I was going through a drawn out divorce that would not end! Finally, I decided to switch attorneys. I am so glad I did! Alejandra is a professional, level-headed, and honest person. Divorce cases can be so stressful, and even more so during your search for lawyers. It is difficult to find a lawyer in which you feel confident in that they will try their best to fulfill your needs, as if it were their own. I had a few disappointing consultations with previous firms during my search. When I came across Ms. Ross, I felt comforted immediately as she received me with great patience and a caring ear. Ms. Ross very knowledgeable in the law, informed me about what could be done in my favor and the possibility of future settlements in the case. Ms. Ross and her firm continuously kept in touch, she is easy to contact, and even more open to availability depending on the severity of your concern (being that they are scheduled for hearings and meetings throughout the day) I was very happy with the outcome of the case in which Ms. Ross also helped avoid costs by preventing mediation if we could settle through alternative resolution.
If you wish to have someone knowledgable, caring and agressive if need be. I highly recommend Ms. Ross!!

Before finding Jesse Valiente, I had spent a lot of money on an attorney who actually made my case worst to say the least. My case was a little tedious on how to address/fix certain issues and get it to work to my favor. Considering I signed a poor written parenting plan. I met Mr. Valiente at the Law Office of Barry A. Yablen in 2018. At first, I have to admit, it felt weird that someone a lot younger than me would be handling my case. I hired Mark Dachs as my lawyer last year for my very difficult divorce agreement modification case. Not only he did outstanding job resolving all the issues I needed, but also fixing the missing cables my previous lawyers had loose in my case. I retained Mr. Gonzalez for a criminal case where I was accused of shoplifting. It is a long story, but my 2 year old daughter had something in the stroller that I did not know about. Mr. Gonzalez reviewed the matter with me and gave me excellent advice. He told me that I could go to trial and that my chances of winning at trial were excellent, but that the State of Florida does not permit the sealing or expungment of a jury acquital. While I was angry at the whole process and at first thought that Mr. Gonzalez was just trying to avoid taking my case to trial, I came to realize that I could not have paid a million dollars for this advice and had a better result. Mr. Gonzalez took a lot of grief from me and at some point stopped taking my calls because I was simply too emotional about the whole thing. Mr. Gonzalez's advice never changed no matter how much I raised different issues about my case. When we showed up to court it was clear that the Court and the State Attorney knew Mr. Gonzalez very well and rolled the red carpet out for him. I did not matter that we had not spoken for a month. He was in court and I just did what he told me. I accepted the diversion program, the case was dismissed and Mr. Gonzalez handled the expungment. That was about a year ago. I recently received a job offer from a major financial institution which required a background check. I stated as advised by Mr. Gonzalez that I had never been arrested or convicted of any crimes involving theft, dishonesty, or fraud. I am now living in New York City in my dream job with lots of responsibility and great income. All I can do is say Thank You!
