I had two DUIs four months apart in 2013... I originally was using one of the large local traffic firms, but their approach was very much a "one-size-fits-all" mentally with my case. I instead opted for a new attorney, and settled on Lorri. Choosing Lorri and her paralegal, Jamye, is something I have no regrets over; they are an all star team together.
My case was complicated, as two different counties were involved, and Lorri truly dedicated herself to unraveling the specifics of each case. I have been more then happy with the outcome of the first, it was reduced. While I received a misdemeanor for the second, Lorri's prowess kept me out of jail. The second was applied as a first time DUI conviction. The outcome of any case cannot be guaranteed, but when you have so much to lose like I did, you want a dedicated attorney who knows the system.
I've used attorney's before, but Lorri was my first, and will be my final, time using a criminal defense attorney. Most attorneys are nearly impossible to get a hold with directly, this is not the case for Lorri and Jamye. The open line of communication that exists between the client and her is unsurpassed. Lorri truly impressed me with how easy it was to get in direct contact with her. She would usually return my calls within a few hours, and would contact me the instant she received word on an update for my case; and the same applies to Jamye.
I highly recommend Lorri, as an attorney with her level of expertise is paramount in reaching the best possible outcome for potential clients. You need someone who not only knows the system, but also the intricacies involved in defending the specifics of your case. Lorri is awesome, but Lorri and Jamye make a killer team. Even as my case has come to a close, they still take the time to assist with matters and advise me as needed.
Don't go to a big box traffic firm, when you have your education and career on the line, you require the expertise and talents off an attorney like Lorri. Hands down, I would use her again; but I do not plan on getting into any more trouble.

Eric was recommended to me from a close friend of mine who lives in Miami, FL. I hired Eric for a criminal case that I was accused of in Ft. Lauderdale. I have only met Mr. Hodges twice so far. I had a previous attorney as well and met her twice too. There is no way to compare the two. Mr. Hodges is a 'WORLD of difference' to the previous lawyer. I am in an unwanted divorce. The previous lawyer seemed anxious to cause additional enmity between my spouse and me. Mr. Hodges addressed my spouse with respect and understanding in spite of the wrong doing. He has, so far, proved to be caring and healing in his approach and with his 40+ years of experience... well, you can't get this kind of experience in college. I admit, we are a long way from the end of this situation, but I am ever so grateful to my spouse for paying the retainer for this second lawyer. If I have to walk through this (seemingly) God forsaken road alone, I am grateful to have Mr. Hodges to guide me. I can not rate him on trustworthiness at this point, but expect that it will be 5 stars. I will try to post again when all has concluded.

In 2007 Jeffrey Levy was appointed to me as my attorney. I was beyond happy and confident to have him by my side. He appeared with complete confidence and extreme knowledge. Lynn Britt is an attorney and a CPA and was invaluable in the settlement of my divorce. My attorney insisted that I hire her and then again that she be present during the entire mediation process. Ms. Roszko was the superlative choice when it came to choosing a lawyer to argue against the judgement I was facing.
I was staring down a default judgement that was granted based on the fact that I was "served" notice to defend myself in court even though I never received the notice. Subsequently, my bank account was frozen as a default judgement was granted. I needed to do something. This is when I decided to speak with Emma Roszko.
We both knew the service was invalid and although I had broken the lease in question I would have answered a legal notice if it was served properly. Through some nifty legal wrangling Ms. Roszko was able to argue that the service was invalid and show the statue of limitations for the broken lease was up putting an end to any further lawsuits. I contribute Ms. Roszko's hard-work, dedication, and professionalism to bringing this case to a happy ending.
Ms. Roszko managed my expectations the entire length of the case and I was thrilled with her work. She was able to utilize her expertise to give me the judgement I hoped for. I completely recommend her for any legal work you may need.
