I needed help in getting an Order of Summary Administration so that I could sell my home, I did not know I needed that since my mother had passed away like 8 yrs prior. Carl Sugarman represented us in the sale of our home. His firm, was amazing in being so responsive and on top of every single step, including involving us in all the stages of the sale. I hired Kenneth Kaplan to help with me with a very complicated divorce case. A number of attorneys preceded him and were unable to make any forward progress: in fact, a couple of them only served to make things worse. He reviewed over 1000 pages of case files and quickly had a thorough understanding of the issues. The case involved custody of a minor child and a number of financial matters. I found Mr. Kaplan to be a consummate professional who not only took pride in his work but also cared about the outcome of the proceedings. He was easy to get hold of and always returned my phone calls promptly. His advice and court action were always based in fact and tempered by financial practicalities. His advice created appropriate expectations and oftentimes served to dampen down my desire to move forward in a manner based more on my emotions than on my intellect. In the end, I avoided useless court time and unnecessary fees. The results he obtained for me on every level have been wonderful, a real blessing. Patrick was not only extremely knowledgeable, and realized the obvious case of mistaken identity from the arrest report immediately upon our first in person meeting!!
He was highly sensitive to the fact that it was proving to be a traumatic experience for us.
From our first meeting, he explained everything in terms we could easily understand and was always very responsive when we had questions outside of our meetings.

At the time, in 2008, I had been served with divorce documents and I found myself with nowhere else to turn and found myself overwhelmed with the situation and downturn of events. It was then that I was referred to Attorney Patrick McGeehan by an acquaintance. Attorney McGeehan took the adequate time to discuss what I was facing and clearly explained the options that were available to me. Eventually, the matter was confronted and resolved with Attorney McGeehan's expertise and dedication to my case. Attorney McGeehan was always prompt to answer and or return my calls or texts. He also always arrived early to court to defend me before a judge and in front of an aggressive opposing attorney.

During the course of what I thought was a routine employment background check, warrants for my arrest for older traffic violations were discovered dating back some years. I have been on probation since I was 18 due to marijuana charges etc. I am now 21 and I was fairly close to finishing my probation on my own. Unfortunately I was arrested on a Friday for being out of county on probation. It wasn’t till Tuesday morning, my family was able to find Pryas number. When they finally found it she was easily reached and was able to do more than we expected. I was released on Wednesday at 3am, Not only was I released fairly quickly she also got my probation terminated completely! I went into jail thinking the worst of the worst and it turned out to be such a blessing in the end. I couldn’t thank her enough for her help.
