Having to go thought a divorce is horrible, having to find someone who can represent you is another difficult task. Before I came to this office I went though a few lawyers and they all seemed interested in one thing, money. They all dismissed what was more important to me, my daughter. I thought I was never going to find someone who understood what I needed. Until someone guided me to Jim’s office. At first I was a bit worried because I thought this might be the same thing. To my surprise this was a very different world. I felt heard, I felt like they understood what was important for me. Most of all the one person who helped me throughout this whole situation was Lora. I couldn’t have gone through all of this with out her help. She sincerely opened her heart and shared her help in way I couldn’t began to describe. I know that lawyers are always busy, but when they have someone like Lora, who reminds them of certain situations and someone who cares a lot about what you are going through and does her best to make sure you understand everything that is happening even if it means after hours or on the weekend. I can’t fully express my gratitude to her, if it wasn’t for her help and guidance I don’t know how things could have ended. Thankfully my situation concluded and I was okay thanks to this team. This team is full of good people with good morals & will fight & represent your family well. They are honest, very detailed oriented, aggressive when needed, knowledgeable, will fight for what is morally right & work with you through your financial situation (& they’re very persistent). I would highly recommend using their team for any custody issues, divorce processes & they will take the time to guide you to do what’s right in the best interests of your children (or whatever situation you may be faced or dealing with). They’re like family….thats how they treated me & my children & the outcome was in my favor. Largely because of how they operate their practice. Jim W., Lora H. & Kevin P. are the only people I’d ever recommend (or trust) in a tough situation like the cases they handle. Their like family & again the way they practice is the right way. My lawyer Jim stepped up big, kept me straight through my own emotions & how to follow the process & the para legal was absolutely amazing, smart, knowledgeable & kept me moving in the right direction. Kevin stepped in on one of my most important hearings & was an all-star representative of my family. Love these people. It was truly a pleasure to have Mr. Winston Gammon as my attorney. I hired Mr. Gammon about a year and a half ago. Through the whole time he was on top of everything. If you have a criminal case. Do NOT hire him . You will waste your money and end up with a long prison sentence. I am living proof. I wasted years of my life for a case that could have been thrown away or gotten a reduced sentence. He will work with the DA an throw you under the bus for another client to get time reduced.

What can I say. When I 1st went up to the office Adam was there a long with his team. And they IMMEDIATELY made me feel like family. Having to go through probate and a court appointed administrator I had to deal with a lot of different lawyers. Nothing compares to the way Adam and his team were. I NEVER had a problem getting him or anyone on the phone or an email response. Mind you I had given up because my case was turnt down by multiple lawyers. I absolutely MUST take the time to express my deep gratitude for the amazing services that were rendered by Attorney Lennon and her incredible paralegal Hannah Garcia. I filed for divorce from my husband in August 2023 and I hired counsel in July 2023 to guide me through this process. Extremely frustrating experience with this law office.
My father passed and this firm was handling probate details.
I needed to sign a couple documents and no longer live local to the office.
The documents were emailed to me and I had them notarized and shipped the physical copies back. The documents were received Monday April 29th.
On Monday May 6th, Terri Erickson emailed saying she sent the wrong documents and I would need to go through the process again. Ok, mistakes happen. She provided a new document for me to sign.
I went to have the new document signed and she made a mistake on my name. The notary would not notarize the document. Another wasted trip.
The lack of attention to details is surprising.
I would highly recommend looking for a different law office. The attorney Terri works for is Leslee Hungerford.

Uncooperative spouses can be very distressing especially when there is a signed divorce decree. Susan was extremely diligent and reassuring.
