I can only say, with all my heart, thank you very much! I came to see Attorney Marilyn Colon's after having hired two different attorneys who I felt were not representing me to their best extent.
On the first visit, I saw how professional attorney Colon was and as well as her team. She was surprised by the situations in my case and I remember her reassuring words; "You are a good father and you will have time that you deserve with your daughter."
She took all of my information about my case and started working right away. The first thing she did was send several friendly proposed agreements to the opposing attorney to avoid unnecessary expenses and as to not continue wasting time. This showed me that she was an honest professional and that she did not want to take my case just for the money. She knew the other attorney very well so she organized a great defense for my case.
In a matter of days, I began to see results. Her style of work was flawless. We began to defend ourselves from the other party's attacks with great precision.
We started to move forward and attorney Jenifer Betancourt took on my case with attorney Colon. I was surprised how she knew all the data, all the background, dates. She advised me well and explained the options to be able to finish my case and thus to not continue generating more expenses. I used Fausto for two real-estate investments properties, commercial lease negations and assistance with current commercial landlords for my businesses. Fausto has always been able to achieve the desired result with everything I have given him. THE ABSOLUTE WORST LAWYER I HAVE EVER CAME CONTACT WITH. Have been in a case with them for about two years and they have not filed a single file for me. For the past two years I’ve gotten billed monthly for absolutely nothing. ZERO. Do not trust these people. Take your business somewhere else. Besides the fact that they will bill you for doing nothing for you the main lawyer hung is an absolute disgrace to other lawyers. He is disrespectful and insulting. He is so detail oriented and determined. He take took my case on with great care. My life was a train wreck because of four years of abusive litigation and having been previously represented by incompetent lawyers. I felt to safe being advocated by him and he was able to turn things around and stop the bullying from my ex and his evil attorney. Thank you, William. I wish I found you 4 years ago and spent the $150,000.00 on your firm instead of the crooks I had beforehand. Thankfully, my case and costs stopped dragging on and we was worth every penny and more.
