The whole team is fantastic! Anytime you call, message or visit them, you leave with all your questions answered. I hired Ms. Lopez to represent me in my child custody/divorce/child support modification case. The previous attorney I had did not update me regularly, it took days for me to get my calls returned and just made a mess out of my whole case. Hiring Ms. Lopez was the best thing that happened to my case, I finally felt like I was being heard, her paralegal did much more than my previous attorney did. We used Cohen & Malad for the adoption of my daughter and couldn't be more pleased. The case itself was pretty straightforward but there were a few speedbumps along the way that they worked out for us flawlessly. We couldn't be happier with their representation.
Tara Cragen, our lawyer, was phenomenal with great communication. She walked us through the whole process very smoothly. Would highly recommend for family law. Her assistant Tonya Brock also went way above and beyond for us. Tonya was also fast to respond and give updates on everything.
Had a small issue after the case was closed that came up that they helped put to bed. Again great communication and effort on their part.
Seems like their entire firm has good communication and is extremely well run. Would highly recommend and will use in the future.

Jeff Hammond was excellent to work with. We called him right after my injury and he guided us through the whole process with remarkable patience and professionalism. I had never been involved in a lawsuit before, so I had no idea how any of this works, but that didn't bother him at all. He answered all our questions, checked in on us, and made sure that we knew everything we needed to know. He made this entire process extremely easy and convenient. Kassis is an Oscar worthy attorney. He made them unweave their web of lies with their own mouths. Literally had a Few Good Men moment… You can’t handle the TRUTH! Except the phrase for me was “YES, Crystal is to blame for everything wrong” hand slammed, sweaty, red faced with spittle flying! It was actually electrifying. He was attacking my haters and showing the lack of their intelligence and ability to even makes sense. I’ll only recommend John for family and criminal cases. He is worth 10 times what I paid. Megan and Todd did an amazing job representing my fiancé! My fiancé had a terrible PO that violated him for no reason! His PO was fired for falsely violating people, but the state still pursued my fiancé for probation violation that never happened! He was fighting 2 felony charges and facing years in prison. If it weren’t for Megan and Todd working so hard on this case, it wouldn’t have been DISMISSED! Megan wouldn’t accept anything other than a dismissal, and she was fierce! I'm currently going through the worst-case scenario (seriously like only 5% end up this bad) for a divorce with 4 children and a high conflict money stashing ex. I met Mr Krasutsky last Friday he is my friend Shannons lawyer! When I first arrived receptionist was super nice had me take a seat in a extra room, this lawyer came in said room, would not even shake my hand backed up, then told me too follow him too pay the $153 fee for his consulation fee! I should of left then because he made me feel uncomfortable, as if he wanted too makesure I could afford the fee:/ I felt this lawyer was not only rude but judgy, I came in with a action plan and concerns and every concern I had he knocked down with rebuttal, he said best course of action was too just get custody of my son when I told him my concerns for my daughter! He seemed like he was only in it too do what he thought best! My sister still wanted to hire him and had me call him back and his secretary turned down the payment and said she would have too talk too him first after he told me he would take the case! We went with a better attorney, that actually charged 2000 instead of the $1700 kratusky wanted and he listened to my concerns for my children! was not judgmental of a single-mom!!!! So please dont waste your money and find someone that will listen too you!

I called and consulted with him on the phone. He made me feel so much better about my case and gave me hope that everything would be okay. I called the next day to hire him and pay but was told they aren't taking new client. All my hopes were shattered. My advice is not to get your hopes up with this team until after you secure him... if you can.

Glaser & Ebbs offer paid parking for the Colts games for a cost of nearly $40 if you pay for it advance on Parkwhiz. When buying a parking pass to a Colts game in advance online, they falsely promote that they have restrooms for paid parkers in their lot...this is only partially true.
The bathrooms (and the building itself) are unlocked before the start of the game. When the game ends, they immediately lock their doors, and even people who paid to park in their lot can't get in to use a bathroom. Don't they realize people might need to use the bathroom before they leave?
Also, they have multiple people help park cars before the game. After the game, there is literally a free for all leaving with no staff in sight to guide people out. Expect to wait an hour just to even get out of their lot and to make it to Interstate 70 when the game is over.

I believe Josh Tatum and Peter Racher are unethical attorneys. I strongly warn all prospective clients to stay away from these attorneys; find someone else to help you! As I have ran the case details by several prominent attorneys, we feel that this can be proved in both a legal case and complaint with the State Board against Josh Tatum, Peter Racher and their Firm (PSRB).
Briefly, I hired a partner attorney (Shelley Jackson) at the Law Firm, Plews Shadley Racher & Braun (PSRB) regarding an employment discrimination case. Shelley extensively reviewed the case and contacted the opposing attorney to negotiate a settlement agreement. Shelley then suddenly resigned from the Firm in the middle of the negotiations to take a position at a different company and handed the case over to an associate attorney (Josh Tatum) at the Firm. Josh did not know the details of the case well at all and it disturbed me greatly especially given that I had paid a very large amount of legal fees (18k) to the original partner attorney to know the case well. I was nervous at this point given my discussions and correspondence with Josh and his lack of understanding of the case and so I spent some extra time with him before he made contact with the opposing attorney to ensure he was up to speed as much as possible at least on the important details of the case. I asked Josh if he would listen to the audio of various meetings and review emails that I had already paid the original partner to listen to and review; Josh responded that he would have to re-charge me to do those things. Then he contacted the opposing attorney and made a huge mistake during negotiations in suggesting that we were ok with no non-disparagement clause. He also tells me the opposing counsel did not agree to the main items of the agreement as the partner attorney stated they did before she left the Firm. I immediately halted all activity with the PSRB Law Firm and contacted the managing partner (Peter Racher) and expressed my numerous concerns. I told Peter and the Firm that I would hold off on paying any outstanding invoices until everything was satisfactorily resolved. Peter stated he would get back to me. Weeks and weeks went by, still no response. Eventually, Josh forwarded me correspondence from the opposing counsel and during that time I found out from Josh that PSRB had terminated our attorney-client relationship and would not be representing me any longer. They advised me to seek successor counsel. The managing partner eventually wrote me a 1.5-page letter not stating much but that he investigated my concerns, reiterating that our attorney-client relationship had ended, and that they would not be refunding me any fees paid and basically good luck.

Even if she initially agreed to take on our case when others wouldn't, the entire process felt slow and lacked the urgency we expected. Her communication, while present, often left us feeling more anxious than reassured, and we found ourselves constantly having to follow up for updates. We felt like she wasn’t as proactive as she could have been, and the settlement took longer than we anticipated. While the case was eventually resolved, the experience fell short of our expectations, and we wouldn’t recommend her services.

Lady answering the phone sounds like she either hates her job or is just flat out lazy. When asked a simple question of whether Judy gives a free consultation she said "hmm, their website doesnt mention if theres a fee" (no duh) then continued to ask for my ph no, email address, zip code, (all understandable since this was probably protocol) then my physical address...Im sure more questions were to follow. I just had a simple question but could not get an answer to save my life. Moving on to another attorney and didnt even get my foot in the door!

I used the law office of Lacey LLC, in 2014 it's been awhile but I have a right to my review Ms Lacey was a terrible lawyer for me if I didn't speak up for myself I would have been in jail and the judge never got mad I spoke out several times at different hearings he knew she wasn't doing a good job for me or the judge would have told me to shut up and he never did, I should have never hired a female attorney me being a male, so men do not hire this woman for your divorce because I felt she was working for my ex wife, the only time she had objections is when I threw a fit in court she wasn't doing a job again the judge never said anything to me, Ms Lacey look like a hillbilly in court wearing culottes every single hearing which lasted 3 (+) years and I was wearing a suit extremely unprofessional and disrespectful towards me when I complained she was doing a terrible job for me , I wish I could have fired her but I couldn't

Called to see about getting help and unless your an immigration case they aren't accepting new cases. To me that's discrimination against our country. This is getting ridiculous. My child has been made so uncomfortable by his dad that he hasn't talked to or seen him in almost a yr, and has told me that if he does see him he wants someone else there because his dad makes him uncomfortable in a sexual personal way. And because we aren't immigration these people won't even hear our case or help. Seriously.
