it into a mechanic who said that if it continued to Have break problems To bring it in, I had text messages with the owner of the car telling him that I thought I needed to bring it back in. I was on my way to the mechanic when the accident happened. I passed a sobriety test, and my roommate was with me when I passed it But for some reason, two years later during court They changed it And it said I did not pass. These were all viable arguments I could’ve brought in front of a jury But was advised not to because Mr. Wilfert told me he believed I could get it reduced to a misdemeanor, And from what I understand that would’ve this dismissed The whole case. While going through all this, I had to watch my abusive ex get hate crime And then get them dismiss due to mental health problems. Which he only saw because he was court ordered too, But as a woman who deals with a real medical condition and pays out-of-pocket for my my treatments Wasn’t the same treatment within my own community because apparently I’m a bad woman who needs to take a accountability. Besides all this There was several mistakes made with my case. For some reason, the police were very eager to have me go into the jails, So I was requesting house arrest, especially because of Covid. Mr. Wilford receptionist told me she was sending in the paperwork, right away. But after contacting the sheriffs department, I found out the paperwork was never turned in, I had to fill out the paperwork myself And turn it in last minute. If I didn’t persistently I would’ve had to go into the jails at one of the most dangerous times during Covid. Months later, I had texted Mr. Wilford because he told me to text him anytime, I texted him four times in one month Because the judge told me if I did everything within months, He would reduce the charge to a misdemeanor And get me off probation. So I was excited and I was texting him trying to get information on meeting up to discuss this. He never responded and you see me get concerned as if I thought something happened to him. For our case, dealing with the juvenile court, Mr. Wilfert seemed very unprepared. We would basically get information the day that we were in front of the judge, and the DA pretty much ran the show.
It is a misrepresentation that Mr. Wilfert states that he will fight for you, and is knowledgeable because he used to be police officer and a DA himself, because he lets the court decide and have control of your case, thus your destiny.
I had to start calling Mr. Wilfert's office and demand that he would communicate and tells anything about our case.
If your case is serious and you are looking for an attorney that is going to fight for you, and present a good defense, communicate with you about your case, do yourself a favor, and do not hire Wilfert Law.

I don't know where to start. From day zero when I interviewed with Bill he was very professional, direct, honest, forthright, etc. I did a lot of research prior to interviewing Bill Blasser to represent me in my case where at the time with my daughter was in jeopardy. I have family and friends that told me many things about what could happen because for many years well into elementary school her mother and I did everything word of mouth i.e. child support, schedule, etc. I've dealt with attorneys in my line of business and didn't know what to expect from a family attorney. I read all the Yelp reviews prior to interviewing Bill and everything ended up being inline and very accurate with people's comments (well at least the good ones). In my case many false claims were made about me from her mother. Over unfortunately a year period (by no ones fault) I worked with Bill to supply him with facts of what transpired between my daughter's mother and I.. and at the end of the day IN COURT, Bill as a great attorney as he is, ripped through her lies with his questioning and fact gathering. As an eye witness and through my experience with business, Bill killed it. He unraveled the truth and understood the judge to some degree and got me 50/50! My family and friends were ecstatic with the results! I actually couldn't believe it, but if it wasn't for Bill's legal skills and determination I don't think I would have had the results I wished for from the beginning. In September 2023, my brother (25, from Arizona) got arrested (in San Francisco, California) after attempting to enter a conference within a community both of us grew up in and have been apart of since 2008. His car keys were knocked out of his suit pants during a tackle incident at the security clearance after he had trouble leaving when asked. According to my brother there was a misunderstanding of an email conflicting with him not being invited to the conference. After being tackled and handcuffed, he told the officers he had a concealed firearm in his vehicle, 5 minutes away, as he felt it was a danger for his keys to be off of his person. I was at this conference, and saw some of this happen live. My peers in our place of work were laughing, and making memes about this for months. There are many videos and pictures of the whole ordeal.
They put 6 charges on him that night, including "possession of armor piercing ammunition" and "high capacity magazines"
The SF media created a narrative off of the charges and the prosecution ran with it moving to deny bail within the first week, just as my family was even beginning to cope with this new reality. Public consensus of the incident caused a rift in the community between those who knew him for years prior and know he would never do what was being inferred by the media, and those who didn't know him and were led to believe it. Our family used this as fuel to ensure we stuck with this case mentally and financially, no matter how hard it felt and how much of an uphill battle it was at times.
We went through two public defenders, and another private attorney before landing on Nechay Law in late March 2024. Nechay tried many angles of defense for this non violent gun storage charge. All previous charges except "having a concealed firearm in a vehicle" were wiped, and the remaining was moved to a misdemeanor which a change of plea got him out of jail after 1 year, 4 days.
The prosecution was going for conviction on the felony level to get him 6 years, based upon the narrative they shaped up. Nechay (even after 7 months of other attorneys handling the case) was able to reverse and put to rest the previously life ruining, retribution hungry narrative.
The best scenario out of all of this is he will be getting more familial attention and help to deal with previous traumas such as a car crash that totaled his very expensive car, two home break-ins, and his business faltering. Rebuilding for him will be a hard but rewarding journey, and Nechay has allowed that second chance of the sanctity of life to happen through her expertise. I cannot recommend enough. Our family is eternally grateful for Valery and her firm's service.

The worst experience ever!! They did not help me at all whatsoever. They’re all about money. He would tell me one thing and in court say another. Very poor effort in their part. Lying two both parties me and my ex partner just so we can fight. They send me emails of their breakdown while doing the math nothing added up they charge for texts I didn’t reply to, calls I didn’t answer and conversations I never had with him. The few times I would answer they exceed the minutes so they can charge me more I know because I took the time to look at my phone bill and it was not close to what they had on the breakdown. They try to put fear in you so you can feel pressured to disagree with the other party. Overall worst service ever especially his secretary Rose Mary. They made the process so long, longer then it should have been because I had to do my part in gathering information for them. For me to coming to an agreement for the settlement. They kept pushing it back and postponing it just to charge more. I HIGHLY recommend do not get them or waste your money or the stress level they create.
