They will make sure you get the best medical treatment and most importantly they communicate with you about your case and make sure you’re comfortable. No hidden agendas like most and they are very, very honest. When no other attorney wanted to take my case Patrick & Jacob ensured me that they will do their best and fought for me and got me the best results. I went to Patrick Bader after a car accident with my only hope being to have the other driver's insurance pay for the medical expenses I had from the accident as well as the legal expenses. Patrick worked hard to ensure that not only were my medical and legal expenses covered, but that I received the medical care I needed and was also compensated for my pain and suffering. He even helped me to receive a settlement from my own insurance regarding my under-insured benefits, which he did not have to do. He was polite, up-front, and persistent in making sure I received a fair compensation. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

I have used eric on 2 cases so far starting tom possibly a 3rd (forgot about a court date) so far him and his team have been a God send I had a case load on my first case that could have choked a donkey I thought for sure I was doing prison time instead he got me sis probation on all 6 of my felonies at once he is now my go to for all my legal issues which I hope not to have more after these last 2 little misdominors lol long story short if your back is against a wall and you think you have no possible way to stand this man has got you on this I swear don't bother wasting your time or money on any other attorney it's your life don't take chances with it let him help you clean up your mess and then fly straight you deserve it

I have known Rachna for years, working with her on multiple occasions when she was with the Jane Doe Advocacy Center. Therefore, when I decided to get a divorce, it was a no-brainer to go to this acquaintance I had known for years. At first, my experience with The Lien Law Firm was excellent. You can make payments in installments, but they will start the proceedings once everything is collected. When I was able to get an in-person visit, everything went well.
Since 10/23/2022, I have been diligently pursuing my divorce proceedings.
Unfortunately, she was unavailable to take my call almost every time I called the office. I would leave a message for a callback, which I rarely received on multiple occasions. There were a couple of phone appointments that she missed, and I never received a callback.
The client portal is a joke because I have sent messages to Mrs. Lien, the office staff, or both and never received a response.
It has taken a little longer because initially, I had a paternity test involved in my divorce proceedings, and they would need to try and serve her. This was difficult because she was not living in the same state as I, and I did not have an exact address for her.
Eventually, divorce paperwork was completed in June 2023—multiple attempts to contact afterward without responses.
On October 24, 2023, I had a phone appointment, and she said she could not find my wife to serve her. I provided updated info that I was able to find, and she said I could hire a PI in Florida, which could cost me a couple thousand dollars more. She also provided me with the information of three aggressive lawyers if I still wanted to try to track her down.
On January 25, 2024, I went to the courthouse on other business. While there, I checked out the status of my case, and I was informed that it was on the dismissal pile. I made a follow-up appointment in February, which she missed.
I eventually was able to get an in-person appointment on June 14, 2024, and decided to forgo the paternity test and finish the divorce. I had to refile the paperwork because it was dismissed in January. She said it was left on the dismissal pile on purpose to see if my wife would come out of the woodwork and be caught and served.
It is now September 12, 2024, and multiple attempts to contact her since the June meeting have failed. I am still in limbo on whether she has resubmitted my divorce paperwork or not.
This has been an extremely frustrating and draining experience. Another reason not to get married.

We were looking for someone to do a simple Willa d ended up at Lund Law offices. After an initial conversation and discussions Zach showed us the benefits of a family trust. Mrs Howlett took my call while she were busy on her way to court. She took time to talk to me concerning my sons case. She is a very good listener. I can tell that she cares. I found myself cringing when she first picked up because I'm use to other attorneys rushing and not listening. Mrs Howlett wasn't like that at all. I contacted her with only a few days left to file an appeal. She's very understanding and has already entered her appearance before we paid her. I know this is going to end well and do not have to wait until after this is over to leave her a good review. She's brave, professional, kind and very knowledgeable & attentive. A lot of talking without any actions. Except for taking my whole retainer and not even a document being submitted on my behalf. I came with a very large retainer and the he didn’t even complete the requests I asked of him but still justified taking all of my money. Find someone better for family court.

I was told my estate planning would be between $1500-2000, but it was $2500. I also got very little guidance on how to set up beneficiaries with my trust. I was expecting a document to help me navigate this issue, but all I got was verbal instructions. Would not recommend.

It is a shame it has taken me more than a decade to find a law firm that knows the law, operates in a top-caliber manner, and treats the client like a human. I have had a couple of attorneys at Hale, but the one who helped us the most was Suzanne. Not only is she a bomb a** attorney, but she also knows how to handle and run a business, be classy, and professional, and have customer service. I appreciate her no-frills approach to handling cases and client situations.
She keeps a client-centered approach and looks out for everyone's best interest. Hired James after firing my previous attorney for having no spine. At first the initial meeting went very well leaving his office I felt good that we were on the same page and that he understood that I wanted to fight in court only for court to come in for him to literally has agreed to everything the other side wanted.
