James fought for me, so I could obtain a restraining order and dissolution of marriage against a very unwilling party. Attorney James Whiggam handled my divorce and he was professional and successful at getting me a great settlement. My husband used every trick in the book and my attorney was able to see through them all and when we went to court my Mr. Whiggam was able to take the tactics used by my husband and used them against my husband. I received a DUI. I was going home and the cop pulled me over for swerving into the other lane. Eran got the case dismissed before it went to trial on a motion to suppress the stop. Eran successfully argued that the cop didn't have probable cause to pull me over so everything after that was suppressed including the breath test. Great job.

I hired Eran for a custody matter between me and my ex in Las Vegas Nevada. Eran gave me a good price and made himself available to me whenever I had a question (which was almost every day). Although you never want to need Mary Lu when you are at your lowest point in life due to wrongful termination she is the one you want on your side. I was terminated at a job and came to Ms. Lu to discuss my options. She showed great intellect in my options and gave advice how to proceed. She was amazing and really knew my legal rights through the whole process. She was able to navigate me through my tough situation using her legal expertise and human compassion. There are so many great things to say about Marty Weniz, this review cannot possibly do him justice, but here it goes:
A few years ago, at the age of 25, I had sustained a fall while walking along an un-lit deck. In the dark, unbeknownst to me, there was no railing and I fell 5 feet breaking my leg. Or so I was told. Months later, after much persistent pain it turned out that the doctor failed to diagnose that I had shattered my heel as well, and that the fracture was so severe, it required immediate surgery at the time of the injury. My hind foot suffered permanent damage, to which I still feel the effects today. Beaten down, but fueled with the desire to seek some justice, I had looked around for attorneys and no one wanted my malpractice case because it wasn’t “serious enough;” did I mention everyone drooled over my personal injury case? That is until I found Marty. He met with me immediately; he told me that he was taking BOTH cases!!!
He told me from the get go that this was going to be a process, and that I needed to be patient. Many discoveries, and often stressful depositions later, Marty always made sure I was super prepared for my depositions, and he kept me in the know, step by step. Then, almost like the universe came together to hand us good karma wrapped in a bow, in a matter of months, we got not one, but TWO very large settlements from the malpractice AND personal injury cases. Even Marty was flabbergasted that it happened so quickly and successfully!
The point of my little tale is to not only to sing this lawyer's praises for all to read, but to solidify that I truly feel Martin Weniz is just about one of the best attorneys the legal profession has got. When my family and I experienced a most unexpected and emotionally painful loss which we believed merited legal pursuit, we interviewed several plaintifs' attorneys before choosing to have Marty represent us. We were impressed not only by his knowledge, experience, and professionalism, but by his compassion. We also always felt that he was interested in our case for its relevance to challenges faced in the health care industry as well as its meaning to us personally. Our case took a long time to resolve. Re-experiencing the initial event over and over through the legal process was very hard, but Marty was right beside us to prepare us for each step, and support us through unpleasant things like the discovery process, and arbitration meetings. He always seemed to find time to just hear me "vent" or respond to what might have seemed "dumb" questions to someone with more experience. He understood that for us, our case was much more a matter of principle than monetary gain and represented us accordingly. In the end he helped achieve a settlement that was, I believe, viewed as fair on both sides of the table. I am very happy with the legal services received from Thomas and Stacey Widger . As most people would probably agree, going through a bitter divorce with children and assets involved is one of the hardest things you may ever do. (My personal feelings are that courts don't seem to like men for some reason).

I agree with the previous review in every aspect. Sarah is a compassionate and a consummate professional. She knows the law better than any lawyer I know (and I'm a lawyer), and was always available when I needed her. She's less expensive than most and far more competent. I waited a year to get her to represent me and I would have waited more. I had an extremely litigious ex spouse and she remained unflappable and focused on getting what we needed to move forward. She didn't try to make me feel good. She was honest, realistic, and pragmatic. I have referred many friends to her and they have all been extremely happy. As a lawyer myself, I know who is effective and Sarah is a gem if you can get on her calendar.

Sarah Hoover was an impressive attorney as well as compassionate. She was not my first attorney or the least expensive hourly, but she was more knowledgeable and faster than my previous attorney and thus cost me less. She listened. She answered all my emails even on weekends. My first attorney had a lesser hourly rate but almost blew it when she failed at cross-examination and my legal fees were out of control. Sarah was calm and composed...this is who I wanted to represent me. She was a master at cross-examination and depositions...this was so important in my case. She was my attorney for 5 years and honestly, I saw no one better than Sarah in court & I never felt overbilled for the incredible amount of work she did for my case.

I initially contacted Claire S. Fox of The Law Firm Of Fox And Fox regarding my father’s Trust after he passed away. The Trustee was refusing to provide any information about the Trust, refused to provide a copy of the Trust, refused to provide financial status of the Trust and refused to account. I was denied my rights as a beneficiary of the Trust. Claire S. Fox of The Law Firm Of Fox And Fox provided intellectual guidance and instructions. I followed and communicated with Fox over a period of months before I retained Fox. I have been a trial attorney for more than 16 years and have no experience in the Trust, Estate Planning, probate, wills and trust, and conservatorship proceedings. With Fox’ brilliance, I collected my entitled share and Fox and her partner, Frank O. Fox, were able to obtain an Order surcharging the Trustee and had the Trustee removed from the Trust.
