I absolutely MUST take the time to express my deep gratitude for the amazing services that were rendered by Attorney Lennon and her incredible paralegal Hannah Garcia. I filed for divorce from my husband in August 2023 and I hired counsel in July 2023 to guide me through this process. I was so unhappy with the initial counsel I hired and truly felt like I was being forced to settle for terms that I was uncomfortable with and not being advocated for, which was both really scary and disheartening. After about a year of being with previous counsel, I started searching for another attorney to help move my divorce proceedings along and to get the advocacy that I truly needed. Samantha and team were exceptional during my divorce process. They were accessible, communicative, and very prepared for when settlement negotiations began. Samantha's knowledge of local experts around restricted stock valuation and other nuances proved to be very helpful so I did not have to solicit those views on my own. Samantha's billing practices and overall guidance were extremely ethical and I would trust her with any family member or friend if they needed family law counsel. He used innovative methods to ensure our family was satisfied with the revisions to the trust and helped us correct some issues with our parents' wishes. He took the time to explain everything to us and our Mom so that we all understood. He explained all the options and helped us make an informed decision about our family trust.

Sadly I had to have gone through 2 other lawyers before being introduced to her. Man did I wish I have found her sooner. She’s exceptionally professional and efficient. I found myself with a marriage that was irrevocably broke due to a mixture of alcoholism and drug addiction by my spouse. In addition to out of control spending, physical abuse had also entered the marriage. Kim became the strong wall that held back the chaos threatening to consume my life. Until this point, I had not had any experience with the legal system. I needed help with a restraining/protection order and someone to explain my rights in terms of separation and divorce. Kim was empathetic and took me to an interview process that identified all the key facts. She then laid out a clear and direct process for me to follow. From the protection order to the separation, and finally the divorce. I was able to understand and participate in every step - interrogatories, filing, pleading, mediation, and closure without feeling overwhelmed. All professional services come with a cost, however rarely have I been so happy to pay for services rendered. The value received was more than fair for the price charged. I cannot recommend Kim strongly enough.

I had my case handled by attorney Richard Kopelman and his paralegal, Anne and this office is amazing. Their goal is to do whats best for their clients. Mr. Kopelman is very caring, respectful, knowledgable and genuine. Living in Atlanta there are hundreds of law firms but not all law firms will make you feel at ease. Throughout the course of my case he continued to reassure me that my incident wasn't my fault and continued to ask about my well being. I am originally from a small town and this law office give you a small town feel.
