I was referred to Gary Gostel by a close friend of mine. I found out I was soon be a father with a woman I did not wish to pursue a relationship with. I lacked a clear head at the time, so naturally I panicked. I became accusative and angry at the mother of my unborn child. Gary's counsel helped me even out and make smarter decisions. My end goal, regardless of the relationship with my current partner, was to be an active father and repair the damage I had done to the relationship with the mother.
Within two months of meeting Gary, just before the birth of my daughter, Gary managed to demonstrate his professional value. Gary accomplished this by helping me and the mother through the paternity test, brokering the mother's agreement to a 50-50 joint custody, gain open-ended visitation rights, and mending the broken relationship with the mother I had previously created.

Due to a mix up, at the very last minute I was not able to hire Mr. Murphree, as I let the matter slip so far I had to handle the matter by grapping the first bankruptcy attorney I could to file the case and the new attorney mentioned "gut feeling," as if it was the correct thing to do. My gut feeling is I hired the wrong attorney and at the very last minute, as I was unable to locate Mr. Murphree whom I consider ethical, professional, and a friend of mine, even though I had only met him once, I hope this terrible gut feeling goes away. I have worked with Robin since meeting him almost 2 years ago, on a consistent basis. He first represented me in a criminal defense case, and was successful. In that matter, he was also very respectful, took a great deal of time to calm my fears and explain everything to me in detail, and did not even give me the opportunity to feel embarrassed about the situation I was in. As other reviewers have mentioned, Mr. Pimentel is compassionate to his clients, but also speaks plainly and to the point. Even if he has to repeat himself many times before he is understood by a panicked client. Since the successful resolution of my criminal matter, I have worked with Mr. Pimentel on various issues, everything from estate planning to contract issues to family matters. He is extremely knowledgeable in each of the fields he practices, extraordinarily hard-working, and very conscientious. And I would add, again, as others have noted, that he truly shows care to his clients, and has a great deal of integrity. He is completely trustworthy, will fight and work hard for his client, and will do so with a clear conscience and good heart. He will also be completely straight with you about what the expected outcome of the case may be, even if it is not what you want to hear. He does not waste anyone's time on frivolous matters. Beyond all that, he even managed to make me laugh at some of the darkest moments in my life. I would recommend him as well as the other two attorneys in his practice to anyone at any time - when I could only see things grimly. There isn't a more delicate situation than one that involves ones child. When I came to Robin I was hoping that I could somehow resolve just that kind of issue. I had already gone to another Attorney and had little faith of anyone being able to fix my situation. I was put in contact with Ms. Angulo thru a friend. To tell you the truth, I was quite startled when I met her due to her age I suppose. Dont let her youthfulness sway your decision to hire her. I was facing the wrath of a Local Politician & Landowner in the Florida Keys, who was about to take my home and all that I owned due to no fault of my own. Everyone knows it is a Bubba system down here when it comes to the Courts. This did not even phase Ms. Angulo, which impressed me even more. I had talked to some local Attorneys and they would not take my case because of "The System" here. She took my case and against a Keys Lawyer and a Local Politician, within just over a month she had the case dismissed! I never even had to show up for court! She literally saved my life when even the local lawyers would not. I would recommend her highly to anyone.
I dont think this bruised Politician is finished with this yet and I expect for him to take another run at this. But I would again hire Ms Angulo to take the case instantly. With her at the helm I do not think I would be looking at this miscarriage of justice toward me with any apprehension again. She is by far a Complete Professional. Even City Hall cant fight against that.

Muy a pesar de la fama del Abogado que represento a mi antiguo socio de negocio, a mi entender ella manejo mucho mejor y con mucho mejores resultados la negociación. Y en adición una excelente educación, buen carácter , paciencia , constancia y conocimientos. I was referred to Mrs. Aileen Siclait, by a neighbor who was ranting and raving about her non-stop. How she is on point, doesn't pIay, doesn't have time to waste... She's just Amazing! Needless to say, I took that number down.
I've been told often that child support cases are commonly complicated. For instance, in cases like mine, which originated from another State, with arrears of over $20,000 were often a longshot, especially when the child has already reached majority, and the opposing party presents himself as a total looser, with no money to spare.
It took a few years, for the back pay to accumulate that much and throughout these years, he made numerous attempts to weasel himself out of paying money he owed me. It was a real struggle.
Well... Aileen turned out to be Everything my friend described, and then some. We made contact the second week of August 2022, she consulted with me in person, over the phone, exchanged a few emails and by the end of the same week, she had a proposal ready for my signature.
To make a long story short, (because I could go on and on), by April 10th, 2023, specifically 8 months later, I received a Direct Deposit of one lumpsum payment of a negotiated amount, nevertheless, one Substantial lumpsum amount, which I was about to give up on. Don't Give Up People!!!! There is a light at the end of the tunnel :)

Emily Dunn of Dadvocacy Law of Miami took on an impossible mess I found myself blindsided by in late 2013. After my one and only son who had been residing with me since he was 11 years old turned 18, his mother whom I had paid in full for support walked in the doors of CSE and filed a fraudulent affidavit stating she had nearly $50,000 of arrears owed her. I did not hire Craig as my attorney - he was filling in for my attorney who had a conflict the same day of my hearing. Craig was a blessing in disguise! I met Craig over the phone 5 days before my hearing, I was nervous and anxious over the fact that my attorney (the one I hired) would not be at my hearing, but after speaking to Craig, my anxieties and doubts were put to rest. The morning of my hearing, Craig was at the courthouse before I even arrived there. He had every single document I had sent to him, neatly organized and walked me through what would happen. My hearing lasted longer than we anticipated, but Craig was professional and calm the entire time. Mr. Valentine is an excelent lawyer and really knows what he is doing. He charges a reasonable price compared to other lawyers that tried to rip me off. I had warrants for traffic tickets and owed about $800 in tickets and he got it all removed for me. I also had some other charges which he helped me clear up without doing a lot of jail time like most lawyers were telling me. I really liked how he told me exactly what was going to happen instead of "I do not really iknow its up to the judge." which is what other lawyers would say. I highly reccomend him to anyone. He is also a very nice person and gets back to you promptly and does not leave you waiting for answers. He will be my lawyer from now on.

I met Mrs. Grass in 2012 while going through a dispute in my First marriage. She took my case and started working on it diligently. A week later I had a tremendous issue with my second wife, she was trying to take my daughter away from me back to her country. It was a Friday afternoon and my wife was leaving the country the very next day when I found out. Mrs. Grass acted quickly and prevented her from taking my kid.
On the upcoming weeks after that and retaliating against me my wife made false accusation and sue three times. Mrs. Grass, as she always does, took it personally and dismissed all three cases.
In 2006 again I needed her for a divorce and then a tremendous issue I had with my son in the criminal matter. As always she assisted me and also found great criminal layers to defend my son.

Kathy will remember your case by hard and she is honest in regards to billing. There are some lawyers that do not even remember your name and while your are refreshing your mind they are charging you - not fair. My child is OUT OF JAIL because of this lawyer. He had been arrested and held with No Bond and the charges were scary and involved a gun and a robbery and the prosecutor was talking about sentences of 25 years in prison. The other lawyer we hired barely even visited our son and said the jail was far away. We lost a lot of money on him.
