THE ABSOLUTE WORST LAWYER I HAVE EVER CAME CONTACT WITH. Have been in a case with them for about two years and they have not filed a single file for me. For the past two years I’ve gotten billed monthly for absolutely nothing. ZERO. Do not trust these people. Take your business somewhere else. Besides the fact that they will bill you for doing nothing for you the main lawyer hung is an absolute disgrace to other lawyers. He is disrespectful and insulting. I have never experienced a more disrespectful business. DISGUSTING.

Although my divorce was pretty simple it was still alittle stressful. She made me feel extremely at ease. Divorce is an unpleasant situation to be in as it is. The hiring of an attorney may be another uncomfortable situation. This was the worst experiece I have had. In my divorce he helped me get NO alimony, NO child support and less than 50% custody. He told me fathers have no rights and yet as a mom I got less than he did! He promised me all kinds of things but in the end I got nothing. I do not recommend hiriing him, nor did he keep me informed of what was going on.

Divorce is about the worst experience one could imagine, particularly when children are involved. Its also very expensive. I found the team to be very smart and highly tactical with all issues encountered. It was clear that in court the Orshan team is well respected and I believe that created an opportunity to settle in the end. In what is always a lose lose proposition Orshan was able to position the financial aspects of my divorce to where I could easily move forward and rebuild my life from a very strong base.

Barry Wayne handled my settlement case, child custody & parenting plan. This was a very large investment for me, however Barry came through. He is very expensive, knowledgeable, and confident. This lawyer does not explain how to fill out the documents required. They will require you to make all communications through email. So if you are asking how to fill it out, they will charge per email at their rate per hour. This will get very expensive because they will only answer the questions you ask. Also, every time they need to communicate with you that is another charge. They provide very limited information so you can continue to email them. If other lawyers are involved then every time this lawyer speaks to another lawyer about your case, you will also be charged. Basically just charging the most, because they can. Instead of reducing the cost to the client by minimal communication and providing all the tools necessary upfront, they take advantage of the client. I was very disappointed.

In matters of divorce, Mr. Kavulich represents his client's best interest well. Mr. Kavulich may have a great deal of success in Real Estate law, but is a novice when it comes to matters in the Family Law arena. I retained Mr. Kavulich in my child custody and time sharing case back in 2009. I wasted three years of my time and money with Mr. Kavulich. In the end I withdrew from my case in May 2012. I have not seen my child in almost 2 years. I pay child support, but have zero rights and contact with my child. Mr. Kavulich did not help me gain any time sharing with my child in 2 and a half years as my attorney.

Stolle Trustee money, lied to me. I know at least of other 2 victims.
Took case what she was not qualified to. Tried to get more money from the case what already been lost because she never paid Trustee, knownly the case cannot be reopened since nobody showed at the hearing. Told me not to go to the hearing and tried to charge me agin. After all sent me fraudulent invoice with fraudulent charges on flat fees which already been paid as agreed. She should not be licensed and must be disbarred.

I eventually found out he did not do what he claimed and now wont reply to any of my request. Yes, his cost is less expensive than others but in no way worth it!

Mr. Black handled an estate case where I served as P.R. It lasted almost 12 years, because of multiple beneficiaries with their own attorneys, and many complexities. There are too few probate judges in Miami so all cases take a long time. Mr. Black is very knowledgeable about FL statutes and case law and was able to dismiss tens of thousands of charges from unscrupulous and incompetent creditors. His hourly rate is quite reasonable considering his skill level and I feel that he didn't bill for many hours that he spent. He has a good memory, a good demeanor, and professional appearance.

I am completely dissatisfied with his "representation" of my case. Upon our initial consultation he seemed willing to fight for me and I foolishly trusted him. He would tell me "dont worry I'll handle everything" after I delved a lot of personal information relevant to my case. He failed to represent me and fight for me. He was extremely hard to reach. Everytime I would call he would either be "in court" or it was a "bad time" and would promise he'd call me back at a more convenient time. There were tons of emails that I sent without so much as a response. He is a very unprofessional attorney who just shoved my file under desk paperwork. I had finally gotten so fed up that I fired him and was still presented with an invoice for services that were not rendered. SEEK ANOTHER ATTORNEY FOR REPRESENTATION! HE IS THE WORST!

I have been waiting for more than 2 years for a case to go to family court, and nothing has been done yet. At the beginning I thought he was going to be great, but after more than 2 years waiting, I am fed up. It is all about Money with these lawyers, he charged me a retainer fee of $3000, and let me tell you, it has been nothing but headaches and stress. Nothing has been done! I believe $3000 is a lot of money and it has gone to waste.

Call was assigned to me as a public defender for my case and did nothing for nine months and two weeks before trial without preparing wanna me to instead please guilty. He was highly incompetence in my case and I do not recommend him.

McKenna was "handling" our condo's delinquent units and did not take aggressive action; our position was compromised because he didn't pay attention to facts.
He was also hired for an eviction. A year later, he's made no progress. He's forgetful, lacks motivation to represent his client, took the money, no diligence.
Terrible at following up. Even gives wrong legal advice.
Maybe he's good at title transactions but I wouldn't trust his work on anything.

Mr Bluestein artificially extended the process of divorce to almost two years to secure a steady flow of fees from me even though it was a simple and straight case (had prenup). I ended up switching lawyers, after the change i was successfully divorced in two months. He did not work for my interests just for himself.

I would not recommend this attorney to anyone, not even to my worst enemy. I am still wondering how can this “attorney” practice the law after he swore an Oath? I paid him $5,000 to represent me on a civil case – foreclosure, and I ended up filing for a bankruptcy because he took my money, and did not fight for my rights. He kept all my legal documents, and did never called me back. Also, after my first 30 minutes of free consultation were almost over, he reminded how time is money and he’d charge $350 an hour. This person has a lack of character.
