In these difficult times in which Central Americans are immigrating to the North, Attorney Marti assisted me in the bail bond process for my brother in the state of Georgia (I live in Maryland). I was very nervous going into all of this because it was all new for me. I was referred to her and took a chance and that was the best chance I took! She was honest, thorough, explained things to me whenever I had questions, kept me updated on the process and always checked to make sure what I expressed was what I wanted and she backed me up on whatever choice I made. I really could go on but let’s just say at the end I cried tears of relief and joy because of her time, her work and the outcome. Definitely recommend her to anyone hands down.

I was recently divorced using another attorney in the area. I was in a 16 year marriage attached to the military. I was allotted a percentage of the retirement per the Final Agreement. When I attempted to start that process with DFAS, I was quickly notified that my Order was written incorrectly and needed to be modified and signed by a Judge. I wasn’t sure what to do so I reached out to Mr. Dejesus’ office. He was quick to respond and was able to help me. He was very knowledgeable in regards to how the modification was to be written and made the changes. He and his staff stayed in communications with me while waiting for the other parties to comply. I was on a time restraint to get the corrections per DFAS and even though that time had expired, to no fault of ours, Mr. Dejesus was reassuring that everything was an easy fix and they would honor the modification. He was right. Through his persistent follow ups with the other parties, I got my modification and was able to submit it with no problems. I would definitely recommend Mr. Dejesus. He is attentive to his clients and knows his job. You just have to trust him.

David represented me with the utmost professionalism. His ethics are of the highest standards and I appreciated this very much. Divorce is a difficult process to go through - it is a lot to handle and very emotional. David was able to separate emotion and law very well. This was incredibly helpful for me in making decisions. He stood by me through my every request, and used his knowledge of the law to guide me through each possible scenario. I also appreciated that he never made empty promises, he was straightforward and used his best judgement to guide me. He also used his knowledge of the law to maneuver arguments in court or with opposing council. I believe this represents the highest ethical standards. While he was a very nice person in general, this was not necessary to me when I was looking to hire an attorney. I needed someone who would be honest, straightforward, and sharp. He delivered all of those things. He also was very professional with opposing counsel. His legal staff was excellent as well - Julie Jennings was beyond professional, efficient, and personable. Overall, for such a difficult process, I am very glad that I was referred to David and the firm.

David was wonderful. He was aggressive when I needed him to be and reasonable when the circumstances called for it. He explained everything to me throughout my divorce in a manner that was relative and easy to understand. He guided me throughout the entire process and absolutely had my best interests in mind. After trying to take care of my father's estate and will when he passed on, I discovered that both of my parents' wills were not done correctly the first time and outdated. I gave my mother's will to Mr. Bowen and he wrote a new one that was very detailed and fixed the error in her will that had existed in my father's will that created so many problems. I was so pleased with his work that I asked him to write my husband's and my will. He made the process less intimidating and worked with me over the phone and e-mail so that I did not have to take time off work to go into his office while discussing the details. He wrote all three wills in a very short amount of time. I would recommend him with no hesitations.

I call him Opie because he allows you to get to know him on a personal level, very friendly to work with. I have used several closing attorneys in the past for rental properties and he has the absolute lowest fees Ive found. I wish I had known about him sooner. He also helped me refinance my personal residence and he's very knowledgeable on which banks provide the lowest rates.

She is so thorough with the client and she has a great relationship with many of the “important players” in Walton County CourtHouse! I was updated on a regular basis. However since this case was delayed and extended due to the pandemic it was a bit more expensive than I expected but I wasn’t ever overcharged for anything at all I think it’s a big deal for you too have someone like Mrs. Stewart working for you and your family!! She’s knows the law especially Family Law and she’s just great, honest, and a engaging lawyer for her clients! My divorce was not particularly complex but my wife hired a top-tier lawyer who has a reputation for shenanigans. I interviewed quite a few attorneys but only Charles had the experience and character to navigate dynamic legal challenges without resorting to dirty tactics. Charles established and maintained a firm and respectful strategy that was sound from the start. We not only settled more favorably than id even hoped for, something he very much had to coach me through, we did so without creating animosity. My xwife and I are now in a healthy coparenting relationship and we are all happily moving on to our next chapter of life.

Lauren Taylor was great! She's professional and, using her years of experience, was realistic on how to handle certain issues we ran into along the way. She's not your typical lawyer, she actually listens, cares about you & your family and isn't trying to charge a lot of money.. for us to ultimately get nowhere. (Some lawyers are just looking to nickel & dime you to death, she didn't). She provided excellent guidance when I needed it the most and was very affordable. Two and a half years ago our very happy and peaceful life in retirement came to a very sudden halt. I honestly don't even know where to start. My divorce case was a complete nightmare. There is no worse feeling as a parent, than to know your child's best interest lays in the hands of someone else. It was terrifying. At the end of my case, I can honestly say Ms. Evans was the best lawyer I could have ever asked for. She fought hard for my daughter. I genuinely felt like she was fighting for her well being, just as she would want for her own. She kept her safe. Ms. Evans knows her stuff and is on top of it. She is prepared and can rebuttal facts! She is not only good at what she does, but she cares for her clients. She is very affordable and will work with her clients. Bianka is just as amazing. She is always polite and listens to your concerns. All around, I couldn't be more satisfied and will definitely use them again, when I am ready for my adoption case. Jana and her team went above and beyond what was necessary to make sure all the details in our case were covered. She consistently gave good advice, responded to inquiries quickly, and pursued whatever was needed for us to finalize the guardianship, and then the adoption, of our child. She took care of many things "behind the scenes" that we had not even thought of needing to be done. Her rates were fair and, honestly, her services are worth more than what she charges. At my initial Divorce consult with Mr. Saginar, I was extremely impressed by his patience on wanting to understand my case. Mr. Saginar remained close by our side, the entire case. He was present in the court. He spoke to the judge privately. Mr. Saginar understood our side, and the need to ultimately have the entire proceeding expunged. --And while it did take months (as Mr. Saginar said that it would), ultimately the case was fully removed. As our lawyer, Mr. Saginar followed the case diligently. (He told us that he would check on the process every few weeks, and he did so). His knowledge let him know how long the process would extend. ---And how wonderful is it, when your 'advocate,' your lawyer, even joins you for lunch during the proceedings, to outline his immediate and long-range plans. Edwin really goes above and beyond in his practice. I used him for my custody case with my son. It was drawn out over the span of a year and he really didn't miss a beat. Wish I had used Anita when I first filed for divorce. She has now corrected the areas that were left open by a previous attorney that caused issues not setting clear, outlined specifics that put me back in court. She is like a surgeon knowing what needs to get cut and what needs to be modified all in good health. Honestly, I wouldnt use anyone else. My experience was as great as a terrible time in my life could have been. Ms. Marum gave brilliant guidance and offered solutions that I wouldnt have thought of otherwise. She was able to get to the bottom of what I truly wanted and needed for my young son and I. There were very delicate issues dealing with addiction, but Ms. Marum was able to navigate those issues well and provided support for the fact that I wanted to give my ex every opportunity to see our son, but wanted the security of making sure that relationship was a safe and healthy one. I honestly would recommend Ms. Marum to anyone navigating a difficult or complex divorce.

It is evident to me that there are people in the world who believe that all human being deserve to be heard. When I met Attorney Johnson, my husband had gone through three denials from the social security Administration.
