I rarely give reviews but Lauren is God sent! Lauren gladly took my case after my previous lawyer was unable to finalize my case for over 6 months. This lawyer is money driven with no compassion to add to her clients/cases. Lauren has deleted all negative reviews to maintain an image that’s not true. I feel, Lauren focuses on cases that’s going to make her a lot of money while taking from the “lesser amount” cases.
My case with Lauren was rushed through with little to no explanation. For a first timer, going through a custody battle, my experience was horrible. I lacked communication with my lawyer. Mediation was scheduled at the last minute, for her convenience, and it was rushed. Things I requested, that I have in an email sent by her confirming this portion will be incorporated, never was added to my final agreement.
Make sure to ask questions and take your time. Your voice matters. Don’t let a lawyer rush you through a divorce and/or child support agreement. This is my experience and mine only. Please take notes from my review so you don’t get the same treatment, I received.

Best attorney ever!!!! I am a college student in a nursing program that experienced unprofessional treatment from a professor. Not only was I treated horribly, but due to the fact that I spoke up and reported the professor’s inappropriate behavior I was unfairly treated and punished. We sought Dave to help us work out an IEP that had proven very difficult and had medically necessary requirements. He was up front, honest, determined and compassionate. He cared, truly cared about our child's well being, which is something I didn't prepare myself for. He's wicked smart but as a bonus he's also hilarious! He kept us at ease and walked us through the process. When it came time for the ARD, he was the utmost professional and helped to steer the conversation towards what was best for our situation in a firm but respectful way against opposition. We would never have been as successful as we were if it hadn't of been for Dave.
Having to involve lawyers isn't something anyone wants to be in a position to have to do; but if that's your situation there's no one I'd recommend more than Dave. We absolutely love him and wish we had known him years ago for family law!

First I wanna start out by saying Trish and Courtney are absolute rockstars in the Gioffredi & Associates office. They answered every question I had, walked me through what the legal process steps were and what Mr. Gioffredi was doing for my case. They never had an issue with my calls throughout the entire process and helped keep me calm and stress free. As far as Mr. Gioffredi, he is a 5 star lawyer all day, he walks the walk and talks the talk with nothing but confidence. Very knowledgeable and professional every time I spoke with him. This was the first time I’ve ever been involved in the justice system and he kept me calm and confident that everything would work out and had my case dismissed before it even went to trial. 5 out of 5 would recommend Mr. Gioffredi and his team if you need a lawyer in the DFW metroplex.

I was arrested for a DWI in march 2022 a whole nightmare for me found Gioffredi online read the reviews about him and saw he was the best attorney out here so I went ahead and reached out to him told me what I was expecting and what the consequences where. He definitely didn't disappoint his team is very professional and kind literally took care of my process. In my situation I am pleased with the results if I ever need him again hopefully I wont but if I do I'll go with him. Mona Hosseiny-Tovar represented me in my divorce. Anytime I had a question or needed anything she was always quick to respond and didn’t mind answering any of my “dumb questions”.
