Cassone Law Offices was contacted in September of 2021 to take on my case involving a house purchase on a land contract. I invested over $30,000 into remodeling the property but, unfortunately, misplaced some receipts and could only find documentation for $21,000. Michael Perry, who was selling me the house, requested pictures of the remodeling. Shockingly, he then used those pictures to sell the house out from under me and my three children.
When I initially spoke with an attorney from Cassone Law Offices, they assured me it was an open and shut case. Fast forward three years, and I still haven't received any compensation. The man who scammed me out of my savings has since inherited a considerable amount of money, yet it's a struggle to get any response from Cassone Law Offices or see any progress in my case.
It seems that everything went downhill for me when they lost their paralegal, Lisa D. Despite the lack of results, I keep receiving bills from the office claiming I owe money. I only want to recover the money I invested in the house, which was in a blighted condition until I fixed it up. My family and I ended up living in a hotel for a year after the house was sold out from under us. I don't know what to do anymore, and I'm deeply frustrated and upset by the lack of action and communication from Cassone Law Offices.

Divorce is never easy...however I am very thankful for Ms. Suzanne and her team who helped me through the process! Throughout my divorce they were professional and compassionate. Any issues that arose were handled in a timely manner. My calls & emails were always returned. That meant a lot.

David Abromowitz was the lawyer I hired to help set up my IV Hydration and Vitamin Infusion business. He charged me quadruple what was discussed (quoted me 3.5-5K - charged me over 20K and I paid a final amount of OVER 12k - astronomical amount) and took 3 times as long to complete the job. Three other nurses in my coaching group (NursePreneurs) had similar experiences with him and another nurse, coincidentally, came forward today from a different IV Hydration/Vitamin Infusion business reporting the same story. RNs - be warned! He is dishonest and will overcharge you! I notified the BBB but his response was "I'm sorry she didn't understand". You and I both know the truth, Mr. Abromowitz. You were intentionally dishonest. It's people like you that give lawyers a bad name. All these RNs trusted you, I trusted you. She was too rude even to answer any questions and never answered my calls after the original consultation . She then claimed to have sent me several emails and demanded that I answer her (her way to get rid of me as a client) to sever her services; at this point, I realized it was best to cut my losses and get a lawyer who cared. Please don't waste your time with this one; she is a high-priced waste of your time.

Horrible lawyer and horrible firm. All they are good for is lying and taking your money will not check their email but will sure send you a bill… I went into their office with a referral for Eimear and asked for Eimear specifically and was pushed off onto this Briana , every time I spoke to her about a subject it was like it was the first time, she really knows how to milk a person for money should have gotten rid of her much sooner but when I went into their office both her and Eimear made big promises that even though I had come to them and was very honest that I was flat broke, I could not afford to pay off my ex to save my house they assured me that they knew ways around it and not to worry, they could take care of it… well I learned with these compulsive liars if its sounds to good to be true it is…
Thanks to Briana, I had my boat impounded, will probably loose my dog, have lost priceless possessions and my wife has been in contempt several times and Brianna just acts like its not a big deal and any competent lawyer would have fought for me no matter how much information that I gave her she would do nothing with it. I would speak to other lawyers about her, and they would ask, “What is she doing”? she honestly had the nerve to lecture me about not sending me her a discovery for court that we had spoken on the phone about that I had sent her but she was just too lazy to check her email for I guess it wasn’t a check, so it wasn’t important to her…
Please do not hire this firm they are liars and frauds they are only after your money they are never in the office and do not care about your case, I learned this the hard way…

About 15 years ago Elizabeth represented me in a custody issue. I didn't get custody but I did get visitation with my great nephew which I was told was unheard of. I had the same visitation as if I were his parent. Thank you Elizabeth. If I know of anyone who needs an attorney I tell them to call you.

My case was unique in Ohio. As a WA state grandma I was seeking visitation for my granddaughter. I chose Virginia through the internet. Always Virginia was very professional and very thorough. She mostly answered the phone herself and kept me on track; she was always available and sometimes with the three hour difference in time it was difficult for both of us. If she couldn't reach me then she would email promptly. I ended up stepping down from the case; knowing that we would most likely win; however the situation itself became a no-win situation. As in the beginning so was the ending, an honest, forthright attorney. I was never sorry that I chose Virginia to guide me through this journey. Thank you.

this attorney has the rudest front desk male rep. He kept losing my file and couldnt remember my payments or things we talked or done even a day before. I was able to speak to the attorney only 1 time. she wasnt receptive. She behaved as if she was too important for me. her front desk toldme last minute that she said that she couldnt take my case. later i found out the reason she stated for not taking my case was was totally OFF. OVER 5 other attorneys during FREE consultation gave me better information about my case. when i called back to let them know my findings her front desk started yelling . The divorce process is very stressful and the interaction with this attorney making the situation 100 TIMES more stressful and she has not even started the case! therefore i am looking for another attorney. smh

I don’t write bad reviews lightly, but I urge you to carefully consider before hiring Brittany Gregorchik for your child custody case. My experience was disappointing and frustrating, especially considering how crucial custody matters are.
I found Ms. Gregorchik through a program called LegalShield, which promised a free consultation with an attorney. However, from the start, she was neither informative nor willing to consult with me without an upfront payment of $2,500. Despite my reservations, I paid the fee immediately. It then took several days for her to respond.
When we finally discussed my case, I was clear about my expectations, but Ms. Gregorchik disregarded my input and failed to include key points in the court documents. After the documents were submitted, I heard nothing for two weeks. I emailed her for an update but received no response. Frustrated, I contacted the Clerk of Courts in my county, who informed me they had been trying to reach Ms. Gregorchik because she had not paid the required filing fee. Left with no other option, I paid the fee myself.
I then reached out to LegalShield, hoping they could prompt her to respond. Shortly after that, she called me, but the conversation was anything but professional. She was disrespectful, raised her voice, and told me she had "other things to do" than handle just my case. When I explained why I contacted LegalShield, she accused me of damaging our attorney-client relationship.
This lack of communication and professionalism continued throughout my time with her. In total, I may have spoken to her for about 20 minutes, and every interaction was negative. I ultimately hired a different lawyer who was experienced, attentive, and empathetic—qualities that Ms. Gregorchik sorely lacked.
Additionally, she tried to schedule the court hearing via Zoom, which was against my wishes. She was more concerned about avoiding the drive to my county than representing me in person as I requested. It was clear to me that she did not prioritize my case or my concerns.
While she may have passed the bar, that alone does not make her a competent or dedicated attorney. I strongly recommend seeking alternative representation if you are dealing with a sensitive issue like child custody. My experience was entirely negative, and I hope others can avoid the same frustrations.

Brian Burrier is an absolutely outstanding lawyer. He represented me in my divorce and a subsequent custody battle. Mr. Kunkel represented my brother on a traffic case. He failed to show up to court not notify my brother that he had to be in court. The judge issued a bench warrant on my brother and we did not find out till a month later. When we did we called him and his paralegal numerous times leaving many voicemails none to which to this date he has replied. We had to hire a different attorney to sort the whole mess out.

I don’t know why the other reviews are saying what they are. It sounds like the people who she did not favor in a case are upset about her decisions. There are multiple reasons as to why a parent may not be the primary custodian and she investigated these reasons thoroughly.

This woman had a bias against me from day 1 based on a lie that my ex told her. My ex is not stupid and clearly looked Rosemarie up on Facebook to realize what is important to her. She then formulated a lie so that Rosemarie would be against me from day 1. She never looked back. She continuously treated me like the bad guy throughout the year we were forced to work with her as our ad litem. I never stood a chance at maintaining the 50/50 time I had for 7 years prior. She ignored proof of emotional, mental, and physical abuse that my ex had subjected my daughter to all because of a personal bias against me. Rosemarie was out to get me just as much as my ex. If you are given a list of ad litems to choose from, AVOID THIS WOMAN AT ALL COSTS!

Karen is an amazing family law attorney who cares very much about the clients that she serves. She is highly knowledgeable about family law and specializes in working with clients who have dealt with domestic violence, and she works very hard to make sure that the best possible outcome happens in her cases. She is also very honest and upfront with her clients even if it is not what they want to hear, but is also very caring and compassionate at the same time. I was unfortunate to have Gall as the Magistrate presiding over my case. Clearly she has made a biased opinion before hearing both sides, made strange decisions about my case, but refused to explain her own opinion or any legal reasoning. Constantly rushed, interrupted, and cut off lawyers incessantly. She wants to be in control, but does not have the legal knowledge and does not project the intellect or authority to command or preside over a court of law.

DO NOT USE HEATHER GALL. In 2014 she helped my "father" get custody of me and I am now 18 years old. Because of her I dealt with years of abuse and trauma. She defended my abuser. It might be her job, but she ruined a child's life and caused me so much trauma. She didn't have to represent him, but she made that choice. Ignoring all the signs and let me be in an abusive home. DO NOT USE HER. Don't waste your money and find someone else. She needs her licenses removed because she knew he was abusing me, but she didn't care. She just kept defending him.

Siewert was hired to handle my case in 2013. From the very beginning he was unresponsive. I had several concerns but I tried very hard to work with him and have faith in his abilities. If you are currently in this situation with him, please learn from me. It almost cost me my freedom. In the end (2015), I fired Siewert due to his inability to execute and create a cohesive, well thought-out defense. I was absolutely terrified to see how he would perform in trial considering all of his poorly written motions he created and his inability to effectively negotiate with the prosecutor during Pre-trial Hearings. If you have a serious legal matter, this is NOT the attorney for you.

I have retained mike a total of 4 different occasions and everytime i would say he got me near to the best possible outcomes in each case. He conducts himself great in court ,highly respected inside the court rooms and known to get the desired results BUT.... I do have to say this , he will not return calls he will not tell you what he "thinks" will happen(so no reassurance of a good outcome) talk to his assistant more than you ever talk to him. So you never know what to expect or when to be prepared and/or to prepare your wife,family and friends.... But if you ask me he did right by me and he did right everytime i had court i just wanted to give a honest and detailed review for the next man/woman

One of the great attributes of Julia was she wanted to ensure a fair outcome for me, her client. She was very easy to speak with and seemed compassionate with my situation. With her experience, she provided invaluable insight and guidance to my situation that is currently leading to a satisfactory dissolution. She has the potential to be a very good lawyer. As of now, she does need to find a way to focus more on her client's needs. Her communication with me was very limited and at times neglectful. My assumption is she has too many irons in the fire. I felt my case was pretty simple, but was still drawn out because she took an extended amount of time to respond to my inquiries. With all divorces, they are expensive; the longer they are drawn out, the more expensive they are. I felt her delayed communication was a major hindrance to my dissolution and found it to be unacceptable in my situation. My recommendation to her is to reduce the number of clients she has. Great lawyers will have great communication with their clients.

Back on 2022, my car was vandalized. As a victim, I've never hear back from anyone, even though I called , left messages, and sent emails. The prosecutor went to a different area, and from the contacts provided that were handling the case, a request for status and restraining order was never acknowledge. As victim on case 22-ju-06267 and 22-ju-06254, I can attest that the Constitutional rights for Victims of Crime, was never followed.
