Whether it was a lie from my ex or a trick from her attorney my attorney was consistently on it. We were prepared for court every time. I paid for a lot of my ex’s none sense but it was worth it when I got primary custody.

She would call me and leave a message for me than immediately send a letter to me so she could send a bill for both. She didn't give even 24hrs to return her call. She changed me over 30 thousand dollars for a non contested divorce. She is a money hungry lawyer who cares nothing for her client

I had my first experience with Mr.Mathews when he was hired by a firm that I hired to represent my husband in a criminal case. My husband and myself spoke to him one time in a 6 to 8 week period. He was very judgmental toward my husband because of his appearance. I tried reaching out to him for about a month with no response. He is extremely unprofessional and full of himself and gives off a very entitled attitude. Please do yourself a favor a do not hire him.

Ms. Caruso does not know the in and outs of a divorce/custody case. She continuously made mistakes such as sending me to the wrong court house, telling me not to submit documents which was used against me, she failed to give the judge a witness list so we had no witnesses. Once her retainer was paid she refused to meet with me to discuss my case putting me off until 12 days before the trial when she said she would not "embarrass herself" by trying to get me custody. She negotiated things with opposing counsel behind my back like child support which she should have known I am not legally allowed to pay. She put fillings off until the last minute and charged me for records I never received. She missed important emails from opposing counsel, was wrong about the sale of my house, accused me of not being able to pay her saying I owed her thousands of dollars, when she never sent an invoice. She used the excuse I have other clients besides you to explain why she did not return calls or answer emails. I fired her the first day of my trial. I am considering filing a complaint against her with the Bar.

Kevin Joyce was my divorce attorney years ago and did an amazing job. I have recently acquired him again to go back to court, and I couldn't be happier, once again, with his services thus far. Their receptionist, Abigail, is very attentive and quick to get any messages to Kevin and get back with me in a reasonable, timely manner when Kevin isn't readily available. Kevin is VERY knowledgeable and treats my concerns with the utmost of care and respect. He doesn't treat you like just another client, and addresses and acknowledges each and every concern you may have. While some people may not appreciate it, he is very honest and doesnt sugarcoat things to protect your feelings, which I truly appreciate and respect him for, because it better prepares you and your case. If you are a mother and get her appointed as your child's best interest attorney through the courts you are in for it. This woman is a father's rights Activest. She is against women and needs to be taken out of the Frederick county court system immediately. She basically tells you that you can not show your child love because it hurts the fathers feelings. She will only pay attention to what you do as a mother and nit pick everything.

I consulted Brandy Peebles after an on-going dispute with a licensing agency over an application error. The agency was prepared to deny my application based on my mistake, which would have compromised my position with my company. Ms. Peebles took the time to hear my concerns and confusion regarding the dispute. She explained the language of the application and clarified laws and jargon. Ms. Peebles advocated for a resolution between myself and the agency, resulting in my application approval and issuing of license. All talk. Cheap talk. Big talk of action and no results to show for it. She talks a good game, but she’s very unprofessional. Terrible at following. Becomes way too emotionally invested to the point where it affects her ability to make a sound closing argument. Stumbles on her words a lot. Makes everyone in the courtroom uncomfortable with tone and overbearing behavior. Zero stars. Wouldn’t recommend and sorry that I wasted my money just to get a bad outcome

Attorney Boykin was recommended to me by a very good friend of mine. I originally hired a lawyer who I eventually fired because they were extremely unprofessional and costly. Do not hire this attorney or this law firm. I hired Mr. Bender for a medical malpractice case he completely misrepresented himself and his abilities. He never gave a monthly accounting of fees. He said he had forty years experience yet could not handle the defense at trial. He did not have any support staff. Very low budget law firm.

Ms. Fleming was amazing from the beginning to the end of the entire process. Her experience and knowledge really showed while fighting for me to obtain fairness and she was successful in surpassing my expectations. The part of me that was anxious and fearful of the child custody process, court system and laws significantly relaxed the day Becky took over my case from another attorney. I couldn’t have picked a more professional, committed and “all-heart” family law attorney. On day one, Becky immersed herself in the facts of my high-conflict case and put her knowledge, experience and passion for her work in action. The other reviewer captured Harry well. He will simply send emails back and forth on your behalf and ring up the bills. He charged me over $35,000 in billings and never once went to court with me. Greed is his middle name. You need an attorney to review Harry's legal engagement letter which stipulates in fine print that if you do not pay him all that you owe him, he gets to put a lien on any property you own. I have heard some Howard County attorneys call it something like the Siegel Principle because he is the only one who does it. He will gut you for all you have and then when you can't pay he simply slows down all of his work. Somehow he has also been successful in eliminating negative reviews of his work. I wrote a google review and he somehow had it eliminated. Simply put, look elsewhere. You will not regret it.

My now ex wife hired Harry to review an amicable settlement agreement we had agreed to. Three years and $60K in her legal fees later, in court she got 27% of the original agreement. For three years Siegel sat in his Florida home, while letting an inexperienced junior attorney bumble the case. He didn't even show up for the trial! His reputation amongst other Maryland attorneys is he is going to milk his clients for every cent they have and when that is gone, he may just drop the case, making sure he has enough time to legally do so before trial. Not sure how this guy sleeps at night.Hi

He gave me advice regarding my divorce. Because of this, I have been made aware of the tricky words that my husband's lawyer used in the property settlement agreement. write a review for attorney Andre Blakely of his service to be posted on Google. this man lacks the aggression that he needs to have as an attorney he is more concerned about someone yelling at him and the opposing council being upset with him then representing his client. also he's fully motivated by a desire to get paid and if you need him to do anything outside of the scope of what he is paid for he will drop you. he dropped me before I got my settlement and was unwilling to advise me as to what to do to get my settlement. All he really wants was to get paid for doing as little as possible. he if you try to help him he will fully take that help but when it is time for him to help you he will do as little as possible. I was very disappointed with him as an attorney and I would never use him again as my attorney for any type of divorce proceed in nor would I recommend him for a divorce proceeding. Review for Attorney Andre Blakely: I had a disappointing experience with Attorney Andre Blakely. He seemed more focused on avoiding conflict and pleasing the opposing counsel than aggressively representing me. His motivation appeared to be primarily financial, as he was unwilling to go beyond the basic scope of his paid services. When I needed guidance outside of our agreement, he dropped me before my settlement was secured and failed to provide adequate advice. It felt like he prioritized minimal effort over advocating for me effectively. Overall, I would not recommend him for divorce proceedings or any legal matters requiring a dedicated and proactive attorney. He will say what he has to say to get you to be his client but he is not aggressive and he will not really fight for you. Very disappointed I felt like I was misled and strung along.

Regrettably, my experience with Andrei Blakely as my attorney was highly disappointing and unprofessional. From the start, I encountered numerous issues that hindered the progress of my case. Mr. Blakely filled out my paperwork falsely, causing significant complications during the court proceedings. Instead of addressing the matter appropriately, I had to go through the additional burden of fighting under domestic violence charges and proving my claims, which should have been a straightforward case of infidelity. Furthermore, Mr. Blakely's unprofessional demeanor was evident during our court appearance. He showed up sitting in his non-tinted vehicle, which reflected a lack of professionalism and attention to detail. This left me feeling unsupported and concerned about his commitment to my case. Communication was another major problem throughout the entire process. Mr. Blakely frequently refused to answer my calls, making it challenging to obtain updates or discuss any concerns I had. Additionally, there were instances where he displayed a clear lack of understanding regarding important details of my case. For instance, he asked me a question about the birth dates of my children, not comprehending that they were born 11 months and 2 weeks apart. This displayed a lack of attention to detail and an inability to comprehend information accurately. Sadly, due to the unprofessionalism and incompetence demonstrated by Mr. Blakely, my experience has resulted in wasted time, energy, and financial resources. As a result, I am currently in the process of recovering my funds and pursuing legal action against him. I strongly advise anyone seeking legal representation to consider other options and avoid entrusting their case to Mr. Blakely. It is crucial to work with a competent and reliable attorney who will provide the support and guidance needed during such critical matters.

First of all, I'm very grateful that Jack has represented me when I was running out of options and at wits end with my complicated and highly contested Divorce Case for many years. As fate has it, meeting the Right person at times like this, can make all the difference in the world. Jack is very knowledgeable, resourceful, professional, reliable, well organized and always prepared. I'm very touched that he also shares a genuine concern for his client's case while going through challenging times. Jack is very hands-on, advised me through every step and was available to address any questions or concerns and to discuss attainable options. Needless to say that his vision and legal strategies with great court presence led to the delivery of excellence. I couldn't have done it without him and his legal team's trusted counsel and advise. This gentleman shepherded me through a VERY contentious and difficult divorce. He kept me from being railroaded by my ex and was patient and understanding through all of my frustrations. I couldn't say enough about his counsel, advice and genuine concern for me. John was there for me at one of the lowest points of my life. He was helpful, honest and resourceful, working tirelessly to achieve the goal. Even after my case closed he has been willing to work with me and help me understand the nuances of my order, its demands and my rights. For 3 years he was a continuous beacon hope for me and now he is my stable reference place. I appreciated his honest the most. He has no qualm with giving me the truth of the situation and my options, always helping me to leave my emotions out of the decision. With the options being offered he also tells me the consequences and what he can and will do to assist me. In a world where everyone is trying to make a dollar, his honesty and trustworthiness is refreshing and appreciated. As a business owner, I highly value reviews and feedback, recognizing them as essential tools to enhance products or services, or in some cases, maintain current exceptional standards. Recently, I engaged Attorney Michael Cochran for a Child Support case, and unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. I felt that Michael did not exercise due diligence, and there was an unsettling lack of clarity regarding the details and plan of action for my case. After leaving a review expressing my concerns, he responded with a text, suggesting that I find a new attorney. While this made sense, as I had no intention of continuing with his services, the manner in which he handled the situation was unprofessional. To provide more context, I had an upcoming custody case related to the Child Support matter. I was already hesitant to use Michael's services due to dissatisfaction with how he managed the Child Support case. For instance, he made arguments more suited for a custody case rather than a Child Support case, leaving me confused about his approach, as we never discussed anything beyond the payment balance. Michael's response to my review was a text message that read: “Did you see the email? I saw the negative review you posted on Google regarding the child support case. I suggest you find another attorney to represent you in the custody case and have them file a substitution of counsel. I will hold until then. Thanks.” Rather than addressing my concerns through open dialogue, he chose to send a cancellation text. In my opinion, lawyers are paid too much to allow interpersonal issues and lack of communication to hinder their professional relationships. When fighting for your child, the last thing you need is an attorney who falls short in these areas. In the past, I used Erica Slater, and I wish I could turn to her now, but unfortunately, she no longer practices family law. I hope my experience serves as a cautionary tale for others seeking legal representation in family matters.

Mr. Cochran was a pleasure to work with. He did an excellent job in communicating what would be expected during the hearing, and possible outcomes. Prior to the actual hearing much attention was given to researching the history of the case, as well as preparing of the defendant and witnesses. In the end the outcome was much better than expected. I would not hesitate to use him in the future if the need arises, or to recommend him.

I went to Ms Cummins in late 2006 after I had determined that my marriage could not be salvaged. What lay ahead were very complicated, taxing, time consuming (almost 2 years) and at times nasty proceedings ... but in the end, she helped me attain what mattered most to me (custody) and also ensured that I would be comfortable financially. I have referred her to others who needed a family lawyer in Howard County.

I felt that Mr Slater was a decent attorney. I cant say that I was completely satisfied. I feel like he in many cases went with the easy resolution rather then fighting for what I wanted and could legally have with some negotiating. My biggest issue is that I was not kept informed with what was going on in my case. We only met once outside the court house and he didn't take enough time to understand my position on many issues. In between hearings I would get court papers no human contact. When I did call him to clarify the documents I was often told its just a formality don't worry about it. I feel that he will do what he has to do, although if you are looking for someone who will truly work with you and and take the time to fight for you then he may not be your best bet. If you have an easy separation and just need someone to be there for paperwork then he is great.
