Wonderful communication, which is I think the most important thing working with a lawyer. Amber's office reached out to us by mail about a traffic ticket and when we followed up, it was very straightforward. We knew exactly what to expect and what we needed to do. And when things were resolved, she actually let us know it was resolved. I've worked with two lawyers in the past who actually never even sent us confirmation our cases were closed. Can you believe it? Highly recommend this one. First and only lawyer I've been able to say that about.

Jillian Wood was a great attorney. My case had been in court for three years with no end in sight for a simple parenting plan modification that should have been resolved fairly easily. Jillian stepped in and had it handled professionally and accurately. Everything came out fair in the end and in order to have that done, you need good representation. Before Jillian, I had two attorneys and never knew what good representation was; they took all my money and did nothing for me. Jillian is affordable, easy to work with, and very understanding; she is knowledgeable about family law and knows how to get a case resolved. Jillian knew what she was doing in the courtroom when it didn’t seem like the other attorneys did. Highly recommend!

Christine Rosengreen is the most unethical attorney. She lied on me which I understand is her job but she also lied on my attorney. I reported her to the state ethics board. Then she goes and lies on me sone more today. So I will report her to the state board again. Seeing her face turn bright red in court was everything when her client admitted to lying on the stand. I'm sure her law firm will pay Google to delete this review. I'll keep posting if it is deleted. She has no business being a licensed attorney. Don't EVER try to lie on my attorney again. How does she sleep at night constantly defending abusive men??? And its not alleged abuse. It's abuse with evidence, video, and witnesses.

Judge for yourself, which reviews are true and which are people who have sour grapes, which may be of a personal nature and clearly malicious. They don’t talk about their case. They don’t talk about the results they just attack. And that’s unfortunate. I spent 30 years giving heart and soul blood sweat and tears to the profession I was grateful and privileged to serve. my record speaks for itself, And, it is truly sad that two years after some health problems, caused me to slow down and not take new cases. That people felt the need to post, false, malicious, and hateful reviews on every format they could find these are people who never built anything or never create anything or never attain a professional degree and you never communicated any complaints if they ever clients. Judge for yourself. True reviews give details of the matter and relate the experience I had in factual terms, not conclusions. But it’s not my job to judge. Nor would I violate the sanctity of the confidential information related to representation. What I can tell you is after being harassed, threatened, and attacked by an imbalanced person that clearly needs help, I am not angry, but concerned and have compassion for those who seek to tear down because of their own issues. Thankfully, my health has improved, but after 30 years of giving my best, working 20 hour days more often than one should, and caring about each and every client ….that the time for me to endure misplaced and malicious attacks…ended. While many of the families that I was privileged to assist still reach out to coax me to take up their cause, I will not. When those in need of mental health care attempt to cause harm to my family, they must expire in their own negative energy. And, be grateful that I chose not to wield the sword of justice and rebuke their attempts to harm. After all, what is the sound of one hand clapping. Last, thank you to thousands of clients that I was so honored to assist. For 30 years, I lived the motto when you love your job you will never “work” a day in your life. It’s not just us !!!! Em would you mind contacting us. We have our own horrible experience with this Lawyer. We are over $25,000 into it with Zero results!! He will not show where the money has gone. He won’t show up to court and acts as if he is overwhelming put out by be being asked ANYTHING about the case IF you can actually make contact with him. Maybe he was a good Lawyer at one time but experience is that he is a scam artist.

I am very dissatisfied with how my case was handled. After finally reaching an agreement with the opposing counsel, they refused to honor the agreement. Unfortunately, Mr O'Connor did nothing to see that the agreement was honored; he made absolutely no effort on my behalf. This could have been resolved in my favor during the final court hearing however, Mr. O'Connor did not bother to show up in court that day for the hearing. In addition to mishandling my case, Mr. O'Connor's behavior toward me was utterly repugnant. While we were preparing for the hearing, Mr. O'Connor was extremely impatient and condescending. When I hired him I told him that I had never been in court before and had no idea what to expect. Rather than explain what the Judge's expectations would be, how best to answer questions, and walking me through the process, he belittled me and even yelled at me. Mr. O'Connor turned a situation that was stressful and upsetting to begin with into a complete nightmare.

Casey stepped in to represent me in my divorce after a total failure by my previous attorney. My divorce was an absolute mess. Ugly in every way; from child custody, assets, abuse allegations, orders of protection cases, unpaid child support. There were a lot of facets involved. Casey navigated them all, not only with knowledge and personal care for me but efficiency and quickness. My divorce was sitting in limbo for almost a year, and he jumped in and drafted motions right away. I cannot recommend him enough. He is a hard fighter and a very caring attorney. I literally will not trust anyone else with future legal handlings.

I got charged with a DWI in September, 2022. I hired Denise Kirby and she started by calling me and getting all the information she needed from me asap. She was very impressive with how she handled the case and she constantly kept me in the loop with what was going on. After watching the video of my arrest, she filed for a motion to suppress and won that, which resulted in the case being dropped. She came to court incredibly prepared and had a counter for everything the prosecutor said. Overall, watching Denise handle this case was very impressive and I would highly recommend her to anyone in this situation.

Wow! I initially spoke to a few different lawyers once I was charged with a DUI. Denise gave me advice and asked a ton of questions about the incident on the very first call I had with her. It was above and beyond what I had received with any other lawyers. Then she continued to fight my case until she was able to successfully win both the license and criminal case. Denise is by far the best attorney I’ve ever worked with and would recommend her 100 times out of 100!

Attempted to contact several times by telephone and always had to leave voice mails which were never returned. Personally handed him documents that needed to be filed by a certain date. Found out they were never completed and had to complete the documents myself, have them notarized and delivered to courthouse on last day they were due. Never returns email messages. Due to inclement weather, got email message that office was closed for day. Ok, can understand that. Guess the weather obliterated the office because after a week realized never getting back to me. Spent over $1500 that I wished I had back to spend a more more competent attorney.

Honestly I have a habit of freaking out a little bit when facing situations like I am currently facing. Rudy has made time to sit down with me explain the situation in terms anyone can understand avoiding the “freak out”. He’s an amazing people person warm and kind hearted is a good way to discribe him. You can see kindness and that he cares in his eyes and in the way he speaks to you as his client. Not the cheapest in town but you get what you pay for in legal matters and thus far I’m happy with what his results. I’m certain he will continue to fight a good fight as my defense attorney. I did feel my case was given the time it deserved. At first meeting Phil was very attentive and ready to help. As we started, the amount communication was less than desired. I felt I was in large part ignored and pushed to agree to a parenting plan at the very last minute. I would not use him again.

It is a shame it has taken me more than a decade to find a law firm that knows the law, operates in a top-caliber manner, and treats the client like a human. I have had a couple of attorneys at Hale, but the one who helped us the most was Suzanne. Not only is she a bomb a** attorney, but she also knows how to handle and run a business, be classy, and professional, and have customer service. I appreciate her no-frills approach to handling cases and client situations. She keeps a client-centered approach and looks out for everyone's best interest. Attorneys are indeed expensive but Suzanne makes sure the money spent on your case is allocated in a manner that does not leave your account on zero or paying unnecessary fees. She believes in transparency, honesty, and integrity; which is rare when an attorney is involved in difficult cases. She understands that the way she is represented in and out of the courtroom is a reflection of her business and there is not a time that she does not take her work seriously. The few times we had to speak with her on the phone, she has always been patient and attentive while listening closely to our concerns. She is very responsive and treats the attorney-client relationship as an important investment. You are not just a number to her, but a human. Unfortunately Kathy passed away at the end of Oct 2020. Im grateful the time she put into my case with my small budget. She helped me quite a bit and almost got to the end. I wanna review most of the lawyers in this town that dont know how it works in this situation and look into a case for a couple of days and say NOPE cant help cant gouge u when its just signing settlement and reads the way it should and I dont get lied to. What age joke!!!!! Julie k Casalone which is a attorney for bankruptcy! Tried going for a collection off a credit company bought it and tried charging 1554.00 dollars for a 794.00 charge, somehow changed my courtdate so I wasn't present to represent myself and gave me false information from the first trial.. wasted my time seeking debt solution when it was too late!!!! A sorry excuse, and a waste of air for people like this to thank they are above people, buying people debt and making money off of them!!!!! Total scum

I couldn't be more grateful to Doug and his firm for the help they gave me. Roundabout 2 years ago now, I was facing a pretty scary legal situation that dropped on me out of the blue, and was lucky enough to be introduced to Doug through a mutual friend. I'd never been in any kind of legal trouble, and I was completely freaked out and totally lost.
