I am a lawyer, though not a divorce lawyer.
When my daughter was a the start of her divorce proceeding, she asked if I knew any lawyer in the field. I spoke with a former colleague, a family lawyer who was about to retire, and she whole-heartedly recommended " a great younger lawyer" she had worked with -- Hayden.
My daughter interviewed and hired him. She was thrilled with him, commenting often on his expertise and, as important, his empathy. He took the time to listen and understand her concerns and problems.
Though she was Hayden's client, several times during her proceeding she asked Hayden to talk with me so I could provide my views to her. He was great from this fellow lawyer's perspective. His explanations were clear, very helpful and concise. (There are few things I hate more than a rambling lawyer who runs up the cost meter).
My daughter's proceeding ended very successfully a few weeks ago. I share her views that Hayden very effectively represented her interests and secured the best possible settlement. I will be forever grateful for his excellent representation of "my little girl."

I cannot say enough good things about Jason and his paralegal Jennifer.
I have had a protracted case with Jason going on 6 years now. I'm grateful I have him in my corner. Jason is an expert in this field of law and his command of the subject matter is unquestionable. His advice is always wise and on point. He's reasonable, fair, and interested in finding the best overall solution (for all parties). He is also not afraid to tell you like it is when you need to hear it. He has saved me from myself on multiple occasions.
He's clear, articulate, and efficient in the court room. He has a knack for cutting thru the minutia and homing in on the critical issues and what's necessary and prudent to argue them. And when he gets on a roll, it is amazing to watch, as stated I'm glad he's in my corner!
Jason's fees are reasonable. And it is clear he has my best interests at the forefront and never once has taken any action that could remotely be construed as having his bottom line in mind.
No one wants to need to retain an attorney for such an extended duration but I can honestly say I consider him a friend!

Few months ago I got a reckless driving ticket , I talked five or six lawyers before I decided on Mr.Clingan. it was my first time going to court for anything so I got a free consultation. Mr.Clingan took his time and gave me a very descriptive overview of my legal options , and what he could offer, his rates are very fair, and he doesn’t use fear tactics to get your business. Mr.Clingan is very responsive to texts/calls and he seems like one of the few who genuinely care about their client. I am extremely pleased with his services.
I also agree with the other 5 star reviewers he seems to be the best traffic attorney in the area. I’ll be referring him to any family or friends who end up in a similar situation.

I retained Mike and Rebecca to represent me in what even the presiding judge admitted was one of the most complex cases he'd ever seen. Basically, my ex spouse manufactured allegations against me which she used to remove our minor children from the Commonwealth to return to her home state without my knowledge or consent. I met Chanda after taking divorce classes at the Women's Center and hiring and firing two awful lawyers. The first was dishonest and the second was from a firm that charged a high retainer and exorbitant hourly fees and then took days/weeks to return emails. Another victory and an exemplary proof that nothing can beat Ms. Kinsey. My ex-wife who attempted to obtain a restraining order against me based on false allegations, has faced a humiliating defeat, where the court quashed her request citing that the allegations were not 'Credible'. This wouldn't have been possible without Ms. Kinsey's ability to effectively present the case and expose the lies.

My ex-wife tried to play yet another ploy, where she filed 'motion to rehear' to have the court reopen the child custody case citing falsely that she was coerced into signing the child custody documents earlier. Mrs. Boone was the only lawyer that listened to the details of my case and was willing to fight for child custody and argue a fault divorce. The other lawyers were more focused on how to divide financial assets. I needed a lawyer that felt I had a case and was willing to work for me, and not just do the easy stuff. Mrs. Boone did an amazing job proving inconsistencies in my ex's depositions, fighting for child custody, and sole use of the marital home during the PL hearing. The two opposing counsels that my ex hired were no match for Mrs. Boone. Although Mrs. Boone tried to avoid going to trial, she had no choice, and she was prepared for war. I decided to reach out and ultimately hire Ms. Pervaiz after receiving positive feedback from a friend. I am extremely happy with my decision because Ms. Pervaiz was very supportive and professional from beginning to end. At the time, I was in a very tight bind and conflicted on what to do next after reading about consequences that were levied on others in a similar situation to my own.
I knew that I wanted to hire Ms. Pervaiz after the initial consultation because she was confident and provided me assurance right away. She had handled similar cases in the past that yielded positive results so I was much more comfortable after reading all the horror stories online. After the initial consultation, she gave me a list of documents to obtain so she can review, understand, and fully assess my case.
After I sent over the documents, Ms. Pervaiz made herself available every day until my actual court date. This really put me at ease knowing that I could always reach out anytime I had any questions. I only called a few times mainly to ensure she had everything she needed but the initial checklist she gave me covered it all.
On the actual court date, we agreed to meet early to go over any final questions and to explain the process in the courtroom. She made it really easy for me as she did all of the talking. She laid out potential scenarios, explained the details of each situation, and asked what outcome I would prefer.

I started my divorce process with a lawyer who did not litigate, first of all because I felt that lawyer was highly qualified, but also because I believed that it would be best to try to mediate the settlement for the benefit of myself, my now ex, and for our three children. Unfortunately, and after nearly two years of trying, it became clear that my wife preferred the scorched earth approach and that I needed to hire a litigator. My lawyer recommended that I turn to Sarah Kuhns for the help I needed to bring things to closure.
Sarah quickly understood the dynamics of my case and brought to it her knowledge of negotiating under the threat of litigation. It was a much different approach than I had been trying to date, but Sarah had a detailed understanding of the litigation process as well as a great insight as to how decisions would be made if the case went to court. She provided me with excellent advice on when to accept a part of the other side’s offer, when to reject it, and when to press for my position. She offered advice and counsel and allowed me to make the decisions based on her input. Her understanding of some of the more complex aspects of my case were infinitely helpful to me, and when there was an issue where she had an industry contact to consult, she consulted them on my behalf.
