In December 2024, I contacted them a third time. I had a time crunch on a matter pertaining to my Will. Mike Valenti, Senior Paralegal, worked with me on the matter. I could not have been more pleased with the level of service he provided to me. Mr. Valenti asked me the right questions so he could fully understand my needs, listened to what I had to say, and provided me with clear answers to my questions of him.
If you are looking for a law firm, you should consider Pare and Associates. My work with them has largely been in the area of Trust and Estates. Based on that experience, I highly recommend the firm. And Mr. Valenti should you have the opportunity to work with him.

Horrible lawfirm/ caused me enormous stress to work with them- constant revolving door with attorneys- they switched my attorney 4 times for my case, since attorneys kept leaving and declining to work. In the end Alice Pare kept stating that she does not have time to work on my case, and gave up to my detriment !!
They also concealed the documents/conversations they had with the opposing counsel, despite my multiple requests and kept charging for that !!
No wonder attorney 'profession' is considered the worst profession known!!

We had the same lawyer since I started my brand 7 years ago. However, I had to get rid of them for the lack of due diligence on their part. Meagan was referred to us and all I can say is, wow! Night and day counsel experience. She’s very talented and professional at litigation. Business law is what we hired her for, but because she does so well, she’s now my lawyer for everything. She’s doesn’t cut any corners and becomes a leading wolf to help your company or personal matters in difficult situations. Her passion for the field is very real and not driven for money, but for what is right. She’s just phenomenal and a good lawyer is hard to come by!

Alicia R. Lucero won both of my custody trials for me. My Limited Divorce in 2014 and Absolute Divorce in 2017. She went up against a medical doctor twice and won both times. I was also awarded child support.

Very unprofessional as he screamed at me in court calling me a bully for representing myself. Adam handled my wife’s case and created unnecessary conflict. I originally retained Kim Fleming who was very professional and a great attorney. Adam and Kim wrote an agreement that my wife and I signed. After signing the agreement I dropped Kim as I no longer needed her services the rest of the process is pretty cut and dry. When I filed for final divorce Adam contested the agreement he had a part in writing. Immediately he filed multiple motions that were unnecessary racking up my ex wife’s fees. I explained to Adam he wasn’t going to take this to court and let a judge know he wrote a fraudulent agreement. He began screaming at me that I don’t tell him what to do. I explained he would loose and look poorly in court. He stretched the divorce out another two years again charging my wife fees for affidavits and motions. One week before our trial Adam withdrew himself leaving her to find another lawyer. During the decision of the trial the judge spent a significant time speaking to how ridiculous it was to contest a fair 50/50 split agreement. Needless to say he did not have the best interest of his client at hand. I’ve known other that have used him and been dissatisfied with his representation and other that he has went against and questioned his integrity. Divorced should be a fair division of assets and split custody of children unless those children are being abused. Adams ethics should be questioned as his practices resemble that of a bully!

Mr. Piereck became my attorney rather last minute to a very complicated case. The states attorneys office at the last minute decided to dismiss it, but Mr. Pierick was extremely helpful and informed on all of my options moving forward and as to why the states attorney’s office canceled.
If I ever had another case, I would highly consider even with a long distance between us in counties,I would call him again.

This is going to be long, but if you are considering Mike as your attorney, it is everything you need to hear.
I will forever praise Mike Mastracci. Not only because of his ability as an attorney, but because he is an all-around amazing person. Let me explain....
I stumbled across Mike on Google 16 months ago. I am from Anne Arundel County, but I needed to find an attorney who could represent me in a (very) complicated custody matter in Worcester County. I had other consultations but once I spoke with Mike, I was no longer interested in using anyone else. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable about the law, but his calm demeanor and laid-back personality immediately puts you at ease.
During my case, I learned that Mike has a unique ability to adapt to situations quickly and under stress. He has a very friendly demeanor that allows him to put others at ease while he works his magic, but do not let that fool you because when he needs to come out swinging, he is not afraid to.
My custody case was a unique one, but that didn't discourage Mike. Others I had spoken with thought the outcome I was seeking was impossible. Mike did not. From the very beginning, Mike believed in what I wanted and even though he made sure I had realistic short-term expectations, he stayed in the fight and was able to obtain an even better outcome than I had originally expected... one that ensured I can always prioritize my daughter's best interest. I truly believe that hiring Mike was the key factor in the success of my case.
I will also add that Mike and I were presented with a situation where I was able to see his integrity shine through. In a situation where many other attorneys would have gone back on their word, Mike did not. I won’t speak to the specifics of the situation, but even after I explained to him that I understood if he needed to go back on it, he refused to. His word meant more than anything, including money.
As a legal assistant, I am certain that Mike is true gem in the legal world. I will be forever grateful that our paths crossed and he believed in what I was asking for, against all odds

My experience with Jennifer was wonderful. I was divorced for three years and was no longer receiving adequate support for my child. Child support was not an issue at the time of my divorce and a few years after. However, things changed and I needed support for my child. I was extremely afraid and sad that I needed to embark on legal proceedings to garner support. I didn’t receive any recommendations and was cold calling family law attorneys that I found on the web. Jennifer was one of the lawyers I found during my search. I was initially impressed with her credentials and her level of experience. Jennifer returned my call the same day I left her a message inquiring about her services. During that initial phone call she pulled up my case information from my divorce while I was on the phone with her. She reviewed my file and gave me great advice during our first conversation. I knew from the first phone call that she would be amazing.
I met with Jennifer a few days later, with fears and tears. During that meeting she let me know that I had a great case, along with what to expect, how long the process would take, and what I may have to endure. I was extremely unsure of my rights, but Jennifer provided excellent legal counsel. Jennifer provided me with a sense of ease that I desperately needed.
My case lasted almost a year, during that time Jennifer was always available, always provided everything I needed to know and what I needed to do along the way.

Seventeen years ago I met John due to the child visitation/support issues I faced. He took everything I had to say into consideration and explained my rights as a parent while keeping the best interest of the kids in mind. He even indicated that his services may not be needed but that he would be willing to assist if I was uncomfortable speaking in front of the judge.
Hiring him as my attorney was the best decision I made since legal cases can get very complicated and confusing for the average person. He obtained all he promised, never misled me, and worked so hard, which I am forever grateful for.
Ever since then, John has been there for my family and I whenever we need advice or representation, never fails to benefit our situation. As of right now, seventeen years later, I am back seeking his legal advice in hopes of terminating my case now that my kids have been emancipated.

When first meeting Regina it was initially to create a pre-nuptial agreement, never thinking we would meet again to handle divorce proceedings. I was driving with no insurance, than I hit someone. I had some jail time charges. I missed my court date. Mr. Scott handle everything. He got the jail time charges remove.
