I am so happy and relieved I found out about Mr Guistino 😫 I was at risk for almost paying 1.2K-2K in traffic fines to Nassau, getting about 10-12 points on my license and losing my job if I went over 6 points on my drivers license!!! He charges a GREAT AMOUNT, he’s legit and honest. He sent me his card info just so he can verify he is who he say he is! My third child just got his Drivers License recently and was still under 18. He got a speeding ticket in Long Beach. I called over 10 different lawyers to see who would be the best one for his speeding ticket case. In the first few minutes I spoke to Mr Giustino I immediately knew I found the lawyer to represent my son.
He was first off very knowledgeable and told me right away his method for representing my son In court. Every other lawyer I called advised they would get back to me with next few hours for payments and process. He also charged the best price for his services and I now know he undercharged us for his superb representation in court. He should charge more money for his services. The end result my young son received no points on his license and we only paid a parking ticket for his speeding ticket. Mr Guistino represented us with care and excellent customer service like we were members of his family. He advised us of all steps of claim all the way till the date of the court appearance we did not have to attend if you do not use Mr Guistino for all things legal representation you will regret it please use Mr Guistino for all your legal needs he is the best there is.

My case was one concerning a high conflict divorce from a narcissist. Identity theft, parental alienation, etc. everything was against me , since I allowed him to talk me out of what I knew I was dealing with. 2 kids, I filed for divorce on the 11th identity theft by my ex. He kept telling me that the judge will catch the strategy….. bull***. When I fired him he shredded my file so the next lawyer had no access to the prenuptial agreement, sounds like bull*** right!!!??? But no, … he told me that the judge would catch on, yeah?!! No, 3 judges later and this POC shredded my file. Grounds to be disbarred, yeah an not really…. Go to him if you’re a female and maybe he can work the corruption of the family court, but in reality maybe and maybe not. Shredding an active file might mean something in law, but family court has nothing to do with law. He told me to accept order of protections and plead guilty when I wasn’t as well. The review talking about him being a product of divorce must have been written by someone who never used him, a bot, or maybe his secretary that he was ********. That review isn’t worth used toilet paper. The marital agency he is a member of isn’t worth crap either, as that was the reason I hired that POC. My name is Brian Levi and I accept my answer. I recorded enough of my conversations with him and no refuting of fact or truth is subject to opinions as you can hear that POC’s own voice. I selected poor, since they do no allow negatives. I have recordings to confirm my statements.

Barry was assigned to handle my appeal and subsequent re-appeal. I could not be blessed with a better advocate! He throughly explained the law, process and procedures that gave me good insight to how appeals are handled. All of his work was so spot on and well written. A great lawyer is always backed up by a good team. Barry and his team were always in communication with me as we went through process. For a Father who has had 5 Attorneys and twice Pro-Se, I believe my review and recommendation about Warren Holds Water. I was going through a Tumultuous divorce and custody battle for 7 years until I met Warren.
The divorce process is an extremely stressful and overwhelming experience trying to find the right Attorney. Unfortunately, If you do not have the right one from the get go, things get worse. They all tell you what you want to hear, such as; I know the Judge in your case, I don’t lose custody cases, we need to get you your kid, but it takes time and we have to crawl before you walk.
All these Attorneys give you false hope and promises. The Unethical Attorneys which are most of them have their trick. Every Plaintiff and Defendant must fill out a Net Worth Statement, there they can gauge how much they are going to take you for. For me, I did pretty well before my divorce financially.
These Attorneys take a retainer from you, do a few things that make you think this Attorney is doing a good job. As time goes on and when you get more involved in the case these Attorneys start neglecting you. They don’t take your calls or respond to your e-mails. Then they tell you when you finally get in touch with them is that now we have to do a motion and that will cost $1500.00 and everything else they can milk you for. They just keep leading you on until you realize after lining their pockets that you are net getting anywhere. Well, that what happen to me until I ran out of money and had to twice represent myself which I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
Warren was recommended to me by my Therapist. I made an Appointment to see Warren and he also had his Associate Andrea Scampoli in the conference room. We reviewed my case and also told him that I had 4 previous Attorneys. Now a Lawyer has to think, What is wrong with this person! But after discussing my situation and told him who my Attorneys were which he knew two of them we then began to go over my case. I than hired Warren and gave him a retainer. We started getting down to business and filed what ever motions were needed and Andrea Actually represented me in Court. There is no messing with her. She gets the job done and with in six months I had what I wanted from day one, 50/50 custody.
This team represents you with dignity and respect and are sensitive to your situation. They will always call you back and/or respond to e-mails. Warren and Andrea are the dream team when it comes to divorce. I guarantee you will not need to interview another Attorney after speaking with them. Also, once my case was over, I had a credit with Warren and within a couple of days Warren sent me a check

Maureen helped me with the planning of my estate. I've worked with a number of lawyers in the past regarding matters of both estate and family law and I have to say that my experience with Maureen was the best of the bunch.
Most lawyers talk above you or over you and rarely consider you as much as they should about their plan of action. With Maureen, I felt like she understood the importance of my needs and incorporated them to the fullest.

Where do I begin. This attorney and I will address him as such because to say his name would be to acknowledge him as a person and he is less then such. My boyfriend has been incarcerated for 2 years in Rikers Island. This attorney has not put in any motions for bail, no speedy trial motions and does not respond to calls or texts. He does not visit my boyfriend, yet he goes to court every month stating that he is trial ready. 2 years and no trial? Ridiculous. He does not provide requested documents and is extremely hard to speak with. On top of that he is condescending and obnoxious. My boyfriend has gone to court on multiple occasions and requested a new attorney for which his presiding judge Landry refuses to remove him as counsel. My boyfriend has told him on multiple occasions he no longer wants this attorney to represent him and he will not remove himself. Suspected Collusion is a great word to use when it comes to this attorney. Beware he pushes for plea deals and if you refuse he makes you rot in prison. I don't recommend hiring this attorney at all. His Google reviews are horrible. Check them out.

Highly recommended by a friend, I hired attorney Glenn Hardy to represent me in a long, complicated case. As he expressed in one of his defense arguments: I was innocently at the site at the wrong time. After acquiring a video from a street camera, he proved that I was mistaken by my accuser.

Calling this woman an attorney feels like it would be a disgrace to the legal profession. I have been involved with Ms. Mintz for 6 years. She has been assigned as the AFC for my children in my matrimonial case. What I have observed and experienced from her within and outside the courtroom can only be described as "horrific." This woman is a chronic liar. She has completely disregarded my children and myself and has actually made decisons that have placed my children in harms way. I have also observed her taking the side of my ex-husband to a very inappropriate degree. She will actually make motions parallel to my ex and in support of everything he reports to her and that he is asking for. She is also extremely money hungry. She once told me that she did not have to listen to a word I said, then proceeded to walk away from me and asked me for $3,000 in front of the judge moments later. The lack of professionalism, underhanded and nefarious actions that she has made because of her personal feelings is so obvious that she is a danger to her profession. I implore anyone who reads that and is considering hiring Ms. Mintz to consider otherwise.

She sold me a bill of lies. She doesn't charge much, but she did so many useless things that the charges sky rocketed over $50k and for nothing. I hired Jennifer a year ago after interviewing numerous attorneys to go through a very emotional divorce. As soon as I met her I knew that she was the attorney for me. Jill Stone is money hungry, has more regard for her ridiculous hair style than here clients. Extremely dismissive of women in need trying to leave an abuser. Only to run into her abusive arms. She says all the right things at first. Till your billable hours are almost triple of what they should be. Not only that, but after asking around Long Island and doing research on her cases I discovered she enables both of her sons (Josh and Troy) to get away with criminal actions such as, fraud, conspiracy to commit fraud, harassment, mental abuse and many other criminal acts.
What’s scarier is Troy Stone is not only involved in criminal activity, but is an attorney for her firm as well. They should both be disbarred and reviewed by Nassau county bar association.

I never thought I was going to find myself in the situation where I would need to fight for my child, but unfortunately I did. Allison had been referred to me from one of my friends who Allison helped get custody of her children in a very poisonous relationship. My divorce was not complicated. He said I'd likely even be getting money back from my retainer. We weren't fighting about anything. Instead, this got dragged out more than two years because Harlan couldn't be bothered to move on anything quickly. I got billed for phone calls and emails going over things we had ALREADY discussed that he forgot. This divorce cost me over $10k for his disinterest. I'm appalled- and broke. This is monstrously unfair to me.

Charles had no issue taking the retainer for the divorce.
He filed the paperwork then he disappeared.
Could never reach him .
He never told me that the divorce was finalized .
When asked where the final paperwork was he said he sent it but the stamps must have fallen off.

I had an awful experience with this attorney. Don’t use any Nassau County attorneys if your spouse has one in the county. They all know each other and don’t care at all about the client and your rights. You’re another person they get rich on. She did absolutely nothing for me she supported my husband and never looked at his financials. I lost 45,000 in an annuity and I took care of the home he left. He got equity but that wasn’t enough. He wouldn’t split his annuity equally. She did nothing and I mean nothing to support and investigate my ex husbands accounts etc I had so much information and records but nope go to Suffolk or use someone in Westchester far from Nassau County. They all go out on your expense with the money they take from clients. Stay away!!!!

Hiring Breiter is a mistake I will have to live with forever. She ruined my life and my children's lives. She is incompetent. She does not do her due diligence. She tries to be a social butterfly. I had to go to court for my divorce!!! She shows her hand to the other attorney. Instead of serving my husband with the divorce papers she sends him a letter advising him that I have retained her...WHAT? Jeanne was enormously successful in recently representing me. My husband and I had very difficult financial issues, and we were both out of work. I hired Anthony Marchesi for my divorce case. Big mistake. I trusted that he would take good care of my case. I have 3 children and am a victim of domestic violence. So Anthony Marchesi said he understood how difficult it was, etc, and that he would do a good job and look out for me because he is divorced too and understands what a painful process it is. It was all lies. All that happened was a botched job and me having to hire other attorneys because he was so negligent with my case. He barely did any work on it and padded the bill and completely overbilled me by blowing through retainers almost immediately claiming that he needed more money to continue. I had to fire him and get a different attorney because he was sucking me dry. I lost thousands to him. To add insult to injury, currently he is suing me in Nassau County Supreme Court. I had to hire another attorney to defend myself against his ridiculous lawsuit against me claiming that I owe him money from years ago when in fact he ripped me off to begin with! He really knows how to take advantage of vulnerable people and kick them when they are down. Please don't make the same mistake I did. Stay far away from this attorney because if you hire him, it won't be long before you have to hire a different attorney to defend yourself against him! He and another attorney named Ralph Bontempo who handles trials for him have a little game going on where they split profits they extract from nuisance settlements against people.
