The BEST!!!!!!! Hired her for a 40 year dissolution of marriage case after I experienced terrible representation from Linda Fried and Christina O’Brian (Henderson Franklin).
Michele was meticulous and heard my words. She was stellar at trial and uncovered the many lies through my ex’s testimony.
Only negative was when my ex appealed the final judgment, I had to get another attorney to represent me because Michele doesn’t practice with appeals.

Timothy Allan McCan II (TJ) is an excellent Attorney. He worked with me very closely, explaining everything to me, made it easier to understand what was happening or going to be happening. I was not happy with my first Attorney and TJ was recommended to me. I called him and explained my situation. I had a very comfortable and positive feeling after speaking to him. I contacted Guichard St. Surin just a few days before my hearing for a restraining order. I was nervous because the opposing party had a lawyer and being told how hard it was to get a restraining order. I presented my evidence to Guichard the morning of my hearing. He brilliantly put together and addressed the court with my case that had the opposing party running to offer us a settlement for a 1 year restraining order. Guichard discussed it with me and knew we could go all way and get a permanent restraining order so we declined the offer. In the end the judge came to a decision and granted us a permanent restraining order. I am so grateful to find such a skillful lawyer that could execute my case and present it to the Judge with confidence. Thank you Guichard!

Divorce isn't easy, but I came out of this experience feeling way better than I did because of the fact I had Mrs. Kathy Dupuy-Bruno as my lawyer. If you're looking to hire a lawyer who is dependable, smart, and understanding, she's the one to have by your side. From the beginning until the end, Mrs. Dupuy-Bruno and her staff were amazing. All my questions and concerns were addressed on time and I was given great counsel on how to improve my case, and incidentally my family's life too. Resources on how to cut cost were made readily available and she made it easy to submit paperwork. We had to go to trial and when those days came by, she was just as reliable. She was prompt and knowledgeable, which made me less nervous and in turn gave me confidence in the outcome of my case.
Overall, Mrs. Kathy was outstanding. A situation that could have been chaotic and very stressful, went smoothly because of Mrs. Dupuy-Bruno expertise and empathy.

I was going through the most difficult time of my life. I hired Kathy for a domestic violence case and I have to say she was well organized and prepared for my case. She walked me through every step and gave me great advice throughout the way. Then once that case was done, I hired her for my paternity case which took place in Miami because I couldn't do it without her. There were times I felt she wouldn't be aggressive enough with these Miami lawyers but she surprises you and she takes charge and she really knows her stuff. I will always recommend her to anyone going through family law matters. It would be a smart move to have her on your side.

Mrs. Dupuy Bruno is an awesome attorney who goes far and beyond to prove her point in a case. In my situation, the father of my children was arguing against his child support increasing. In preparation for court, Mrs. Dupuy Bruno shared with me research that she had viewed that was similar to mine. From her going far and beyond, it allowed me to know that she cared about my case and that she was going to do all that she could. Not only that, but she continued to keep me posted. Whenever I called her office and she wasn’t available, she would always return my calls. There was never a time that I had to sit around and wait for a response, because she was always up front, honest, and did not procrastinate. I always felt comfortable and assured that things would get accomplished. Mrs. Dupuy Bruno’s knowledge and organizational skills are impeccable! From this, she was able to represent well in court! I can’t speak enough about how great this man is and how much he has helped me even long after my case was over. During my case He went to hell in back to win for me and never doubted a word I said most lawyers immediately assume your guilty not mr. Banyai and years after my case was over he still remembers me on a first name basis, still takes my calls and helps me anyway he can. Mr. Banyai is the greatest desision I’ve ever made and when your backs against the wall I hope you make the right decision too and call mr.Banyai,I have the upmost respect for him not only as a business man but as a human being as well, I’m proud to say he’s not only my lawyer but a friend also. I was charged with Burglary of an Occupied Structure and Grand theft and facing 20 years. I walked away with 18 months of probation and reduced charges of misdemeanor tresspass and criminal mischief. I was charged with a really serious felony. My offer from the State Attorney was 5 years prision, and my offer from the Judge was 2 years prison. Ms. Anwar filed some kind of stand my ground motion, we had an amazing hearing. She made that lying victim squirm on the stand. The judge granted the motion and dismissed my case. She is simply amazing!

At first we were not sure of her style but after a 3 hour consultation we knew Che was the type of attorney we wanted. She listened to us and gave us feed back as well as possible superiors. Jorge Santana! Where do I even start? Jorge is unlike any lawyer I’ve ever seen. When he first took my case it was in shambles, completely mismanaged, poorly delt with and I was well on my way to losing my children to a women that was bent on destroying my life. Before Jorge my ex had hired a Guardian et Latium that turned out to be friends with her lawyer, I had a lawyer that didn’t seem to care, and her lawyer was filing one false motion after another to damage my name. After a failed mediation I went out looking for another lawyer and found the best lawyer I could find and after they looked at my case the new lawyer told me “I’ve never seen a case so mis-managed in my life, I can’t get you out of this mess but I know who can…. Jorge Santana!”
My case should have been easy, mother kidnaps her children and runs to another state while the dedicated father was home taking care of them. Easy right? No… Sadly my past lawyer failed to file paperwork when it should have been filed, didn’t respond to the false allegations, agreed to things that were not in my or my children’s best interest, and failed to direct me on how to handle things; not to mention the abundance of poor advice that at times had me wondering who she worked for.
I remember the first day that I met with Jorge, he didn’t sugar coat things and I remember him telling me “If I had this case from the start, you’d already have custody but now we are trying to make a chicken salad out of chicken …..” But we sat for hours talking about a plan and I walked out of there knowing exactly what to do. Days before trial we received the Guardian’s extremely late, extremely biased, and extremely false report highlighting comments made that were never made by people she never interviewed. Jorge and I must have spent a week straight, 14-hour days pouring over the details, gathering evidence and the day of court he hammered the guardian, pointing out every flaw, every false statement and even brought in all the witnesses that were mentioned in the report. It was a beautiful site to see Jorge in action and it was equally relieving to know that all the false statements were being disputed right before my eyes in a fashion you couldn’t disprove because Jorge did his homework. You see, by the time Jorge started my trial he already knew more about my case than I did, and it was obvious to me that he wasn’t in it for the money, nor the fame but as he stated, “I hate bullies and you're getting bullied”. I stated at the start that Jorge is unlike any other lawyer because he dedicated his life to my case, he studied the details, he got to know me as a person so much so that when something that didn’t sound right came up, he already knew it was false. He was always just a call away and more importantly than anything else, he knew what needed to be done and how to do it. His staff is top-notch, never missing a beat and …. I’ll let you in on a secret here. After working with him for the past year you wouldn’t believe how many lawyers send him their “troubled” cases because they know … Jorge gets things done!!
Jorge will ALWAYS get my recommendation and I’m happy to say, the kids and I are happily living here in Florida

Mr. Reed was recommended to me by two people who thought Mr. Reed was great at the end of the process. For those of you who have not begun the process yet, it is a real testimonial to like your attorney after you have paid the bill. Most notable he was recommended by a man that's X Wife used him. He said I sure wish I used my X wife's attorney Ronald Reed. When I meet with Mr. Reed he was very knowledgeable and honest. Unfortunately I had been in family court for over 2 years with only three simple issues that never got resolved as I hired the wrong attorney to start with. Her fee was less on an hourly basis than Mr. Reeds but hind site being 20/20 Mr. Reed would have been a bargain. At my meeting Mr. Reed told me he would have to review my files (2 boxes at the time) and at that point I realized I just needed to resolve the matter without Mr. Reed. Don't make the mistake I did. HIRE MR. REED TODAY I WISHED HE HAD BEEN MY ATTORNEY.
