Dino Galardi is a fair attorney. I employed him for almost 2 full years. He did the best he could in representing me against 5 different attorneys my ex hired to attempt to financially ruin me. He is extremely honest and fair, the judges all respect him and his family’s reputation in the practice of law. Barry Wayne handled my settlement case, child custody & parenting plan. This was a very large investment for me, however Barry came through. He is very expensive, knowledgeable, and confident. He was sometimes hard to talk to but was a good listener and visionary. He got me a fair deal, about all anyone could ask for in my type of case. Highly recommended.

I wouldnt recommend this guy not even to my worst enemy. He represented me years ago. Took money up front didnt even get a receipt he had longer hair like a mullet almost back then. His partner warned me but i was really young I didn't know any better. My case was in my favor yet he was supper passive and complacent with what they were offering. He didnt counter or question the offer at all. I told him over and over no. Fight it!!! thats what im paying you for. Not to answer for me in court. Like stated above a public defender would of done better. He kept asking me for money at that point i decided to seek a second opinion/ consultation and cut my losses with him and luckily my new lawyer actually did his job and filed a motion had one court date and was offf clean . Case closed . Never again.

hired him 20yrs ago for a fraud case mind you the chiropractor that was defrauding kept her license while i was informed if you voluntary give up license you cant work in medical field.Was always late too all my hearings too laid back i would have gotten the same results from a public defender. i would have kept my license like the real fraudster did.

Doesn't provide enough information on your case at all, until you LOSE EVERYTHING. Doesn't have security parameters to protect all your personal information sent to him, amazing!!!
Bottom line one of the worse lawyers in Miami!!!

Mr. Kavulich may have a great deal of success in Real Estate law, but is a novice when it comes to matters in the Family Law arena. I retained Mr. Kavulich in my child custody and time sharing case back in 2009. I wasted three years of my time and money with Mr. Kavulich. In the end I withdrew from my case in May 2012. I have not seen my child in almost 2 years. I pay child support, but have zero rights and contact with my child. Mr. Kavulich did not help me gain any time sharing with my child in 2 and a half years as my attorney.

He is a Terrible divorce lawyer,I wouldn't recommend him to anyone.He doesn't return your phone calls or emails. My particular case was suppose to end when we went to mediation. I eventually found out he did not do what he claimed and now wont reply to any of my request. Yes, his cost is less expensive than others but in no way worth it!

Mr. Black handled an estate case where I served as P.R. It lasted almost 12 years, because of multiple beneficiaries with their own attorneys, and many complexities. There are too few probate judges in Miami so all cases take a long time. Mr. Black is very knowledgeable about FL statutes and case law and was able to dismiss tens of thousands of charges from unscrupulous and incompetent creditors. His hourly rate is quite reasonable considering his skill level and I feel that he didn't bill for many hours that he spent. He has a good memory, a good demeanor, and professional appearance.

I am completely dissatisfied with his "representation" of my case. Upon our initial consultation he seemed willing to fight for me and I foolishly trusted him. He would tell me "dont worry I'll handle everything" after I delved a lot of personal information relevant to my case. He failed to represent me and fight for me. He was extremely hard to reach. Everytime I would call he would either be "in court" or it was a "bad time" and would promise he'd call me back at a more convenient time. There were tons of emails that I sent without so much as a response. He is a very unprofessional attorney who just shoved my file under desk paperwork. I had finally gotten so fed up that I fired him and was still presented with an invoice for services that were not rendered. SEEK ANOTHER ATTORNEY FOR REPRESENTATION! HE IS THE WORST!

I have been waiting for more than 2 years for a case to go to family court, and nothing has been done yet. At the beginning I thought he was going to be great, but after more than 2 years waiting, I am fed up. It is all about Money with these lawyers, he charged me a retainer fee of $3000, and let me tell you, it has been nothing but headaches and stress. Nothing has been done! I believe $3000 is a lot of money and it has gone to waste.

McKenna was "handling" our condo's delinquent units and did not take aggressive action; our position was compromised because he didn't pay attention to facts.
He was also hired for an eviction. A year later, he's made no progress. He's forgetful, lacks motivation to represent his client, took the money, no diligence.
Terrible at following up. Even gives wrong legal advice.
Maybe he's good at title transactions but I wouldn't trust his work on anything.

I regret every cent and second spent dealing with Claudia as my legal representation.
She took my retainer fee and went on to do the bare-minimum of filing some paperwork with the court. She did not work my case, she barely communicated or responded to me most of the time, made me send a ridiculous amount of emails, texts, and calls to get any type of response out of her. After weeks, sometimes over a month, I would be forced to try following-up again to ask about the updates and particulars about my case. After avoiding me for weeks at a time, I get nothing but excuses, her missing appointments and meetings and document deadlines with no reasonable answer as to why.
The entire time while I'm fighting this custody battle for my daughter... i have her lack of communication, feeding me false hope, finance siphoning, and her wanna-be Instagram influencer posts on "how to be a good lawyer" or "how to get through a custody battle" while she's ignoring me and my situation.
I now have been forced to retain a new lawyer and was informed as to how objectively terrible her method and performance was. I was at risk of my case being dismissed, and all the work I've done thus far being destroyed due to a document filing deadline that she/we/I almost missed due to the lack of communication from Claudia.
She made my already pretty terrible situation much worse. Lesson Learned.

Mr Bluestein artificially extended the process of divorce to almost two years to secure a steady flow of fees from me even though it was a simple and straight case (had prenup). I ended up switching lawyers, after the change i was successfully divorced in two months. He did not work for my interests just for himself.

I would not recommend this attorney to anyone, not even to my worst enemy. I am still wondering how can this “attorney” practice the law after he swore an Oath? I paid him $5,000 to represent me on a civil case – foreclosure, and I ended up filing for a bankruptcy because he took my money, and did not fight for my rights. He kept all my legal documents, and did never called me back. Also, after my first 30 minutes of free consultation were almost over, he reminded how time is money and he’d charge $350 an hour. This person has a lack of character.
