Eddie went above and beyond any expectations I had for a lawyer. I hired Eddie after a bad experience with my previous representation during this same case. My custody case had already been ongoing for almost a year by the time I found Edward. After I had my initial consult with him, I knew he would fight for my children and I, and without a single doubt- and he did. He won my custody case for me!!! I could tell he was not just here to take every penny I had, he has integrity and prides himself with his services. Eddie let me do a lot of the tedious work throughout my case, saving me a significant amount of money. His communication and response time is immaculate- you would never know you were not his only client. He never made me feel like my questions or concerns were a burden or unimportant. Edward represented me through two, eight hour days at trial. He encouraged me on breaks throughout my testimony and cross-examination, which was reassuring when I had no idea what to expect. He always included me throughout my custody trial and kept me informed with any questions I had. I felt very prepared when it came time for me to provide my testimony to the court due to Edward's pretrial preparation. Eddie has a professional demeanor, dedicated work ethic, and is committed to all he serves. Edward is honest with his charges/ billing, and when any questions came up about any billing concerns, he was always willing to explain and help me understand. Never look for another lawyer again once you have worked with Eddie Fishman. Eddur is above and beyond any expectations you could have or thought. Very respectful, communication is on point, doesn't waste any time or beat around d the bush. He does exactly wha he says he is going to do. I've worked with him three times now and has always exceeded my expectations. Eddie is definitely the right choice and has me as a client for life. Sam did a great job fighting for what I wanted and was very knowledgeable along the way. I came a long way from where I started with Sam compared where we ended up settling. He knows his stuff and will tell you realistically where you stand and gives you insight on both best and worst case scenarios. From a client stand point I didn't know anything about divorce and law and needed information about how the process worked and Sam again did a great job with any questions I had and walked me through the process of divorce and the time table of it all. Andrea is literally the best at what she does! They were trying to make it where I served more jail time & I told her I didn’t want to! A weekend was fine! But that was it! She got it to where I don’t have to serve anymore jail time at all!! My charge got dropped down to a serious misdemeanor from a felony! This lady is so good, not to mention she’s serving looks as she’s walking through the courthouse owning the place! If yall dont have her defending you DROP YOUR LAWYER AND GET HER ASAP! If I could give more than 5 stars I definitely would!

I seriously don't think I could reccomend Earl enough.
My case started in Febuary of 2022 when my child's father after years of no contact, got married and they decided they wanted to start having visitations with my daughter. I was skeptical after his inconsistency and abandonment for years prior but Earl was able to put a plan in place that not only made me comfortable, but a plan that also kept my daughter in a safe controlled environment. After that failed to happen we were able to file a motion to terminate his rights and protect my daughter from someone whom lacks pure intentions. Earl was fantastic at fighting for myself and my child. He always explained things clearly and made sure if I had questions that he would answer them. After 2 and a half years of going through the courts there were times I found myself feeling a bit anxious for what was to come. Earl stood his ground for me and was all around the best choice I could have made to ensure my daughter has the future she deserves. Thank you to Earl and team for going above and beyond and never stopping at anything to fight for your clients.

Amanda helped me with my child custody case against my ex-wife. My case kept getting postponed and didn't seem like it was ever going to over. I'm thankful that Amanda stuck with me and didn't give up on me even when things got tough. Her efforts made it possible for my kids and I to be reunited after a year and a half of not being allowed to see or contact them. EDIT: LOL they get a email about a bad review then call and before he wanted to talk about my case Waytt tried to get upset about my honest review. Kinda that a missed call or something of that nature doesn't get a call but a bad review does. This companies ego is way to big to help people that need timely answers.

Complete waste of time and money. This lawyer had my contact info, email, and all evidence (including CCTV, body cam footage, witnesses, medical records, and photographs) for THREE months before my hearing, yet he never reached out to me until just 10 minutes before seeing the judge. He then pressured me into taking a plea deal for something I wasn’t guilty of, despite having concrete evidence to prove my innocence. Because of his lack of preparation, I was forced to discharge from the military and lost my civilian job as an EMT, since I couldn’t be insured to drive an ambulance with this charge on my record. It’s taken me THREE years to finally get re-hired as an EMT. I would’ve been better off with the public defender, who at least would have fought for me. Do not waste your time or money with this lawyer.

I hired Tricia after we were having some issues with my case. She went beyond what was expected. I put the deposit down and she kept a log on the time she spent working on the case. She sent me a check for the rest of the deposit that she didn't use. She gave me some tasks and got me in touch with congress members that gave me some more insight. Now everything is smooth sailing.
