Mark was awesome! I hired him to help me stop child support of children who became of age! My previous lawyer from 2006-7 divorce made a mess of my case! I was led/advised into paying more support than what was fair without a stop date and a "until further orders of the court" comment which required me to return to court! ! Mark cleaned up a mess and got me where I needed to be! Wish I would have hired him first! Mark is great!

I went to speak to Mr. Guillory regarding a DWI that I received about 1 month prior to going in to his office. Once we started taking, I mentioned that I was involved in a horrible custody fight. I didn't realize that Josh handled child custody issues, too. I thought it was two totally different areas of the law, but he explained how much the DWI case could impact my custody case. I am so glad that I went with Josh Guillory for both cases. He and his staff really got me through a very tough period. My criminal charges were handled very much to my satisfaction, better than I ever hoped under my circumstances. My son and I have the best relationship that we have had to date. For anyone looking for legal representation. I would highly recommend hiring the Wolff & Wolff Law Firm. Michael is a man of his word and is very easy to talk to. When my workers comp case started he asked me to trust him and I'll admit I had my doubts at times. In the end of it all though Michael stayed true to his words and worked long and hard around the clock along with the rest of the law firm. They're very and family oriented. I hired Chris to represent me for a claim against my own insurance company. Even though I had uninsured motorist insurance and the driver who t-boned me had only $15,000 and I needed a surgery, my insurance company nickled and dimed me and refused to pay me anything. Well, that led me to hire Chris, and he stepped in and that was the end of that. He made the insurance company admit they were wrong for not paying me and got me hundreds of thousands of dollars. I'll never forget Chris and what he did for me, and I would recommend him to anyone.

Michael handled a family law case for me that was hell to say the least. I tried representing myself and was also ripped off by a previous attorney. I presented my case to him with just hopes of being able to speak to my children. The opposing counsel even told Michael there was no shot at me getting my kids. The opposition had painted a false picture of me to the court. Thankfully, Mr. Capdeboscq took my case. After taking Micheals advice, my case was beginning to get easier and I was seeing my children again. Now I have my kids and I feel that none of it could have been done without Micheals help. He always called me to check on me and returned any phone calls promptly. You will not find a more honest or sincere attorney.

It's very stressful when involved in a legal situation - especially when your child is involved. Michael was very professional in all his dealings with us and thorough with his approach and legal advice. The thing I most appreciated was that he was available anytime we needed to talk. I would highly recommend Michael Capdeboscq. He handled a succession, power of attorney, prenuptial, and an expungement of a DUI. He is extremely knowledgeable, courtesy, and very easy to talk to. I could not have found a more professional and compassionate attorney. Not only was this ticket outside of the territory where she primarily practices, but also she was representing a client [me] originally from out of state. She remained in constant contact with me throughout the entirety of the process and for something as seemingly as mundane as a speeding ticket displayed an obvious sincere empathy to a man she never formally had the chance to meet. The entire course of events went almost verbatim as she explained they would progress. A suitable outcome (from both our perspectives) was reached and a reduction of charges was issued by the court. About a year ago I was in a car wreck, my very first, and I was not at fault. Unfortunately, though the situation turned on me after my lawyer at Morris Bart turned down my case during my treatment for body injuries. Unfortunately I have had to hire Tammy multiple times over the years in Family Court. I started with a different attorney and had no results. After hiring Tammy I started seeing results and ultimately winning. And winning all the times after that over the years. My son now lives with me full time, and we couldn't be happier.
