Disna changed my life! Open till speaking with her my visa process was stressful, daunting, and there were moments where I felt like giving up. Upon having a call with her we were able to expedite the process and get it approved within a few short months. My visa was not a luxury. Hiring Mrs. O’Steen was hands down the best decision we ever made. From my personal experience, she absolutely will go to bat for her clients. She is extremely knowledgeable in her field. I was getting a divorce, had a child and had no idea where to go or how to even begin the process. My co-worker recommended Kim, best decision ever! She's very warm, friendly and knows her stuff. She knows Florida law backwards and forwards and can answer any and all questions you have. She was always very quick to respond to my calls, emails and made sure I knew exactly what she was talking about. It was not a short divorce and it was down right ugly at times, but she helped me get through. She did not settle or try to push me into anything that I didn't want, just to "get the process over with". She fought for what I wanted and what was in the best interest for my child. She was/is the most helpful and understanding lawyer/person I've ever met.

After my spouse past away, Kathryn Robbie was extremely helpful in making sure I wasn't held responsible for my spouses house mortgage. The house was not in my name and didn't want to take ownership. She had contacted the banks lawyer and had to appear in court on my behalf numerous times until the matter was settled. I would highly recommend her. Great customer service, however, as a stay at home mom, (who is currently in search for a job now that Im headed towards divorce) I feel that spending 10k for retainer is very outrageous. I get that this may be one of the best family law firms in FL, but I wish there was a program where a payment plan could be out in place for those of us that may be on a financial low at the moment.
Kmowing that I may be heading to court without an attorney frightens me so much. It's so overwhelming and my anxiety has been up it's roof but this point. I know I need help with my case. This divorce is slowly doing me in and I'm just praying to God someone could hear me it and want to work with me and or others like me.

He starts out as though he is compassionate and then a few months later you learn the real Bob. He will tell you what you wish to hear and then you don't hear from him. If you call his office his secretary Kim is extremely rude and hateful. I thought this was just her but over the course of dealing with Bob for almost 2 years I have learned he is more rude than her. He won't call you back and when you've left multiple messages he responds as though you are interupting his life! I divorced a narcisisst and found the exact same thing in a lawyer. He didn't fight back at any of the hearings we had. I went to him cause he seemed knowledgeable the law. He even had incorrect information at the hearing!! He's extremely incompetent!! My ex hasn't paid myself or Bob and yet he won't file contempt charges. I spoke with him on Mar. 12, 2019 and it is now April1, 2019 and I've heard nothing from him. This isn't unusual. He will go months without any communication! Do yourself a favor and find a lawyer that fights for you and not just about getting his money!!

Otto is an excellent lawyer. When I first met Otto I was at my wits end. My son was accused of a crime he did not commit. Otto worked deligently trying to prove my son's innocence. I spoke with two lawyers before I met Otto all they were interested in is getting their fees instead of showing compassion to help defend my son. So I’m sure every client experience will vary based off their factors regarding their divorce but here is my take on it. The firm can be expensive without a doubt. However I am sure there are more expensive and cheaper firms out there. I will be paying off my dues for a bit to come, but you are paying for the experience the firm offers. If I did not seek representation I would have absolutely been taken advantage of by my ex. The firms professionalism and knowledge was shown when my cases counsels started going head to head.
I was represented by Chauntel Miller and she did an amazing job helping me throughout the whole process which was lengthy. Not only was she able to get a deal that I was happy with and worked best for me and my child she taught me some renewed attributes such as self confidence and discipline which was definitely lacking during the divorce. She is kind, patient and honest when you are working with her.

She has to be the most spread thin, admittedly ' burned out" she told me the night before our trial. Their email system " is not functioning properly" for the last 9 months so they respond to about 2% of inquiries, which is about the same for return calls vrs msgs left. Then after she cost me the trial. She testified that she " was too busy with other cases and could only talk to me after midnight!" Half of my biz was given to my ex when he PREVIOUSLY TESTIFIED that it was premarital and he didnt' expect it, but she wasn't paying attention!

Seth always took the time to answer all my questions and make sure I really understood what was happening in my case. He always showed up to court ready to go and was organized. The judge really respected him and listed when he told the judge about other cases like mine and why I should win. He returned my calls usually in the same day and the time I had an emergency on a Sunday he called me right back and took the time to help me. This attorney failed to inform me on the status of my case nor provide any type of plan or strategy for a sucessful or favorable outcome and after I paid them in full up front $3,000.00. They sat on my case for 14 months. Then afterwards, qouted me $5000 to proceed and then sent me a bill for $1400 that said I do not have to pay, imagine that. They, the brother and him, worked hard on my case, not. They negotiated a settlment in three months with the opposing parties consel that covered one of the many points I'm seeking relief from the courts for . The settlement covered one of my points and gave concessions to the other party that I did not agree to nor see would fit my situation any better than where I was at . The attorney used language during our conversation that belittled me. After I refused to agree to their proposal they sent me the same exact settlement agreement five months later and acted like it was brand new news. In the end they wanted to me to agree to pay my ex-wife $30 dollars a month (towards a joint debt that I was awarded to pay during our divorce since I agreed to take on the debt that was awarded to me by the courts) in order to be awarded two extra overnights with our child during the school year and the "right for first refusal", which I didnt ask for nor think it would fit our situation as the mother is a high conflict co-parent. I hired this lawfirm to aid me in contempt, mod of timesharing and child support. Nothing was accomplished during his leadership and the case continues pro se, the way it came to them. Be careful of family law attorneys they know the system is rigged in their favor as attorneys and they are just happy with the system and will tax any litigant that comes their way just as much as the system is taxing everyone on it already! One red flag I notiticed up front when I asked how do they handle invoice and statements, they do not have a system for billing other than send the bill and jack it up!

I couldn't have found a better attorney. Anything I needed, he took care of right away. Everyone he recommeded for my divorce, (social investigator, mediator, etc.), was very good. He always made me feel comfortable, and is very understanding and caring. Hopefully I will never have to go through a divorce again, but if I do, Aaron will be the first I call.

I’m so great full with Mr. Naughton. He didn’t give up on my case. He went far and beyond to follow trough.
