Please let me start tby thanking Stephen Coxen for the excellent job he did on my case. My case was 19 month long, My ex-wife and attorney seems to had the upper hand throughout the process. When, I spoke with Stephen he would tell me what the law stated and what he was going to do to combat theirclaims. I lost hope time and time again because I felt he was not doing enough to get me back in my home or to resolve this case as quick as possible. I was truly wrong with my thought process, once Stephen got into court the case was laid out to where even I was able to follow what was going on. In fact, he countered anything that they present with exabits of past cases and what the law actual stated. After watching Stephen in the court room, I knew there was no way this case was not going to go my way. I am able to move back into my home in thirty days, (which I have been out of for six months), she was given a minimum dollar amount and a car which I bought as a gift for her anyway. Stephen is laid back but a bulldog in the court room. He is great at what he does which is allow the facts to work for his clients. He has earned my business for a lifetime. When I first consulted with Clarence, he asked me the very same question I'd been constantly asking myself about my spouse. Paired with his insight as a psychologist, I knew I'd found the attorney that understood what I needed. When I finally met him in person, he was warm and friendly, and very disarming! But when he told me how he intended to fight for my needs, I knew he meant it.
Throughout this divorce process, Clarence has been extremely communicative and informative. There's never too many questions for Clarence! He is also completely honest - no sugar-coating, no lies, and nothing to hide! I also received invoices which explained exactly how my retainer was being spent (down to the cent). Not only that, but the community I observed in his home office made me feel like I was part of a family, one that was working steadily around-the-clock to take care of my own family!
We have just settled in mediation, with terms I am 100% pleased with! I can say that, while I am excited to come to the end of this journey, I have thoroughly enjoyed this process. The emotional toll I was originally expecting was completely taken care of, knowing my case was in caring and knowledgeable hands. Clarence promised to take care of my son and I, and he did just that. I will forever be so thankful to have found his firm!

Clarence and his team were amazing to work with. They were always sensitive to our situation and honest from the very beginning. Clarence was very professional and knowledgeable about the law and our situation from the start. He always took as much time as needed to ensure my husband and I understood the law, our rights as well as the possible outcomes of pursuing our case. My husband and I had a uniquely difficult case in the fact that we are foster parents who hoped to intervene on our foster children's behalf. Clarence was very honest and forthcoming with us on the challenges facing our situation so we knew going in that it would be an uphill battle from the start, however, Clarence literally left "no stone unturned". Clarence and his team took every single opportunity, contacted every potential witness and utilized every piece of evidence we provided to fight for the best interest of our foster children. Clarence was always very respectful, well spoken, organized and prepared for court. We truly believe we had excellent representation throughout our case and that we had a team of people that actually cared about our case on a personal level. Although we were not allowed to intervene, we believe Clarence did a phenomenal job representing our case and would definitely hire his practice to represent our family in the future.

Mr. Krasle is one of the best lawyers I have ever hired. From the moment I contacted the office they were quick to respond unlike many other law offices i’ve contacted. I also have to give props to the office staff she was very professional and kind. I have to say Mr. Krasle took the time to to listen to my concerns and provide me with guidance and support. He kept clear communication and transparency overall a very intelligent and well spoken man. If you really want a good lawyer I heavily suggest on hiring him you will not be disappointed. Mr.Krasle did a wonderful job with handling a case I never thought I would have gotten out of. From it being a traffic stop to it being a drug related charges with a potential felony, if I didn't have a lawyer to fight the case. After he did his investigation of the case, he communicated well and explained a few options we could have did and which one would fit best for us to take. We had a game plan before talking to the D.A. Once we made it to the Court House, it felt like a movie because once Mr.Krasle shook my hand and asked me how I'm feeling. I can tell by the atmosphere of the room and the firmness of the hand shake we was there to handle business. Which lead me to pleading guilty to a nolo contender instead of a possession of marijuana and possession drug related objects. With the nolo contender deal I just had to pay the fine for no probation and it kept my record clean from any drug related charges. So it was a Win, win and I highly recommend.

I hired Phil McCurdy to represent me after Firing my previous attorney, two years into a lawsuit. My previous attorney acted in a way that would make you think he was working for the other side. Oh my God! Never in my wildest dream did I ever think I would need a lawyer, but I am blessed to have Mr. Orlando as a friend, who was able to get Mr Scott (my lawyer) to reach out to me ASAP. Being on workman comp really blew through my savings. The firm was very interested in my case and encouraging. When the settlement finally came in, I was satisfied, but my lawyer wasn't. He said, "That's not enough for what you went through, let me see if I can get maybe 5K more for you". Well he did better than that, he got me 12K more! The check cleared and I'm hoping to never need a lawyer again, but if I do this firm will/is my only choice.

The consultation with secretary/answering/paralegal was off putting. She asked questions that made no sense, Then asked why a case was put off by a solicitor for so long? That was a very huge red flag... Next when I told this assistant I wanted to do the attorney consult for $350 she starts asking me more questions? I'm assuming she misheard my request but at this point I was past wanting services with this firm. When I told her thank you but ill look elsewhere, she laughs and says "We've never lost a case". Unfortunately you lost a potential client. So 1 star.

Spent thousands of dollars with this firm and got nothing but excuses and over promises. They would even cancel meetings and when I got the final bill, they’d charge me for when when they canceled the meetings. Makes no sense. Now it’s Christmas and I don’t have my daughter. I would not recommend them. Happy to share the invoice with anyone interested. Such a shame :(

I want to start by saying that we are grateful for the end result Mark Hill was able to arrange for my boyfriend Steve's, misdemeanor criminal case in Forsyth County. However, our overall experience with his office was extremely frustrating, unprofessional, and stressful.
After paying the fee upfront, we didn’t hear back for about a year. When we called to check in, we were told cases take time, which is fine—but there were no updates unless we reached out, even after requesting monthly updates.
Once the case moved forward, communication worsened, and there was confusion about court dates and plea arrangements. Mark was absent for two court appearances, and during the second, his assistant attorney, Terri Wells, tried pressuring my boyfriend into taking a plea deal in the courtroom without Mark’s presence. We had to delay the case again.
After this, we asked for a meeting with Mark at his office to clarify our options. When we arrived, Sarah Freeman, a paralegal we had never interacted in-depth with before, informed me that I was not allowed to attend the meeting, even though I had been involved in every step of the case until then (per my boyfriend's request). Fine. When I asked when this decision was made, she told me that "the office" had decided on this earlier that morning—as in SEVERAL HOURS before I had taken time off work on a Wednesday and commuted 3 hours to and from the office. When I voiced my frustration, she accused me of being "aggressive".
While the case outcome was positive, I cannot recommend this office due to the lack of communication, professionalism, and respect. The experience, especially with Ms. Freeman, was unacceptably stressful and unpleasant.

Wish I had used Anita when I first filed for divorce. She has now corrected the areas that were left open by a previous attorney that caused issues not setting clear, outlined specifics that put me back in court.
