She wasn't at all what I expected. She was warm and welcoming. Went out of her way to explain every detail of what I needed as I am starting to work through a custody agreement. Referred me to a mediator, and got me started in the right direction. She was caring toward my child, and went out of her way to be kind. I look forward to working with her again.

My Fiance' hired Erika back in January to represent him in a very complicated and long custody case. She was wonderful thru all of it. She took her time and reviewed everything we had. She answered any and all questions. She didn't make us feel like she was just our attorney but our friend too. She went head to head with two other attorneys who were against my fiance' all together. End of the story is Erika fought and my fiance has sole physical and legal custody of his son. Without her, it just would not have been possible. We also hired her for a driving related charge that my fiance' had and once again she fought and made sure the judge knew what changes he had made in his life and the outcome was better than any of us had ever expected. She is a top rate attorney and I would take her any day of a big city one. Since we have hired her, 3 of our friends also have just based off our experience.

Wade is an excellent attorney. I had a very long and drawn out problem with a large company that was dragging me through hell. Wade came up with a solution. He never talked over me and was always willing to spend the extra time to make sure that I understood everything that was going on. Unlike most attorneys, I believe that he enjoys his job.

Our Son had two Title IX Complaints filed against him with the University of Maryland from another Student. As a Family we disagreed with the Complaint. We hired Ron and he assisted our family and represented us in the proceedings against him by the UMD Conduct Offices. The Charges filed were of a serious nature and could have lead to an expulsion from the College and would negatively effect his academic and professional career for his future. Ron planned and prepared a defense for us, prepared and filed several documents, and represented our Son in each of the investigations and hearings. His knowledge and additional interpretation of the Student Code of Conduct assisted us in having all of the charges dropped and it was determined there were no violations. We had felt our Son was treated unfairly in the investigation. Ron's diligence and pursuit of this matter along with his interpretation of the Student Conduct Rules resulted in a favorable outcome on our behalf. I would recommend Ron for any Legal Matters involved with the University of Maryland and other Legal issues needed to be resolved. His Expertise and Experience in Legal Matters provides an edge. Mr Ellis was my divorce lawyer. I can only say positive things. The reason I hired him in the first place is because he stated his main concern was the well being of my children. His every action and decision and advice was based on what was best for my children first ( which in turn ended up being best for me). He did not have surprise charges and always provided detailed, itemized bills. He always fought for me and treated me with respect and kindness. He also has many years of experience and contacts. I would recommend him without hesitation.

Mr. Depastina help me out so much! I couldn't be happier... I went through a hardship several years ago and was behind on my mortgage thousands and thousands of dollars I reached out for help from the bank and other lawyers and was turned down from the bank and about 3 different lawyers saying there was nothing that could be done to help me...I thought I was never going to get out of this nightmare. After 3 years of being depressed and not knowing weather I was going to keep the house I was referred to talk to Anthony. He gave me a lot of guidance and was very knowledgeable and knew exactly how to handle the situation. The long short of it I was approved for the modification program and all the late fees were waved and the principle balance was reduced I saved about $150,000 dollars and my mortgage went from $1800 a month to $1048. I cant thank Anthony Depastina enough I couldn't have done it without him. If anyone is in a similar situation or knows anyone that is please call Anthony you will not be disappointed!!!

I was injured in a bad motorcycle accident where i lost my right so i searched 3 months for a lawyer before i choose Charlie. As I was talking with lawyers I took a pad with me and told them that I was interviewing them to see who i wanted and that I was going to take notes so i would remember because after i was done i would need to go back and review them to make make an informed decision. Gosh, now what a rude awaking to the competency of some of these people or lack ther of did i find because out of 26 lawyers I only found 3 that I liked and only after looking back at my notes could i determine that my decsion was a no brainer. This man is someone who will tell you right up front what he thinks even if it 's something that you don't wanna hear. He is extremely resourseful and thorough. Custody issues can be very stressful not only for the parent, but the children as well. I am a father who had a lot against me and when it seemed that no one else believed me or would fight for me or my children she was right there. She always responded to emails and phone calls no matter how small the situation may have seemed. She walked me through each process giving me the best advice on what I should or shouldn't do. When we had our meetings I could tell that she actually listened to every detail and really cared about what I had to say. As my custody hearing is coming to a close, I would like to thank her again for representing me and everything she has done for my family and would recommend her over and over again in the future.

Craig Ward handled my challenging case about 6 months ago. I was fortunate to have Mr. Ward. He’s not afraid to fight for you and he seemed determined to make things work in my favor. I can tell you I was extremely worried about my case, but knowing that I had Craig Ward for a lawyer truly made a huge difference. He developed a plan for me to follow, called me to keep me informed about what he thought and I fully trusted him and listened to everything he instructed me to do. I can't even tell you how great of an outcome I had in court today, I received something even better than what I thought was the best possible scenario. I noticed other lawyers sitting around and waiting their turn to be heard in front of the judge, but my lawyer was constantly talking to the states attorney throughout the entire period I was in the courtroom. He made everything convenient for me as a client, showed a high degree of professionalism, and defended me perfectly when I gave him a tough case to take on. My ex is bipolar, unemployed, and unemployable. We were married more than 30 years and we have 3 wonderful children. I was willing to agree to a fair settlement but she wanted, at least through her lawyer, the house & most of our investments. Her lawyer was very aggressive. Harry was amazing. I hired Visa Ferrell, Esq. for a simple estate issue. Or so I thought. It turned out that the estate of my deceased loved ones were tenants in common and not joint tenancy. I am a retired United States Postal Service employee. I was injured on the job that involved a third party of a contracted leased trucking company. I was unable to return to work due to the injuries I had sustained and retired on disability a year later. The lawyer I first consulted was injured and eventually turned my case over to Jackson Associates Law Firm and Ms Tiffany N. Sims took over my case. She gathered all supporting documents together from all the doctors I had seen, there recommendations for treatments, rehab and medications. In my accidental case as an postal employee my injuries were caused by negligents of the driver hired by a trucking company that's licensed, bonded and has a contract with the United States Postal Service for distribution/delivery of mail. I had an unexpected divorce and was traumatized to say the least. I consulted with and ultimately hired Mr. Ryan and am so glad I did.
He is not pretentious at all, will be very direct and tell you how it is whether it's what you want to hear or not. He compassionately helped me understand that what I wanted in my divorce was not realistic and worked relentlessly to get the best possible outcome for me. While in the process of my divorce, I had to solely rely and trust his judgement. After all was said and done, the "how's" and "why's" in what he suggested in my proceedings made perfect sense.

After a bad experience with another lawyer John Ryan was a breath of fresh air. He kept us informed on everything and what our best options were. He was very honest and direct. If you don't want to hear the truth, don't go to him. He does not beat around the bush which made the process a lot easier on us.
When we met with him it was as if he actually cared about us and what we were going through. He did not make it about why WE wanted custody, but rather why it would be in the best interest of the child.

Coming out of graduate school, I unfortunately realized a bit too late I was dating a selfish, dishonest, delusional individual (monster, really). Following some drunken abusive scene on his birthday, I was forced to move out all of his things into a house we were supposed to be living in (this was with an injured hand, and my ex had my car keys, which were only returned after my car was towed). After spending the whole day moving him in on my one day off, I was served an ex parte via a protective order due to "reckless endangerment" (throwing half a glass of water on someone who almost caused a car accident and other abusive behavior from him). He made accusations of assault and abuse while I was not even present to do so. Even though I was hysterical and probably incoherent at the time of my call, Marc took my case. While his counsel (House of Ruth, mind you) refused to settle, Marc thankfully let him (and his counsel) have it in court. He did not let him get away with any of his dishonesty, tampered evidence, and other inconsistencies in his testimony. His partner, Michael, helped me with the "criminal case" and the appeal of the dismissed court case (which was withdrawn at the time of the hearing). I can only thank Marc for successfully scaring this psycho off from showing up to the last two hearings, and I am so thankful everything was dismissed--

If you have a problem with aggressive representation look elsewhere.
Marc represented me in reference to a company that had a history of never losing an unemployment compensation case.
When Marc was finished with the company representative,I almost felt sorry for him.
He subscribes to the Vince Lombardi saying that winning isn't everything,it's the only thing.
Even with his success,he keeps his fees affordable.
He seems to have a passion for protecting the rights of the little guy.
