Rock Title helped me with the purchase my property back in 2014. I reached out to them earlier this week (one month shy of 10 YEARS later) because I needed a copy of the 2014 survey and was hoping they still had a file for my transaction. I truly thought it was a long shot and half expected to be brushed off. Not the case at all. Fabio and the team worked expeditiously to find my survey and provided me with updates along the way. Having engaged The Mayersohn Law Group last year the positive change in proceedings has been considerable.

I retained him for daughter. The BIGGEST mistake ever. No bedside manners, unprofessional, lack of communication and very unprofessional , and it’s not like a divorce isn’t difficult and mentally exhausting enough and you also have to deal with his nonsense. He has too much of an ego. Bottom line he was USELESS. Please think twice.

Would avoid working with this firm if at all possible. They are extremely slow to respond, completely disregard emails, and show a complete lack of empathy or understanding. If you are not consistently following up, you will be hard pressed to receive any type of response. If you do receive a response, it will be short and often times not even answer your questions. It consistently felt like we had to chase them down for the most simple requests. Go elsewhere if you have the option.

This is first time that I had experience with my only one ( and last one )car accident….
After 3 days my friend asked me who’s my car accident Lawyer, I said no one , how ??? He didn’t believe it !!
He recommended to me Blakeley Law Firm, because some of his friends used it and they’re very happy with it.
We called the firm’s and started the case , then Mr. Carlos contacted me the very next day representing the Law Firm through the case processing, it was my big confusion as never been accident or know what to do or where to start… specially I’m over 70 years old , He was very passionate about my age and my health like a family person during doing his job in very professional styling, and very organized doing things with me and for me between scheduling appointments or change dates for it, all the small details need a lot of attentions
He walked with me more than 3 or more months journeys with a smiling and polite friendly conversation as a great human being.
Finally everything come to end, and it was Happy ending because Mr. Carlos did a great job not only with me ….
BUT….
for his Blakeley Law Firm whose having that great Efficient & Direct Styling for treating there Clients with very experienced, professional Representatives like Mr. Carlos .

I hired Mr Zager for a specific reason and then decided to go with another attorney..Mr Zager refused to give me back my initial retainer claiming that he did work equaling that amount of money even thought it wasn’t true..Apparently he feels that $1500.00 for less than one hours work is fair..Be mindful of what you are signing with this one..

Personally I had bad experience with this firm , initially I contacted the is firm because we need to resolve an issue with something we purchased and we got scammed for more than 5k with a company in Miami , this firm ask for every detail in this case and they took it but after 3 months I was trying to contact them and the person in charge of my case was no longer available and they didn’t tell us anything like an update or anything so I had to call Them and also write many messages via Instagram and after 3 weeks they finally responded just saying that they not gonna take my case without mentioning anything

I hired Mr. Varkas for an HOA & Civil cases. Dates: March 15, 2022 to August 14, 2023. Mr. Varkas failed to comply with court ordered deadlines. He missed key dates and times for hearings, meetings and trials. This increased my hourly and retainer fees. This case should have lasted 3 months. He turned this into 11 months without a positive decision. He was not familiar with case laws, as I can see on the billables. In future, completed the due diligence on this attorney before hiring. Thank you.

I consulted with Paul on a difficult child custody case where I petitioned to become a permanent legal guardian to a minor in my family. I was going through a bitter divorce and needed an attorney. My friend told me to use the attorney his x wife used because he out smarted his attorney. , he couldn’t manage our case or respond until after SS advised us our attorney never responded to his disability case. We were caught without an attorney to represent my disabled son which turned things horribly bad for him.

Marjorie is an excellent attorney. Marjorie (Brunelli) DeCastro-Hirsch, Esq. from The Law Offices of DeCastro-Hirsch, P.A. is an amazing lawyer. She was recommended to us because she used to work for the banks, and she knew the tricks they used to screw people. So perhaps we expected too much from the start. She is very personable and likeable. But when we hired her for a foreclosure battle, she was the only person on her staff. She is overworked and underappreciated. That is a shame. I really thought she would fight harder, but the problem was the banks still used the tricks. When I started to ask questions and forgive me, ask for replies, well things went south. She was offended when I wanted to know what was going on with my case. And so my case was settled, the bank made an extra $3000 off me, and so did she. Lesson learned. She is a great attorney, just not a fit for us. She owed me paperwork in the end, and never replied to emails sent. But it is ok. The best thing I can say is that we wanted to hire her to handle another legal matter for us, we went to another law firm and we are happier.

We hired Lauren as tenants to keep us from being evicted from the landlord. She knew we were tenants and still took our money. We asked for a refund as we were still evicted. Once we got the order from the judge she tells us she’s surprised and that she doesn’t practice landlord tenant law. I’m reaching out to the bar association today as I feel totally scammed. We have paid her over 1,300 and she’s done nothing but help us get an eviction. She gave horrible legal advise and is just money hungry.

Ms. King is a total waste of time. She is very unprofessional,her communication skills are very poor and she is never prepared for court. Karen Myatt is a true professional. Back in 2003 I interviewed 3 different attorney's to represent me in my divorce. Karen's passion, sincerity, honesty and knowledge won me over. Retaining and hiring her was by far the best decision I ever made in my life. My divorce was quite unique. Karen took me under her wing and looked after my best interests. My divorce was completed in a timely fashion. In 2007 I hired Karen once again to represent me in a child custody / child support case. Once again, she went "all out" and I now have had full custody of my children and get child support. I have considered Karen "my guardian angel" since I met her. I saw Karen for a consultation after I had already spent over $20,000 wasting six months in court in fort lauderdale. I went to see her for a second opinion. She did not see dollar signs. She solved a problem. Unlike 2 other "super" lawyers in town, she told me the truth: I did not qualify for a Florida divorce and the case should not have been brought there. She gave me the name of a appeals lawyer who was outstanding but recommended that I file in another state. Later she sent a note with the name of a contact in the other state who was willing to talk. I called the guy. He was happy with his lawyer. I hired that lawyer. Since then the case was filed (outside of DC) and settled. It took half the time I wasted in Florida. I recommend this lawyer for Florida divorces.

I hired Andrew Washor for my divorce. At our first consultation he told me that he is very optimistic, that my case is easy and it will end up in good terms. I paid upfront of course 5000$. After that all the interest he had for my case flu out of the window. He will just tell you whatever you want to hear until he gets the money and do everything possible to end up the case as soon as possible, that's how my case finished in 3 months in horrible terms for me.

Terry is an unbelievable attorney and his years of practicing family law show in the way he maintains his law practice. Divorce cases are filled with incredibly stressful situations and emotions and Terry maintains composure and professionalims even during the most difficult twists and turns.

Stellar attorney !! Terry will not schmooze nor patronize you like other attorneys. Nor will Terry draw things out . Cuts right to the chase. Most attorney's that just require 5K down and promise you the world I consider bottom feeders . That 5K turns into 50K in a heartbeat and you have nothing to show except for boxes of files ( 15 in my case ) showing hearings postphoned / 6 hrs of bs mediation etc... Not the case with Terry . Nobody has the magic saber and he will tell you that right up front.. The law is the law and you are entitled to what the law states .

I went through my divorce years ago with Teresa and she not only help me get back on my feet again but she definitely help me negotiate a much better deal. I was at the point where I just wanted out and was willing to pay a lot more than I really should have and she calmly reminded me that I needed to look out for my family and make decisions that would not hurt my family on my side of the relationship either.
