I’ve spoke to Dwight now two separate times about two different issues I was having and he was able to help me out with both!! He doesn’t charge you hundreds of dollars just so you can ask a few questions. He actually listens to what’s you’re going through and lets you know if he can or cannot help you out. He’s knowledgeable. He’s honest and fair and lets you know if something is going to be a waste of time, for you or him. He doesn’t sugar coat things, he tells you how it is. At the end of the day, if you NEED someone to represent you, Dwight will be there!! Now keep in mind, you get what you pay for so, if it’s important to you, it’s important to him but Obvi, it’s going to come with a cost. Just like ANYTHING worth having!!!

About a year ago in March I was struck by a snowboarder and suffered several injuries, a laceration between my eyes resulting in 12 stitches, a broken nose, two death teeth, torn pcl/lateral meniscus and broken patella. I also had blood clots for 6 months. It was an event that turned my life upside down and I truly felt helpless. I am forever grateful to Evan and the team for representing me and ultimately come out on the other side vindicated. We were able to reach a settlement and I can't recommend them enough for anyone that is injured on the hill to call this firm!

I hired Spencer Kotnik to represent me in a disability lawsuit. Unfortunately, my experience with him was extremely negative. He seemed uninterested in my case and spent significant time rambling during our meetings. Despite multiple requests, he failed to improve his communication skills, which was particularly frustrating given my own disability. I no longer trusted Spencer or his firm, so I consulted with another Denver lawyer who took the time to review everything exchanged during the process. She encouraged me to ask Spencer specific questions, which he ignored until two days before my deadline. She agreed that he missed a few key points, was all over the place, and " his communication is not his strong point". Working with Spencer and his team left me stranded, frustrated, and unheard. I would not recommend their services to anyone, especially anyone with a disability.

If you find yourself in the unfortunate situation of needing a divorce attorney, I highly recommend this team. My father and brother hired Tyler to help him win his custody battle with his two young daughters. Tyler many times was very hard to get in touch with and would ignore phone calls over and over again. I kept telling my dad and brother that they needed to hire a new attorney because Tyler did not have my brothers best interest at heart. I wish they would’ve taken me a little more seriously however they felt they had invested so much money in him already that they stuck by him. Tyler showed no evidence in court to help my brother out… We submitted text messages, social media posts, conversations, photos of our family over the last 16 years with my brothers daughters, etc…Tyler used none of it in court. The end result were my nieces moving away with their mother to Illinois and pinning my brother as a bad father. He’s an amazing father. He just has a bitter and scorned ex-wife that wanted to hurt him and used their children for leverage. Do not hire Tyler if you are going through a custody battle with children… He does not care and will not show proof and documentation of what you give him to help your case out. He basically collected a paycheck and nothing more. Now my brother‘s daughters are in a fatherless environment because he failed to do his job properly.

Jake and his team took on my case when I had a hard time finding someone to represent me due to being in the military and moving out of state.
