After going through two other attorneys in a divorce/custody case that started over a year and a half ago, Sally took over and put an end to the madness. She immediately took action and got the ball moving. She's very direct and honest, and will let you know what's realistic and what she feels the best course of action is (and why), but she ultimately leaves the decision up to you and doesn't encourage you to do anything you don't really want to do. As soon as I met her and talked to her about my case, I could tell that she LOVES what she does. I felt so relieved knowing that my future was in her hands. She is easy to contact, very quick to respond, and unbelievably efficient. She's a pistol and doesn't put up with any BS from the opposing party. Sally finalized my case quickly and maintained elegance and class while dealing with a less-than-savory opposing party/attorney. I can't even express how grateful I am for her service and I would highly recommend her to anybody going through the same thing.

I knew going in that my divorce and subsequent custody case was going to be messy so I wanted an attorney that was sharp enough to stick to the relevant facts of the case. Sally is upfront and tells it like it is whether you like it or not. She comes to trial prepared for anything a crazy ex can throw at you. This case needed an attorney that could think many steps ahead and she does just that. Peace of mind comes at a price but she has been worth every penny. I believe I can count on her to protect myself and my children for years to come.

Attorney Luther knows the law and quotes the case laws like the back of her hand. She is extremely knowledgeable, organized and thorough. I was facing the option of having to appeal a ruling or petitioning for the judge to vacate their ruling and grant a new case. In my case, the judge imediately vacated their ruling and granted a new case. Attorney Luther did more than I thought was possible. She was realistic with me about my options and the potential outcomes and I felt confident having her on my team. She was effective in arguing my case after only having a short amount of time to prepare. She located and subpoenad information that my previous attorney did not obtain and appears to be very respected by the courts. She has over 2 decades of experience and I pity the attorney that opposes her if they don't have their work done. I would hire her again and again and again should the need ever arise but hopefully the need doesn't arise.

I would absolutely recommend Attorney Luther and her staff. She came as a recommendation from a close family friend whom has used her in the past. She is an amazing no nonsense type of lawyer with a great personality and supporting staff to match! Be prepared! You have expectations of her as a lawyer, and she has expectations of you as a client. If you are wanting her to work on your behalf, you need to be able to provide whatever she asks her within the deadline she has given to you I hired Attorney Luther to handle my child custody/legitimization case. I was sued by my NCP. Both the NCP and I were originally filed as Pro Se until the NCP retained counsel. I didn't think much about retaining counsel due to financial reasons and my supporting documents to substantiate my case. But upon NCP obtaining counsel, the filing changed. My case went from the NCP trying to establish visitation to him wanting to take full custody of our child. I had to retain her at the last minute, and it was one best decisions I made in regards to this legal matter. She IMMEDIATELY went to work on my case! She filed motions within the 2 hours of being retained. With that being said, her 25 years of experience and good reputation with Judges was a determining factor in the judge allowing for a Continuance while I prepare with my attorney; the judge definitely made that known. Attorney Luther is very upfront and direct and detailed. She works very hard for you but she also expects the same from her client. As a client, help her to help you! Communicate thoroughly your needs, wants and expectations and she will be very honest with you and work hard to achieve the requests of her clients. She came to court prepared and ready! Every time opposing counsel tried to submit evidence that was not reviewed, lead a witness or imply negligent wrongdoing without supporting documentation and proof - Attorney Luther was on point to stop the opposing counsel dead in their tracks! I was very proud of her performance in Court and the overall outcome of the case. Her opening and closing arguments were phenomenal. The way she thoroughly questioned the witnesses and opposing parties were impressive. My advice: Be prepared! You have expectations of her as a lawyer, and she has expectations of you as a client. If you are wanting her to work on your behalf, you need to be able to provide whatever she asks her within the deadline she has given to you. I had retained her at truly the last minute possible and therefore I had to beat feet and get her everything within a very tight deadline. But because I am thorough and detailed myself, I brought most of that information with me when I retained her. But I still had more to do. She explained that her deadlines are to allow her and her staff time to comply with her deadlines to file motions and submit requests and such with the court. There is nothing negative that I can say about Attorney Luther or her staff. I would recommend her to anyone! I know that if I never hired her, that my case would not have come out the way that it did.

Attorney Fanfair is a God sent. I was initially impressed with his eagerness and zeal upon our 1st meet(in the court house elevator:). I was in search of a good attorney, no "great attorney" that was aggressive, affordable and hungry to win...but also knowledgeable and respected in the field. I got myself into some trouble and was sure that I would find myself in prison. I was referred to Stacy through a friend and was hesitant at first because she seemed to be a family attorney and was from a different county. She was really fair on her price and the consultation went really well so I chose to go with her. I couldn't be happier with my decision. She is a professional and did what alot of lawyers I spoke with said couldn't be done. Do yourself a favor and choose Stacy.

My significant other (SO) and I started a pre-nup using an online webform, and per GA law, I sought an attorney to review on my behalf. During my initial consultation with Ms. Crittenden, she was very positive about the effort we were making and she listened to all of my concerns and questions. All of my questions and concerns were addressed in a very straightforward manner, with simple language, using examples to illustrate the point. This made it easy for me to share the ramifications of the web template language with my SO and for us to work through what we intended the document to say. We ultimately hired Ms. Crittenden to reword the pre-nup based a document where we identified our intent and wishes. When my SO's attorney reviewed the document there were only minor updates to be made. Ms. Crittenden made what could potentially be a difficult process easy! I would return to Ms. Crittenden for assistance - I trust her judgement and ability to help carry out my wishes!

I met with Mrs. Crittenden, following a referral from a lawyer friend of mine that practices in another field. I was being brought back to court for a change in custody and child support. I met with Mrs. Crittenden for the initial appointment and was very impressed with the help that she offered, even prior to my agreement to retain her services. She has her heart in the right place and eventually, I had to admit that I could not afford her (very reasonable) retainer. She was able to offer several payment options, which also did not fit my current (limited) budget. However, she did provide very helpful advice around filing my initial response to the court on my own, so that I had more time to find an attorney that did fit my budget. I cannot say enough positive things about Mrs. Crittenden. I felt that she understood the importance of the continuation of my role in my child's life, especially as the NCP (Dad). I would recommend her to anyone - and I also feel that if I had been able to find a way to pay her reasonable retainer, I would have been very pleased with the outcome. Instead, I found an attorney that was willing to work within my budget. While the other attorney's services were appropriate, I feel that Mrs. Crittenden would have been a more present and qualified advocate for my rights. I do have a stack of her cards and hand them out to others that can benefit from her services. If I ever require the services of a family attorney again, I have no doubt that I will return to Mrs. Crittenden.

I was going through the divorce process and she was extremely attentive and always there to put my mind at ease. She was always able to answer my questions in a timely manner. My ex was threatening to fight for full custody and she did everything in her power to make sure it wouldn't happen, i was lucky to have such a hard working, fighter as a lawyer i got full custody and much more. She never failed to stop fighting! Tracy was so polite and informative, i would definitely tell others to hire her. Tracy is worth it especially if you have a battle to go through. Im so grateful!

Alice is not only up to speed on case law and how the system works, but she is experienced in how to navigate the overall process. She represented me on a very contentious divorce case and kept me focused on the overall picture and what was best for the child involved. I greatly appreciated her honest assessment of issues and her candid feedback. She is very practical and will give you both sides of every argument which allowed me to be prepared for any outcome or defense tactic. She deeply cares about her clients and helping them through the divorce process. I would say that Alice is a full-service attorney and will see that all your needs are met or resolved as best as can be. She will stay focused on your needs and also excelled at focusing on the needs of my child. She would work with both my therapist, my child's therapist and the co-parenting adviser to make sure all parties were up to speed on developments and parenting guidelines. She also stayed on the opposing counsel to make sure deadlines were being met and that the process was progressing. She is not about wasting time or stalling. I really appreciated her timeliness and recognition of my budget. Above all else, Alice is very dedicated and truly cares about her clients and their needs. I highly recommend her and can't thank her enough for her 1.5 years of service on my case.

Jeff Hamby is definitely the lawyer for you if you are going through a particularly nasty divorce - especially one involving disputed custody of children. He can be a "pit bull" in the courtroom when necessary. He's been doing this a long time, and his experience shows - and gets results. And in the midst of one of the darkest times of my life, he was actually a joy to work with. He is definitely a straight shooter, though, and he will tell it to you like it is. He's truly fabulous.

Picking a right lawyer to represent myself in family law sector can be a headache, time and money consuming thing, especially when am a foreigner and a minority. I used Patrick for my divorce case. From the very first time I talked to him over the phone, I knew that I was going to have a great attorney. He explained things and made sure I knew what was to come. Even if it was something I didn't want to hear, he told me anyway to make sure that I knew what could happen. Turns out, he was right about all that he had told me. Patrick stayed in close contact with me and updated me often to make sure I knew where my case was. He worked very hard to get me what I deserved and wanted. We had a chance to settle that morning before court. I wanted to settle it to just have it over with but Patrick knew that I was cutting myself short and fought to get me what I deserved. My case unfortunately wound up in front of the judge. This to me, is where Patrick shined the most. He's very very good at his job and that was evident during the trial. Not only did I get what I had asked for, I got more. All thanks to Patrick. In the future, if I ever have to retain an attorney again, he will be my go to guy. I was very pleased, and have already recommended him several times.

Patrick was concerned, informative, and full of sound advice from the very beginning of the consultation and then all through the divorce process. At no time did he ever leave a meeting with an open question or at least not having a plan of action. Patrick was very thorough, always prompt with responses to my questions, and his follow up procedures leave nothing to be desired. Patrick's knowledge of the law is without question and his ability to translate the law into layman's terms put me at complete ease from our very first meeting. I called Saeed and explained my traffic ticket; unlike the other lawyers who wanted me to hire them immediately and pay them up front. Saeed advised me that my traffic ticket was a simple expiry of tag and that i should be able to pay the fine without paying thousands to any lawyer. He was more of a physician watching out for the best interest of his client instead of a businessman looking out for the best for himself. I can not thank him enough for giving the best advice in a simple and understandable language. I highly recommend Saeed for his principles and practise of law.

Saeed is a fantastic attorney and just a genuinely caring guy. His office is in a very nice area, and conveniently located. I contacted Attorney Roney after obtaining her name from the Georgia Bar Association. I was concerned about foreclosure and needed legal representation. Atty. Roney invited me to her office and gave me sufficient information, so I could make an informed decision regarding my legal rights and obligations. We met over a course of weeks and she provided me with information that clarified the process leading to foreclosure. Ms. Nesset-Sale is everything you want in a lawyer -- knowledgeable, experienced, smart, well-connected, personable, efficient, compassionate, firm, and wise. I was so grateful someone referred me to her and I wanted to let others know in case they ever need a lawyer or mediator. I will actually miss working with her though I'm glad to get the divorce/mediation process finished. She was up front about cost, explained the difference between mediation and divorce representation, helped us figure out child support and the parenting plan, knows timelines and how the local courts work very well. We had already made preliminary agreements between the two of us, but wanted to keep the best interests of our children at the forefront while also being fair to each other . . . but there was no way we could have navigated our way through the forms and the courts without some guidance. Divorce is important even when it's amicable, so it's worth it to work with someone who knows exactly how to guide you through the process in a timely and professional manner. And clearly knows how to handle a variety of clients, even the non-amicable ones. I will absolutely hire her again if I need a lawyer again in the future.
