I used Fausto for two real-estate investments properties, commercial lease negations and assistance with current commercial landlords for my businesses. My wife Cynthia and Me were frightened and devastated when our brokerage firm after having lost 1.5 million dollars of our retirement savings over the course of a year and a half phoned to say we should liquid our portfolio.

He will overcharge you and manipulate your invoices. Whatever he estimated your cost to be, expect to pay triple! Also, he won't answer your calls often! Make sure you have a backup lawyer, he will fail in trial! And charge you extra for it!

We had an issue with a burst pipe underneath our house that was causing extremely high water and electrical bills. My wife and I presented the situation to a handful of lawyers and experts to see what options we would have.
