Allison took a very difficult case petitioning to review and a hearing for a closed divorce case. This due to shenanigans from petitioner's attorney on initial court hearing, court procedure not followed, no effort mediation on petitioner's part, and attorney's fees - all around petitioner being awarded my primary home. The case was reopened for review, at the end: I was awarded 100% equity and rights to my home and my attorney fees. Your mileage may vary, but know this: This is likely your best mileage option! It’s never easy to come to a tough spot in life where you need to file for bankruptcy, but it is your right to do so. After completing a five-year chapter 13 plan successfully, looking back, the law firm that I partnered with was absolutely my 2nd most important decision. From getting it filed, to walking alongside of me during the 5 year plan, Michael Bolinske and his team were superb. I have no doubt that my bankruptcy would not have gone as smoothly as it did if I had chosen another firm. My advice? Chose the Bolinske team.

Michael Bolinske is a caring and compassionate attorney. He truly understands that when people are in a situation like this they are stressed, sad, and even depressed. He handled our bankruptcy and that was over 7 years ago, but we needed him again this year because some liens snuck their way onto our property and we were looking into refinancing. Brianna really helped us out with our case and we are so glad we hired her for her services! My wife is from China and had a very special situation; she did not have a birth certificate and so she had to go back to China and get another specific document to prove her identity in order to get her Green Card. She therefore required another special US travel document to get back into the country after going to China. Brianna let us know exactly what to do so that my wife could get the correct paperwork and be able to come back into the States legally and with no issues. She walked us through every necessary document and situation, step by step, so that we knew exactly what to do and which forms of paperwork to send in. She even prepared us for the interview process and was present for the interview itself. We were nervous at first but it went extremely well thanks to Brianna! I don't think my wife would have been able to obtain her Green Card (or at least not so quickly and with no problems whatsoever) had we not had Brianna there to advise and guide us. She made things so much easier and less stressful! I definitely recommend her services, as it will make the whole Green Card application process go so much smoother and faster.

Brianna helped with my husband's immigration by fully explaining what exactly would benefit us the most, and having us only fill out the forms that we needed for our specific situation. The whole thing was very confusing, but she really helped break it down for us. She made it feel manageable. She made sure to answer any and all questions we had, even when we had to email her after the consultation with follow-up questions. I would definitely recommend her (and have!) to anyone looking for legal help.

I walked into Anthony's office after my first real experience with the appalling privatized American justice system. I was confused, horribly wronged and overall felt very little hope past that of acquiring the services of a good lawyer. Anthony and Lisa were so understanding and Tony's confidence made me feel more secure of the situation right off the bat and he told me to "sit back and wait for the magic to happen ". Which it did as best as anyone could hope in navigating these type of waters and now that the dust is settling I want to extend my utmost gratitude for Mr.Bussa and his firm, had it not been for them I would have surely just been fed to the lions. In a nutshell him saving me from these wrongful accusations has allowed me to remain unscathed from the beast of the American justice system and soon be back to life,except for some mental trauma. If you might need a lawyer you probably do, and doubtful you'd find any of a better caliber.

Having Austin has been my best experience with an attorney. Very reasonably priced. I was facing a mandatory 60 months sentence and his representation of me got me off with a disposition. He speaks elaborately, and fluently. His court room experience was very reassuring. I was very appreciative how he was able to break things down and make things easy for me to understand. I worked with this wonderful team Katie and Amanda for my divorce. They were so helpful and patient. It was a difficult divorce and many times, they not only took care of the legal matters, but they also helped me calm down and understand what was going on. They are professional but they make you feel that you are their friend. They not only advise, but they also listen! We had a great experience working with Satveer Chaudhary on my spouse's visa change of status process from J2 to F1. He was incredibly patient, taking the time to answer all our questions thoroughly and helping us fill out the forms in the best way possible. We could always contact him directly and receive almost immediate responses from him (not an assistant), even after hours and on some weekends! I’m not sure if other lawyers would provide that level of service, especially with no extra charges. We also appreciated how thorough he was, staying in touch not only when the approval letter arrived but also during our trip to India for stamping. We truly appreciate his time and support throughout the process and highly recommend his services.
