Joseph and his team are truly amazing! I got into the car accident on September 3,2024 and got referred by my friend to Joseph. What can I say - I was shocked how quickly and professionally the whole office was involved in my case from day 1. Additional thanks to Vanessa who was my coordinator for the entire process. Guess what, I got my case settled in the beginning of December 2024 and I am super satisfied with the outcome. Less than 3 months and the case is already closed! Teresa Beyers is a go-to for your divorce and family law needs. I have read some reviews and disagree with the very few bad reviews. She has a ton of knowledge and a great ability to navigate a divorce case. Many reviews are written about charging too much for a divorce, but people don't understand she is more reasonable than most. Divorce is never cheap, Teresa will get you what you want and then some.

Sanaz has a good team and thorough system to ensure your bankruptcy gets finalized.
I am self employed, my case was more in depth.
I interviewed several attorneys in San Diego and LA area and they were suggesting Chapter 13 and avoiding chapter 7 because of my equity in my home, they said I was limited on exemptions ie and my vehicle and personal property were at risk!
Sanaz is very creative with creating and interpreting exemptions that the other attorneys NEVER mentioned and or understood, interpreting exemptions is very important, ie “Commercial Work Vehicle” (Truck) verses “vehicle”, that changed the game, the trustee wanted more money for my work truck and was also trying me on personal property and Sanaz put them in check!
She got my Chapter 7 discharged, I kept my condo equity, I owed nothing for my commercial work truck and personal items.
The other attorneys I interviewed were ok with having me agree to make an uncomfortable stressful payment plan to make it easy for them to file chapter 13….
Sanaz and her team tolerated all my calls and emails = STRESS and got me through it.
Sanaz and her team are the ones you want to represent you!!! Worth every dollar!!!

Over the past 35 years, Mr. Fuchs has demonstrated to be one of the few attorneys I have dealt with that is truly honest and trustworthy. His knowledge in law is exceptional and his wit is helpful even in the courtroom. Mr. Fuchs and I have won two major jury cases together against very large attorney firms. I have witnessed John's experience in legal complaints, responses, court motions and witness examinations. His skill in depositions is better than any movie skit a Hollywood writer could create. Being a Plaintiff in LA Superior Court and a Defendant in San Diego Federal court against the largest firm in SD, John beat up the two attorneys winning by unanimous jury decision and 11-1 in LA case. John helped me defeat a preferred shareholder attempts to take over my large business. I had an International call with Berenji Associates.
Right from calling the reception to speaking to the office manager Jacqueline and Attorney the team demonstrated a highly professional approach.
I felt so reassured that I was liaising with someone with clear understanding of the legality of the topic, had an analytical assessment with crystal clear communication skills. The team clearly depicts their excellent time management, organisational skills with attention to detail; and to top it the advice was delivered in a very calm, comforting, compassionate and yet professional order.

The customer service is very disappointing! Do they really care about their clients? I feel unwelcome at this law office. They don’t respect people’s time and make you wait over an hour after you took the time to schedule the appointment. This is the 5th time they do this to me and it gets worse when they say wait for my call because they won’t call you. The bad part is that I Paid for the whole service already. Probably that is why they treat me like trash.

Definitely would not recommend using Judge Amy Pellman for mediation services. She was incredibly biased from the start and made an unprofessional comment within 10 minutes of the session starting. Should’ve ended it there instead of wasting an entire day making zero progress on any kind of settlement. She was only interested in assisting one side on their goals, and did not advocate for me on any points. She might’ve been a great judge but clearly needs some more experience in mediation, where the purpose is to try and reach an agreement between both parties- not decide who she thinks is right and pursue their interests only. We hired another mediator after this failed session and had immediate success with them.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Barbara Hammers, an attorney at Hammers & Baltazar, on my divorce. I was very nervous about the process, but Barbara made it as easy and stress-free as possible. She is extremely professional, patient, and knowledgeable. She took the time to explain everything to me in detail and answer all of my questions. She was also very responsive to my emails and phone calls.
I know I was a bit of a pain in the tush at times, but Barbara always remained calm and collected. She was never judgmental or condescending. She made me feel like I was her only client and that she genuinely cared about my well-being.
In the end, Barbara was able to successfully complete my divorce in a timely and efficient manner. I was very pleased with the outcome of my case and I would highly recommend her to anyone in need of legal representation.

I have worked as an expert with the firm for almost 10 years. What is most impressive is that they are able to explain the most complicated scientific analysis in easy to understand concepts, without losing the rigor of their experts' analyses. Additionally, at trial, their questions are brief and to the point and this allows the jury to focus on the key issues in the case.
