Had a consultation with this lawyer based on my friends great recommendation. Not only I left the consultation with the bad taste in my mouth I also spent 400$ for nothing. It was supposed to be a Strategic Planning Session but it more felt like a Judging Session as the lawyer was extremely arrogant and judged me by my income telling me quote "I couldn't afford her" because I am a beautician. Had I been a CFO like my ex that I was divorcing I am sure she would have had different approach. She told me that my divorce didn't matter and I should get some money and move on and I am not entitled to anything except a little bit of child support. I had a lawyer who now proved that she is fantastic, but at the time she wasn't answering my email so I was looking to change my lawyer and this is how i ended up in Hollys office, which I regretted going to. I felt discriminated based on my race and income.

I cannot recommend The Law Office of Blair Zwillman highly enough. When my then 19-year old son got his only traffic ticket a few years ago, Mr. Zwillman pulled off a miracle. My husband and I are both non-practicing attorneys and almost lost our minds when we sat this ticket. It was over two feet long and contained 6 or 7 separate violations adding up to a more than $700 fine and so many points that my son almost lost his newly minted driver’s license. The NJ cop who pulled him over was clearly on a mission to more than exceed his quota that mouth as many of the violations he was cited for were clearly discretionary and over the top.
Long story short, we contested the ticket and Mr. Zwillman represented my son in traffic court. He vastly exceeded our expectations and got the ticket down to about $100 fine and just a few points. As a former traffic court judge myself, I can attest to Mr. Zwillman’s incredible skills in working with prosecutors and judges to achieve the best possible results for his clients. I would highly recommend finding a different attorney. Ms. Dalena was completely incompetent with my divorce and cost me thousands of dollars in legal fees. She sat on paperwork and never filed for several weeks. She was completely incompetent while handling what should have been a very easy divorce. The only thing she was timely with was billing..... and there were plenty of bills for work that really accomplished nothing. She has a very high opinion of herself which I certainly do not share. There are plenty of very good attorneys in the area to choose from----my advice it to stay away from Christine Dalena.

I cannot thank Mr Ku, Kevin W. enough for his great due diligence on my case. He resolve my case within 2-months, an unbelievable time, base on many lawyers I talked before him. Best thing is that he did not promise me any time, he just delivered it.
After realizing that a con law firm was ripping me off for last 7 months with not clue of ending the case. Unable to see any light at end of the tunnel, I was heartbroken and clueless. With my faith on second chance, I started to look for a lawyer for second opinion. I virtually talked to 5 lawyers in the area, all of them offered 15 to 30 mins free consultation time, but none give me time to speak. It was time the layers used to collect my information and advertising their firm. Some of them even asked me to signup for follow up session or retain their office while on the phone!
My search for a layer stopped after talking to Mr. Ku. The only questions he asked me was “Tell me what happened?” I was given a time to explain my issue without interruption. My questions were answered with reasonable follow up questions. He listened and he heart me! I first asked him to review my case for a second opinion, but I changed my mind an hour later. I called him back to ask if can take over my case. As soon as Mr. Ku agreed to take my case, I fired my sloppy lawyer! That was my best decision of year 2021.

I have worked with Joseph Freda for over 6 years and can say that he is without question a top notch attorney and client advocate. Unfortunately for me, I have had a host of very serious post divorce issues that continue even to this day. I had a very difficult and long divorce. My ex was an attorney in his own practice and represented himself, which made it that much worse. I had spent over 100k in legal fees with a firm who did nothing for me, but run up my bill and battle my ex over things that were irrelevant to the divorce. Three years later, I still had nothing and wasn't any closer to getting the case resolved. I hired Joe to take it over, based on a referral from his former adversary. Joe wrapped it up in a matter on months! He's a no nonsense guy with the patience of a saint. He was on top of everything - always returned phone calls and emails promptly, and did whatever he could to get this done. He knew my case backwards and forwards within a very short period of time. I know I was a little unreasonable at times with some things (and he let me know when I was being an idiot) and I don't feel like I got the lion's share, but I did get a fair settlement and a far better one than I would have had I used my prior attorney who wasted my time and money. I would definitely recommend Joe to anyone who needs a great divorce lawyer. I'm sorry I didn't find him sooner.

After having been passed around from the LEAD attorney in the firm and assigned to several paralegals, being emotionally and financially beaten up by my exhusband. I felt like I was getting the same treatment, neglected and dismissed by the lead attorney I hired. Also being charged for every period, paragraph and phone call. The lead attorney, knowing what my financial situation was, didn't care and only wanted to know how I was going to pay my legal fees. I felt like it was all about the money, not about the person behind the case. I was so fortunate to finally have the opportunity to be assigned to Joseph Freda. Mr Freda, in my opinion , happens to be a superior, very well trained and dedicated family law attorney. He was a true gentleman who showed compassion by always being available day or night on his personal cell phone to be there for support and hand holding. Besides the fact that he was a superior litigant by having knowledge of the law, and my case details, he also, was able to articulate all of that information into precise briefs which were essential to enable me to achieve an extremely favorable outcome. He also addressed the legal consequences for parents who allow or encourage their children and other children to drink in their house or on their property. You'd hire the best heart surgeon, I'd count on Bob Dunn if I needed the best attorney. In a critical situation, his years of experience can make a major difference in the outcomes. Bob consulted with our parents group on issues with teen drinking, parents hosting, and the consequences. He opened our eyes about our responsibilities and how we can help our teens stay safe. He's a great speaker and his presentation made a real impact. All parents and teens should hear what he has to say and benefit from his knowledge. He shared his experience so that we wouldn't have to hire him if the future. That's a great attorney.

Did well in helping to execute my father's will. Neglected to mention that New Jersey has inheritance taxes that needed to be paid, so it cost me a 10% penalty for late filing. This counts as a fail in the basic service that I paid her to perform.

I can only speak for the outcome of our child custody case. In the early stages of our case, prior to hiring him, he told us there was the Tender Years Doctrine that he could use an an argument in our case. Having never heard of that, and going online to Google it, found out that has not been used in many years, because it was deemed to violate the equal protection clause of the Fourteenth Amendment. When we questioned him on that, he backed away from it.
It seemed as though he was attentive, and he spent time with us going over all our notes. But in the end, on the most important day in court, it was like he just wasn't 'there'. He didn't much object to anything from the other side, didn't challenge the important evidence, and overall left us to flounder.
We cannot speak for other cases he handles, for which he may be perfectly fit. But in our personal experience with him on an important child custody case, we felt he was a poor choice for our situation.

Ms. Giusti handled my very complicated divorce. She was there for me every step of the way, keeping me informed and fighting for my rights. I would highly recommend using her. In fact I have referred friends to her and they have been highly satifsfied with her services. Equally important, the office staff was friendly and responsive as well. I obtained Katherine after my divorce was final. Two years after the divorce my ex was asking for a reduced alimony amount. Katherine was extremely knowledgeable and I was impressed that she knew all the details of my divorce. His order was denied and two years later I was back in court for another reduction on the alimony. Katherine has great insight on what was being done to me. Ms. Giusti, conceided to so much, she knew what little interest in my share of the home I was getting,she was looking only forward to a quick pay day. Ms. Giusti knew that her adversary was getting paid through an unlimited stream of cash, I don't know why Ms. Giusti did not excuse herself from the case. She promised me monies back on the retainer I gave her, she not only took the whole retainer but took more than twice that from the little interest in my home. The only monies that I would have left to live on after the divorce. Ms, Giusti advised me not to contest the divorce decree in front of the judge, because of the quick pay day. the final divorce has left me very unsure of my future I work two jobs, over 70 hours weekly, and still I have more monies going out then coming in to survive needing me to spend whatever small monies I received from my interest in the home the only monies I have to live on. Ms.Giusti never advised me that if I should miss any alimony payments that I would be taken away shackled and taken to jail. How can Ms. Giusti allow such a cold, heartless final divorce be filed??? if anyone is contemplating retaining Ms. Giusti,, all I have to say is BUYER BEWARE!!!!

I recently had the unfortunate experience of hiring Greg for my divorce case, and I cannot express how disappointed and frustrated I am with the services provided. From start to finish, the entire process was a nightmare, and I strongly advise anyone considering this attorney to look elsewhere.
First and foremost, communication was abysmal. It seemed like getting a response from Greg was an impossible task. My emails and calls went unanswered for days, if not weeks, leaving me in the dark about crucial developments in my case. It felt as though I was an afterthought, and my concerns were constantly brushed aside.
Furthermore, the lack of preparation and attention to detail was astounding. During court hearings, it became apparent that Greg was ill-prepared, stumbling through arguments and often appearing clueless about the specifics of my case. This not only reflected poorly on their professionalism but also left me feeling unprotected and vulnerable in a situation that already carried immense emotional weight.
The billing practices were another major issue. Greg was quick to nickel-and-dime me for every minute of their time, even for tasks that should have been included in the overall service. The final bill was exorbitant, and I felt taken advantage of during an already financially challenging period.
To add insult to injury, the final outcome of my divorce settlement was far from satisfactory. Greg failed to negotiate effectively on my behalf, resulting in an agreement that left me in a significantly worse position than I could have been with competent legal representation.
In conclusion, my experience with Greg was nothing short of a disaster. If you value communication, competence, and a fair representation, I strongly urge you to seek alternative legal counsel. Louis represented me in a dyfs matter and during the case he had hit each and every key point and completely impressed me with how well he maneuvered the legal system and my 2 adversaries. Mr. Moglia never calls me back or returns my emails for my DYFS matter regarding my children. He has been my attorney for 4 months and i have yet to have an appointment with him. One judgement, by the court was not given to me by Mr. Moglia for several weeks. When I asked him why he didn't tell me, and I had to find out from my adversary in the matter, he simply said "I didn't have the time". Mr. Moglia has confused details of my case, saying one thing one day and then something entirely different 2 weeks later. He doesn't dedicate proper time and attention to my legal matter.

It is truly sad to see someone completely driven by money. If you are at your most vulnerable, I do not recommend that you work with this woman. She is incapable of feeling compassion. While she knows the law, her objective is to charge billable hours, not to fight for you. When was her last 5 star review? Why are all the negative ones anonymous? I suggest you keep looking.
