Great experience, they were very helpful and on top of every little detail. Getting a divorce wasn’t a easy thing to do even though my divorce was unconsented I thought it was going to be a nasty /tedious process but they helped me back and forth with all documents both parties needed to get, they promptly emailed me right away if I missed anything on my documents to correct it so the process was easy and fast . I will totally recommend them , very professional and detailed oriented.

Combs Law lists themselves as being open on Saturday. When my spouse and I showed up first thing in the morning to find them closed, we called. What sounded like a centralized office told us that the hours posted were incorrect and that they would be open in thirty minutes. When we came back in a half hour and found the doors were still locked, we called again. The centralized office didn't have an answer and said they would pass our message along.
John called back quickly. We were seeking counsel regarding a consumer manner and John was fairly quick to advise the matter wasn't worth pursuing monetarily. While I would have much preferred the opportunity to go over this with him in person, as there were documents to reference, I did appreciate the candor and transparency. Nobody likes to have their time or money wasted, which John helped me avoid.
With that being said, posting accurate hours is easy. We do not live in town and drove for an hour each way. It was very frustrating to find the doors locked and be misadvised by a secretary.

Givhan is almost 100 yrs old, only worries about pig farms in Bullitt Co, while his Son -in-law Spainhour has dementia, steals funds from clients to pay his paralegal and staff, forgets to file paperwork in a timely manner and wants you to come to his office to discuss the same subject matter of your case over and over so he can bill you for useless time and wasted paperwork. Avoid both of these attorneys at ALL COSTS!

The person answering the phone is extremely professional, but forget everything getting any of these guys calling you back. I wouldn't give them any stars, but for the person who answered the phone. If you need an attorney that is there for you you, these guys are NOT IT. They never even have the common courtesy to return a call, and I had a family member who tried to use this form and for the exact same results. My recommendation is to not even try this bunch.

Very quick and knowledgeable. After I requested information from several attorneys on avvo, Suhre & Associates called me within hours and were the first to get back to me. They did not rush the conversation and they listened to everything I had to say. All my questions were answered and I was connected with an associate that best fit my case. Lisa is very knowledgeable and efficient. My case wasn't too complicated ( I had a hearing for a protection order), and she was able to get me in and out of the court room with a successful outcome in a flash. I was faced with a class C felony which carries a 5 to 10 year prison sentence. Needless to say I thought I was going to lose everything. Oh my goodness, I could not say enough positive things about this group of ladies. Firstly, everyone is exceptionally kind and understanding.
I personally had Emily Costin working my case. I was going through a divorce that took almost a year to get through. It was a long process, with many curveballs thrown in. She worked side by side with me the entire time. She helped make sure the kids were the number one priority. When working with her, she was so personable and down to earth, it made the divorce process so much easier. I had a lot of questions about an estate. Mr. Clark had every answer to all my questions. He gave such great advice on how everything should be handled which made it easy for our family. I did call another Attorney but wasn't happy with how he responded. He unlike Mr. Clark seem to have to pause and even get back with me for some of the answers. Mr. Clark answered every question without pause and never had to refer to books or another Attorney. I highly recommend him for any and all legal questions or problems. He handles every case and treats you as if you are the only one who matters which I did NOT receive from anyone else.

Also, after my husband's death he was able to get my bankruptcy payments reduced since my income had been reduced, by half.
