Mason agreed to take on my Divorce case very late in the process; 2 weeks until my mediation and I was in need of a new attorney. He came highly recommended to me and one call to his very knowledgeable and polite assistant got me the yes I needed. After an initial introductory zoom call and quick review of my situation I knew I had hired the right attorney. He was able to assess my needs and review with me multiple options. I was referred to Levinson & Capuano because my ex was not supporting my daughter with a prior agreement. I felt so hopeless, bulldozed and tried to avoid legal action for fear of cost and just nastiness in general but I could no longer afford to go on without any child support from my ex.

I was lucky enough to meet Jeff Robinson during one of the worst times of our lives. I had a difficult case. A true not me case. Because there was no arrest or fingerprints it was very hard to prove it wasn't me. I discovered I had a warrant for my arrest when I applied for an apartment and they did a background check. I talked to him after researching for a couple weeks. He gave me more information in a 20 minute conversation than I could find in 2 weeks of research, before I even hired him. He did way more than originally thought necessary. His diligence, wisdom, knowledge, years of experience & research that left no stone unturned, eventually cleared my name. He also insisted the warrant be lifted while clearing up this huge mess. I could go through the process feeling safe w/o fear of going to jail. He actually did way more than what I originally hired him for. He didn't charge me more even with me asking about it. Scott Levine is amazing! All that experience, wisdom, knowledge, connections, diligence and tenacity, yet still generous at heart. I would hire him for ANY & ALL legal matters! Scott Levine would be a great deal at twice the price! Your in good care with Scott & can trust Scott Levine implicitly!

I hired Leslie to help me get shared time with my daughter. During the process of getting the mother served, I was served with child support The mother avoided getting served long enough to get me served with child support. I didn't even know I was getting served, I thought it had to do with my case.
This helps the mother get almost double if not more child support plus 24 month of back pay, since theirs no record of shared time. If you're like me trusting in a hand shake, DON'T! you can't trust anybody that includes the mother of your child and family!
Leslie rapid response and action to my questions and concerns made a grave and stressful situtation, bareable. If your a man dealing with family court, contact leslie. Not once did I feel like I was the bad guy or a loser, which is what happened when I was trying to do it myself through the court "trusting in the system" never again. Always hire a lawyer, never trust anybody especially the system. You're just a number among hundreds if not thousands of cases.

I had a short sale on my house and the bank gave some money for the short sale my other bank took the money without my authorization for the closing lawyer error.

This attorney has no clue I am writing this review, maybe he will see it at some point. If you are seeking an attorney in his field, you absolutely cannot go wrong with this guy!!! I can guarantee you he will be the type of attorney who will put his all into your case and I say that with 100% certainty.
Today walking to go into the courthouse feeling scared, stupid, anxious, stressed and clueless. I was going to file a motion on what seemed to be a simple case but turned out to be extremely complicated.
I decided to stop at this law firm and that’s where I met an angel on earth.
As I explained my case, he listened well; he is very knowledgeable and whatever he didn’t know or wasn’t sure about, he took the time to research online and in law books. He explained everything to me impeccably well; I felt like I was talking to a very nice judge. He sat with me for about 90 mins in his office, just selflessly and professionally helped me.
The care and the concern that he put into helping me is beyond my expectation of a consult.
I just had a terrible experience with a previous attorney & after speaking to over 10 attorneys last week, I was blessed with exactly the kind of help I got from him today.
I don’t know if he even understands how he affected my life today. I don’t think he knows how much stress he alleviated by taking time out of his day to help me.

I hired Ms. Dana Swickle to represent me in a divorce action from a 26 year marriage where I earned double my soon-to-be ex-wife. I hired Ms. Swickle to replace another attorney who was failing to represent me and had me exposed to a long term disaster for the rest of my life. Firing one and hiring another attorney is normally not advised and always more expensive, but I was in total despair dealing with an irrational opposition and a useless attorney.
On the recommendation of a friend I hired Ms. Swickle to take over my case. Ms. Swickle worked diligently to get me into a fair and equitable settlement that gave me my future back. Ms. Swickle is a masterful negotiator who was laser-focused leaving no stone un-turned. Mr. Gordon was referred to me after 2 previous attorney's. To say that Mr. Gordon worked a miracle is an understatement. I was stuck with an time sharing order that gave me 2 weekends per month, Mother had sole parental on extra-curricular activities which I had to pay for half of. (She once suggested flying lessons for an 8 yr old) and I was paying child support as well when mother made 50k a year more than I did.
Mr. Gordon was able to get mother and mother's attorney (without going to court) to agree to the following. I have 50/50 timesharing (mom: mon,tues) (me: wed,thurs) and alternating weekends. There is no child support on either side and we both are responsible for any extra-curricular activities we sign our son up for.
We now have the most equal (Parallel Parenting) plan I think has ever been seen. It is impossible to put into words what Mr. Gordon has done. I will be forever grateful and would encourage you to hire him any day of the week and twice on Sunday.

I had two DUIs four months apart in 2013... I originally was using one of the large local traffic firms, but their approach was very much a "one-size-fits-all" mentally with my case. I instead opted for a new attorney, and settled on Lorri. Choosing Lorri and her paralegal, Jamye, is something I have no regrets over; they are an all star team together.
My case was complicated, as two different counties were involved, and Lorri truly dedicated herself to unraveling the specifics of each case. I have been more then happy with the outcome of the first, it was reduced. While I received a misdemeanor for the second, Lorri's prowess kept me out of jail. The second was applied as a first time DUI conviction. The outcome of any case cannot be guaranteed, but when you have so much to lose like I did, you want a dedicated attorney who knows the system.
I've used attorney's before, but Lorri was my first, and will be my final, time using a criminal defense attorney. Most attorneys are nearly impossible to get a hold with directly, this is not the case for Lorri and Jamye. The open line of communication that exists between the client and her is unsurpassed. Lorri truly impressed me with how easy it was to get in direct contact with her. She would usually return my calls within a few hours, and would contact me the instant she received word on an update for my case; and the same applies to Jamye.
I highly recommend Lorri, as an attorney with her level of expertise is paramount in reaching the best possible outcome for potential clients. You need someone who not only knows the system, but also the intricacies involved in defending the specifics of your case. Lorri is awesome, but Lorri and Jamye make a killer team. Even as my case has come to a close, they still take the time to assist with matters and advise me as needed.
Don't go to a big box traffic firm, when you have your education and career on the line, you require the expertise and talents off an attorney like Lorri. Hands down, I would use her again; but I do not plan on getting into any more trouble.
