Ms. Azar was referred to me by my estate planning attorney for a counseling regarding a divorce settlement which involved child custody and property settlement matters. I interviewed several attorneys before selecting her. I chose her because she was confident in the outcomes I desired. Other attorneys interviewed came off as arrogant and doubtful of my desired goals. She knew what I needed and she made sure I understood my rights under family law and the obligations of my former spouse. She navigated me through a difficult process and helped to keep the best interests of myself and my child in the forefront of my decisions and negotiations. She spent numerous hours, at my request and at hours that accommodated my work schedule, in telephone consultation. I understood her fee structure and her billing was fair and straightforward. Without Ms. Azar I would not have obtained the divorce agreement that I feel was fair and also provided the protection and security I needed to carry on my life after the divorce. Back in 2007, when I asked a friend for a good lawyer to help me with child support and custody issues, she heartily recommended Dana Azar. My first meeting with Dana was not exactly smooth, because she insisted on no emotion, and highlighting the issues and exactly what needed to be done. With this focus, she came in and beat a very experienced lawyer on his home turf. Since then, my ex has field charges several times, and I have had to file counter charges. We have won every single time, and in fact, I have had to hold Dana back on several issues, because I did not want my ex to be hurt too much financially or incarcerated. She worked with witnesses, one of my children, a therapist, and hundreds of emails to ensure that I was able to get positive results. I recommend Dana without reservation.

Mr. Staples has been very helpful in my child guardianship/custody case. He listens to what you have to say, explains what's going on, and what all he needs from you. He explains each step of the process, and makes sure you understand what it entails. I've never had a problem with him, he has returned my calls, left me text messages, voice mails, sent emails to me. I can't explain just how helpful, and understanding he has been. I can honestly say that my divorce was the messiest one I've personally ever seen. If i could give a million stars i would. It was horrible. Wife was a nut case, with papers. I had to cut and run to save myself. It was ugly. The wife's daughter had a city detective in her bed. Judge Williams was in control back in those days. In short, the deck was stacked against me, I was not from there. Holle worked diligently to set the wrongs right. I saw things that truly made me question our justice system. In the end, the good side won, the bad side went away, and in my case this was due to Holle's continuance to push down the path of right, and lawful. And she had a battle, several battles that she took care of, one by one. I would recommend her to anyone, and if she needed me, I would walk the mile to help her.

Attorney Ana represented me on a battery case is Paulding County and got the charge dismissed. I was arrested for a battery against my girlfriend but there was a total misunderstanding on the case. Things got blown way out of proportion, but, the cops or the DA would not listed to her and drop the charges. She was told that she could not drop charges because the State picked up the charges. This attorney was recommended to me by my co-worker. When I called the office, I was able to talk to Ana right there and then. She scheduled me to come in and meet with her and told me her plan on helping me. She met with my girlfriend and listened to what had really happened and, long story short, she got my charges dismissed. She outshines all of the other attorneys I had consulted with and I am thankful I went with her.

First off it's not okay to drink and drive or drive under the influence, BUT it had been hours since my last drink. I was drinking water since that last drink. Luckily the office who pulled me over had me on video. Yes I did take a right corner a little sharp hitting the shoulder line, but I was well within my limits to drift that corner a little close. I was by no means endangering anyone or myself. Still the officer pulled me over and performed a sobriety test. It was kind of hokey so I hired this attorney. Ana managed to get the charges dismissed. Through the whole process she answered all of my questions and settled my concerns. I don't look forward to hiring another lawyer but I need one I definitely am coming back.

In 2016, I was involved in a very serious car accident. Dealing with the aftermath involved many medical professionals, medical facilities, auto insurance, medical insurance and replacement of my car all while I was trying to deal with the injuries and the pain. I did not call a lawyer at first because I felt like I was being treated fairly by all the individuals involved. Eventually, I was overwhelmed and found the situation to be way over my head. Not sure what to do I started searching for a lawyer to help me. Having limited dealings with lawyers I wasn't sure what to look for so to the internet I went. After searching through pages of lawyers I was still lost. So I cleared the search, again typed in lawyers near Dalton and asked God to put the lawyer I needed at the top of the list and pressed enter … William J. Kimsey of Dalton, Georgia.
I called his office hoping to get an appointment for a consultation. I explained my situation to the very kind sounding person on the other end of the phone. She explain that she would check and call me back. She did and an appointment was made.
During my meeting with Mr. Kimsey he immediately put me at ease with his calm and relaxed demeanor. He listened carefully to everything I had to say while he looked over my paperwork. He took the time to explain the situation and to answer my questions. He gave me what he thought would be the probable outcome. The more we talked the more I knew I was in the right place. I had found the lawyer I needed and the worry and anxiety of my situation was gone. Over the next several months He and his assistant Amy worked on my behalf to achieve the best possible outcome. I was kept informed as to the progress of my case. Everyone I dealt with in Mr. Kimsey's office was always very pleasant and very helpful. I am very happy with the result of their efforts. My only regret is that I didn't call him sooner. If I have a need for a lawyer in the future Mr Kimsey will be my first call.

Chad Plumley and his Legal Assistant, Lyndi were a tremendous help to me in the aftermath of a fairly serious automobile accident I was in caused by the other driver running a red light at 40+ mph. Chad was thorough and concerned and made sure that I was completely back on my feet before filing suit. His patience, diligence and legal knowledge resulted in a settlement that paid all my medical bills and provided me compensation for lost wages, pain and suffering. This Attorney was great! My case did not necessarily turn out the way I wanted but that certainly did not negate the incredible service I received from this attorney. There were a few things I did not agree with in the outcome but it's still overall worked out. After working with this attorney, I am confident that I would secure his services if ever needed again. Jake handled a very nasty speeding ticket my son received while driving back to Raleigh through GA over spring break. My son, not realizing how serious the ticket was, procrastinated in contacting us about the ticket. We only contacted Jake a few days before the court date in which my son was compelled to appear. Nevertheless, Jake was very responsive, candid, and entertainingly colorful in his assessment of our situation. The outcome greatly exceeded our expectations as well. We were able to get the charge reduced significantly without having to appear in court, and so much so that the points didn't transfer to NC, which kept my insurance from going through the roof. I am a 26 year old male that went for and won full custody of my daughter. Not an easy thing to do, especially here in Georgia. I had been fighting for five years and went through four other attorneys to represent my case before hiring Megan. I lost a lot of money and went full circle with no positive results. For my daughters safety giving up was not an option. I saw an add of facebook that read "fathers have rights too." I called Megan's firm and sat down for a consultation the next day. I was drawn to Samantha after hearing from a close friend (who was also going through a divorce) about how amazing her attorney was. So I asked for her info and I don't think that I could have made a better choice! It had been an uphill battle with my ex on everything and when I brought Samantha into the mix, I have to say, she showed up ready to work! She was crazy quick with getting back to me with all of my concerns (no matter how neurotic I got) and was constantly there for me. I have to say, while in mediation with my ex-husband (4 hours in) I was getting tired. But Samantha was there by my side making sure nothing slipped by. She was realistic and aggressive in the court room, and when my ex was on the stand she didn't pull any punches, nothing cheap, just professionally showed the court what I had been dealing with for too long. Bill was kind and understanding of my limitations, and worked within my limitations to get things done.
He does not put on airs or arrogance. He is an ex-Veteran (Army)...and down to earth.

His is a small firm and you are not paying for a lot of the extra frivolties of large firms. Because of this, he was able to arrange a payment plan when I had little to nothing to give at the beginning.

His fees and payment arrangements were reasonable and fair and flexible.
He made sure I understood the law as well as he did. He explained things thoroughly so I was never wasting my time with misunderstandings and confusions.
He negotiated intelligently for me with the other lawyer throughout a complex divorce involving financial and emotional abuse, mental problems, trauma, a personality disorder, disability, and molestation.
He was honest, and put his foot down when I was not following through on my side...making sure I was not wasting money or opportunities...But he did so with tact.
He mediated me a good financial lump sum from my divorce.
My daughter and I are in a good financial situation due to him.
He plans to help me to negotiate down some of my debt with creditors.
He has told me his favorite cases are injury cases...I know he can handle any case with any complexities seeing what he was able to do with my case.
I had to drive an hour and a half each way to see him each time we met....and I have to say that.

I had some serious and complicated residual issues from my divorce several years ago, and had previously been burned and set back by a few 'very seasoned' (and very terrible/burnt-out) attorneys, before Kelly. Based on my situation and prior experiences in court, I was fully expecting (and dreading) that my only option would be to return there, and fight for something with little chances of prevailing. I met with Kelly, gave her a pile of paperwork and notes to review, with the agreement that we would conference call soon to discuss her recommendations. During that initial meeting, Kelly impressed me with her both professional and caring review of my situation. She was quick to dismiss/filter things that weren't relevant, asked very direct questions, and outlined how we would progress. A few weeks later, when we conference called to review, she recommended three options, with the dreaded court date as #3 (last). Although I didn't believe that my ex-wife would accept anything, I agreed to start with Option #1, expecting it to lead to #2 and then #3. Kelly prepared what we needed for Option #1, sent it to me for approval, and then presented it to my ex-wife. To my surprise and relief, my ex accepted our requests. I firmly believe that what Kelly presented and how she presented it (tone) nudged my ex into agreement. I think that Kelly means business, and she was able to convey this to my ex in a non-threatening, yet motivating way. She has saved me a lot, because I believe most attorneys would have signed me up for court dates and lots of expense, more concerned for their billable hours than my welfare.

I hired Kelly specifically on a recommendation from a family member. I knew I needed someone who really knew what they were doing for my case, and knew I needed to be prepared for a potentially ugly fight. I made it clear from the beginning that I wanted to be fair, but not taken advantage of in resolving my case.
Kelly was purely professional in her handling. She made sure I was prepared each step of the way, and worked with me to provide a fair and equitable settlement of my case.
While Kelly is not the cheapest attorney out there, I knew going in that you get what you pay for. And I knew I better be prepared for a fight and not need to, rather than need to fight and be unprepared. Kelly's fees were reasonable for a top flight attorney, and quite frankly one of the best investments I think I have ever made.
If you have a case where you know you will need an attorney who knows how the process works and can protect you in the difficult process of a divorce, I don't think you could find anyone better. I would highly recommend her.
