I decided to reach out and ultimately hire Ms. Pervaiz after receiving positive feedback from a friend. I am extremely happy with my decision because Ms. Pervaiz was very supportive and professional from beginning to end. At the time, I was in a very tight bind and conflicted on what to do next after reading about consequences that were levied on others in a similar situation to my own.
I knew that I wanted to hire Ms. Pervaiz after the initial consultation because she was confident and provided me assurance right away. She had handled similar cases in the past that yielded positive results so I was much more comfortable after reading all the horror stories online. After the initial consultation, she gave me a list of documents to obtain so she can review, understand, and fully assess my case.
After I sent over the documents, Ms. Pervaiz made herself available every day until my actual court date. This really put me at ease knowing that I could always reach out anytime I had any questions. I only called a few times mainly to ensure she had everything she needed but the initial checklist she gave me covered it all.
On the actual court date, we agreed to meet early to go over any final questions and to explain the process in the courtroom. She made it really easy for me as she did all of the talking. She laid out potential scenarios, explained the details of each situation, and asked what outcome I would prefer.
The case ended in a favorable outcome for which I am extremely grateful. I would gladly hire Ms. Pervaiz again and have recommended her to others.

Claudia saved my life! I met her at one of the lowest points in my life. My husband at the time left me with 2 kids, no family and/or financial assistance. I was far away from home. I started my divorce process with a lawyer who did not litigate, first of all because I felt that lawyer was highly qualified, but also because I believed that it would be best to try to mediate the settlement for the benefit of myself, my now ex, and for our three children. Unfortunately, and after nearly two years of trying, it became clear that my wife preferred the scorched earth approach and that I needed to hire a litigator. My lawyer recommended that I turn to Sarah Kuhns for the help I needed to bring things to closure.
Sarah quickly understood the dynamics of my case and brought to it her knowledge of negotiating under the threat of litigation. It was a much different approach than I had been trying to date, but Sarah had a detailed understanding of the litigation process as well as a great insight as to how decisions would be made if the case went to court. She provided me with excellent advice on when to accept a part of the other side’s offer, when to reject it, and when to press for my position. She offered advice and counsel and allowed me to make the decisions based on her input. Her understanding of some of the more complex aspects of my case were infinitely helpful to me, and when there was an issue where she had an industry contact to consult, she consulted them on my behalf.
As painful as the process was given my ex-wife’s approach, we were able to come to an agreement at the eleventh hour and arrive at a settlement before facing the judge. It was stressful, but I always felt I had good guidance from Sarah and that she had solid control of the issues at hand. I really do wish that I had done my research and gone to Mr.Kearney from the beginning. The first lawyer that I hired for my car accident was from a big name company in the area and a friend of mine who used to work for him recommended him so I thought what could go wrong. Practically everything from not getting back with me for two months, to asking me to resend paperwork that I had already sent in, to telling me that he doesn't believe that I would be getting much out of this case almost a year later! Changing over to Mr.James Kearney was a decision I made based off of the reviews on this site as well as his background info particularly the part related to him having worked on the side of the insurance company so he knew how they thought. If I had a question I think that the longest it took for him to get back with me was the days end but it was usually an immediate phone call or email. I also didn't feel as if I needed to constantly contact him as he kept me in the loop with my case every step of the way. I learned more about my case with him than I ever did with the previous lawyer. And I absolutely love how you get him directly and not a secretary that you hoped passed on the message to him. Since he doesn't take on more than a certain number of cases at a time he was able to make you feel like you were his only client. I wasn't just another case to him as he was very concerned about my injuries and hopes that I can get back to my profession some day. Regarding the case itself we settled for everything that we asked for! A far cry from the previous attorney saying that I wouldn't get much at all! He fought hard for us and we didn't even have to go to court. The last thing that I want to do is go through another car accident but if I did I know exactly who to call without hesitation and you better believe that I will be giving his info to anyone who might need his expertise. First of all, I did not want a divorce and when I met Susan and her team I was clear that I wanted to push for reconciliation. She agreed and the entire "tone" of the divorce was amicable. This was very important to me.
My wife hired a firm that was nasty from the start and Susan and her team kept our tone amicable which ended up making us look way better in mediation. Although divorce is expensive, I saved hundreds of thousands of dollars-really. Her team waded through the bogus claims of her counsel easily.

I reached out to Ms. Fogarty in regards to my divorce and custody situation. From the moment I sat down with Ms. Fogarty i knew she would be the best option to represent me after i initially consulted with 2 other family lawyers prior to meeting with Kate. I probably had one of the most trying years last year in 2012. Kate was the one saving grace I had when it appeared all the chips were stacked against me in my divorce and other matters with the court. Kate was very diligent and thorough in her representation of me and helped to keep me grounded when the opposing side was being unreasonable, under-handed, abusive, and just flat out lying. Kate was able to peel back the onion piece by piece until the real truth came out and the tables turned for good in my direction. In the end she was able to have my divorce over in 6 months on the nose, she ensured I retained my home, and ultimately kept me from having to pay much more then the original reasonable offer I gave my ex-wife at the start of our Divorce.
Kate is a wonderful attorney and I am just glad she was on my side during this process and not on my ex's. The old saying goes you get what you pay for, well, Kate was worth every penny I spent on her and then some. Lily Saffer is an excellent young lawyer with great legal skills, caring demeanor and strong customer skills. This young woman helped me defend against a Divorce proceeding being pushed by my wife's attorney. This attorney took advantage of my wife's health issues to push a case based on false information. The Divorce was eventually non-suited.

Ms. Saffer was handed a very complicated, long-running case when the prior attorney moved to another area in the country. Amazingly she quickly got up to speed on the many intricacies and prior twists and turns in my case. She also kept cool, calm and updated throught the a continued flow of orders and documents. I'm sorry to say that, even though I was married in the Catholic Church, my wife divorced me in March of this year, 2019. It was traumatic of course but Sharon Lieblich not only did a great job as a lawyer, but as a human being. I truly grew to love her. My brother was hit in the of his truck on duty. The defendant and the cop in charge of reporting the crime to the court have tried to intimidate and blame my brother to be at fault of the incident. We asked for Mr. Yeargan’s help and he fully represented my brother and won the case. My brother was not found guilty in anyways.

I got in my first major car accident last year in November and it was a major blow financially and emotionally for me because it wasn't my fault at all and I had no idea where to turn too for legal help.
