This is my heartfelt review for my attorney Mr. Stuart House who successfully represented me for my divorce case. I would like to highlight Stuart's exceptional legal skills, including his ability to outsmart opposing counsel, which led the opposing party to change attorneys multiple times. Stuart's kindness, empathy, and supportive presence during difficult moments, as well as his honest and transparent billing practices, provided a peace of mind and a sense of security. I attribute his years of experience to my success in getting everything I wanted, and he certainly made sure justice was served. Additionally, I would like to mention the professionalism of his paralegal, Debbie, who not only provided timely communication, but also emotional support and became my great friend throughout the process. I am currently celebrating the favorable outcomes of my case, particularly the my award of 50% of the marital portion of my ex-husband's firefighter pension. This benefit I will receive monthly for the rest of his life. My ex-husband assumed all the marital debt and he did not gain access to my retirement accounts . From the very first call, I knew I picked the right firm. No question was too much. Every question was answered in a timely fashion. Each time I desired a change to something, I received sound easy to understand responses that helped me decide how important my original request was or was not. Had an issue with former landlord and return of my security deposit. Contacted Scarnecchia Mullin and within 2 days Hillary had reviewed my situation, provided excellent advice and counsel on how to proceed. She also drafted and sent a letter to the landlord which resulted in an amicable resolution to my issue within 1 week. I was not expecting the quick turnaround time and resolution. I met Mr. Bruno back in February when I was arrested for a Domestic Violence, I called Mr Bruno and explained my situation. That same they he asked me to come by the office. I went to his office and he met me right away. We spent over an hour talking and unlike other attorneys, he was not worry about the time. Fast forward, Mr Bruno not only did he cleared me of all criminal charges, he also cleared me of a civil charge. I was blessed to have met Mr Bruno. I can sincerely say that Mr Bruno is the attorney you want representing you in court. One last thing, you can text him even on the weekends and he will always reply back to you. Excellent lawyer to get he will no BS you. If he can work on you case he will tell you straight up. He got mine dropped on first court date. I would defiitely hire him again. I would leave zero stars if I could. Empire came highly recommended from another law firm. Worst referral we have ever received. The Court Reporter showed up late for the zoom deposition and left her audio on the entire time with the tv playing in the background. We scheduled a 2 hour deposition for 4pm and Empire charge us almost double the hourly rate for after hour charges without letting us know there would be an additional fee. They corrected the invoice and when we paid it charged us the original amount of the invoice. I call and get disconnected or voicemail on a regular basis. My family and I needed a probate attorney. We needed to settle my mother’s estate after she passed away. I looked for a probate attorney and they never got back with me after leaving several messages and I had to keep calling.
