I had a lot of questions about an estate. Mr. Clark had every answer to all my questions. He gave such great advice on how everything should be handled which made it easy for our family. I did call another Attorney but wasn't happy with how he responded. He unlike Mr. Clark seem to have to pause and even get back with me for some of the answers. Mr. Clark answered every question without pause and never had to refer to books or another Attorney. I highly recommend him for any and all legal questions or problems. He handles every case and treats you as if you are the only one who matters which I did NOT receive from anyone else.

Mr Nighswander has represented me on four different occasions in a variety of matters. Each legal action was handled professionally with a minimum of my needing to be involved. I was kept advised each step of the way. All four actions were settled in my favor and only one of them had to go to court. The other three were settled in arbitration, which was suggested by Mr Nighswander, thereby saving me a good deal of money and not wasting the court's time. Mr. Nighswander was very efficient in handling my late husband's and my bankruptcy proceedings. Also, after my husband's death he was able to get my bankruptcy payments reduced since my income had been reduced, by half. I respected his efficiency in the handling of my late husband's probate proceedings. He is a very professional attorney but also showed compassion for us/me during our appointments with him. Latrese (Amy) has been a truly great person to work with. I have been using her firm for a modification to my original divorce decree. My first experience with my original lawyer was a complete joke. I was represented by Latrese Cooper in my recent divorce and child custody case and was very pleased with her service to my children and me. As many divorces are complicated, mine involved many details such as circumstances of illness and domestic violence, an out-of-state civil protection order, out-of-state residence, and accusations of mental illness and being a unfit parent of my 2 young children. From the very first consultation, Latrese listened for detail. Although not required of legal counsel, she possessed an empathy for me that was evident and I know that when she promised to work hard for me she meant it and always followed through. Latrese took the time to explain the divorce process to me as it was ongoing and also did what she could to expedite things. For the status conferences, Latrese made efforts to ensure that I could appear before the judge via telephone as I was already residing out-of-state and the cost of travel would have been an undo burden on my children and myself. During trial, I felt very confident to have Latrese on my side and trusted that I was being represented very well. Professionalism, internal strength, and confidence exuded her and I believe that the opposing counsel was not nearly as well prepared for the trial and was seemingly intimidated by Latrese's outstanding preparation and skills. I would highly recommend Latrese for any one with a pending divorce, especially those whom may have been victimized throughout a marriage. Her level of performance is above average and I consider the final decisions made in my case to be more than adequate to my expectations.

Mr. Paris represented me in both criminal and civil matters stemming from domestic issues. In the criminal case, his investigation and pre-trial prep were thorough. During the preliminary hearings, he presented all options and recourses, with all possible outcomes, allowing me to make an educated decision about my future. At trail, he was eloquent and able to change tact with newly presented information to achieve an acquittal. The civil case was long and drawn out. I'm sure many cases that stem from domestic issues have a lot of emotion involved. Mr. Paris was again able to explain the situation clearly, toning down the knee-jerk emotions of his client, present all the options, and be a consultant to help me again make educated decisions. His pre-trail prep work was again thorough and rigorous. I cannot speak to his conduct during a civil trial, as this case was concluded in arbitration. Sean is honest and trustworthy. If I ever need legal services again, he will be my first call.

After being put in the position of having to hire a criminal defense attorney, luckily I hired Sean.
