The attorney manipulated his client by not disclosing cost on his end and cost for supervised visits at $400 an hour. Kids are back in an unsafe environment since attorney refused to go to court. Paid $13,000.00 and came away with nothing. My children are in danger and this attorney only cares about money and how many cases he can close in a 3 month period.

I hired Jesse Nelson and his team to assist me with my labor case this past January. This was my first experience with a lawyer, so I honestly had no idea what to expect. I had the preconceived notion that hiring a lawyer and filing a suit would be a dreadful experience. Needless to say, I was completely wrong. I could not be more satisfied with my experience or the outcome of my case. He and his team made the entire process painless. In fact, it was actually enjoyable. Jesse and his assistants were always available to answer any questions I may have had, and always kept me informed with the progress of my case. Gary Dupler is a great attorney and a fine person. He represented me in an estate case was complicated and drawn out over two and a half years. Gary was very methodical in researching and building the case, and clearly explained his reasoning for everything. When it was time to present the case to a jury, Gary was tremendously better prepared than opposing counsel. After the trial Gary went well beyond anything he was required to do in assisting in the retrieval of property.
I never thought I would need the expertise of an attorney or be involved in a legal dispute. Gary was very patient with my naïve questions and my occasional annoyances. I would highly recommend Gary Dupler for your legal needs!!

I was accused of DUI and two counts of assault on an officer and my lawyer sent me a letter asking to talk about my case I went to the consultations i told my side an he read the reports and went from there and questioned each officer in front of the judge all the lies that were told on me and I was dismissed on all charges.eventually sued for excessive force and won.

I have known Mike Moyers since he was a Chancellor on the bench for 20 years. I appeared in his Court for many years. He was compassionate about his work as a Judge.
Recently, he decided to retire as Chancellor and move to practicing law again. He wants to help people and use his expertise to help those people struggling and need help. He is an asset to our legal community. He is genuinely a kind person and very intelligent. In my life there are few people that I consider to be "real" and he is one of the few. I hired Heidi for a modification seeking joint custody of my 4 year old daughter. The mother of my daughter and I were never married. This made my situation bad as far as any given rights by the state. Heidi had my case settled in a timely manner and fought the court system to keep my daughter for moving 400 miles away wifh her vindictive mother. She helped mme expand my rights to a joint custody agreement and did an awesome job keeping me up to date prepared and ready for anything that could be thrown at me by the mother, which was alot! I am a father of three. I was never married to their mother, and she was not allowing me to see them. I wanted to just get visitation rights to see my children again. I had been paying for child support, and knew that I had rights as their father. However, I was unclear as to what they were. A friend had referred Patti Jane Lay to me. I will say that I almost hired another attorney because she is difficult to get a hold of. Luckily, God put in my heart to just be patient, and she returned my call the next day. Patti Jane was amazing in just explaining to me the different options I could take. After a troubling phone call from my son, I decided that I needed to go after emergency custody. We had to travel across the state just to even take it to court. She made me feel confident every step of the way.
