My divorce lasted approximately a year and was extremely challenging at times. However, I have to say that my attorney Katrina handled me with care and compassion throughout the experience. Her conduct along with that of the firm was very professional throughout.
Although I hope to never again need their services :), I would highly recommend hiring this firm.

I absolutely cannot recommend this attorney to anyone, not even my worst enemy. My experience with this attorney was an utter nightmare. I sought legal advice from her, and she informed me of her fee structure: $150 per hour. Fair enough, I thought, and I paid for one hour of her time. Little did I know, she would squander a whopping 75 percent of that hour, blabbering incessantly without even bothering to focus on the details of my case.
As the hour ticked by, I realized I had been duped. And when I refused to fork over another $150 for her to continue wasting my time, she lost her temper. She actually had the audacity to yell at me, demanding more money. Not only did she fail to provide any legal advice whatsoever, but she also rudely cut me off whenever I attempted to discuss my case.
To add insult to my emotional pain, she had the nerve to tell me she couldn't help me. It's a good thing I contacted my credit card company promptly, and they were able to retrieve my hard-earned money. But the damage was done. This attorney's blatant greed and disregard for her clients' well-being is appalling. She showed no professionalism or empathy for my emotional distress.
I will never set foot in that law firm again, and I implore anyone reading this to steer clear. Do yourself a favor and find someone who actually cares about justice and the people they serve. This attorney is nothing but trouble, and I wouldn't wish her services on my worst enemy.

I am a Father and my daughter wanted to live with me and attend school closer to my home (I wanted to enroll her into private school) so that would mean I would need to become the primary parent of residence. I thought it would be impossible to get that changed because I also have a career as a firefighter so my work schedule rotates and its 24 hour shifts. I contacted Robyn and she was upfront and honest provided me with possible outcomes.
Robyn was outstanding! She had to do the work of two attorneys because the defendants’ attorney would not submit paperwork to the court in a timely manner and that would’ve slowed the process. The case went to trial and having the experienced attorney really showed! I am now the primary parent of residence my daughter and I couldn’t be happier. She always answered my calls, emails and was on time. Both parents were found to be fit by the judge yet a change of custody was still granted in my favor.

I made an appt for a consultation and prior to coming in I asked several times for an idea of retainer fee. Never asking for an exact amount but a ballpark idea. I had a budget I needed to stay within. I was told it was based on a case to case basis. I didn’t want to waste anyone’s time if I was going to be able to afford it. Again was ignored when I asked. I showed up for the consultation and the retainer agreement was already prepared before even talking to me. So it’s not based on the case. So they wasted their time and mine. Highly disappointed. I asked if I was able to pay a large part of the retainer and pay the rest off in a few weeks. Which I understand they don’t have to do but explaining my situation I was hoping they would work with me. I’m not upset about that I’m aggravated because they know their retainer fee and wasted my time and theirs.

I used Jersey Coast Family Law for my divorce . Let's face it, the circumstances stink. I was often an unstable, weepy mess. Thankfully I was able to rely on this very professional team to redirect me, in order to not totally screw up the rest of my life, financially & professionally. I met Patricia Cistaro when she was a senior associate attorney working for a large family law practice in New Jersey. During my initial consultation with Patricia, she advised me of the requirements to support a viable alimony modification case. I was impressed with her expertise and candidness, so when I felt it was the right time to petition the courts for alimony modification, I sought out Patricia and found that she had started her own practice. I engaged Patricia to represent me in a motion to modify or terminate my alimony obligation due to a significant change in circumstances, my approaching retirement age, and my ex-wife’s suspected cohabitation.
Patricia provided valuable guidance to me with regard to obtaining evidence and providing documentation that I needed to support my case. She communicated with my ex-wife and espoused the benefits of trying to reach an agreement of modification without the necessity of filing a costly motion. Patricia communicated to my ex-wife the date we intended to file a motion with the court if we were unable to negotiate a modification. Just before the expiration of the deadline, my ex-wife gave notice of her imminent marriage and shortly thereafter signed a Consent Order that officially terminated my alimony obligation.
During Patricia’s engagement, I received “big” firm legal expertise and experience, but with a comfortable “small” firm closeness. Hopefully, I will never need to engage the services of a family law attorney again, but if I did, I would hire Patricia Cistaro without reservation.

I called her office and Im surprised that she picks up her own calls NO Secretaries! She kept me posted at all times delivers result and I mean even weekends and very late night she's up working on your case. She is not a greedy lawyer, although SHE DOES HAVE A RIGHT TO BE... I tell her accurate info and soon as she asked me to read and review her documentations and letters I do it, and she reciprocate and goes above and beyond her clients cooperation.... THAT'S THE KIND OF LAWYER SHE IS, she does not say a lot at first, she listens to you and lets her client weigh in their options, she wont instigate fight between her client and the other parties just to earn a living... but she surely wont let her client end up as loser.... My ex's lawyer was very greedy and very ghetto... NOT JULIE... she's very calm, classy and as a matter of fact when we were in the court, random people approached her and told her " YOU ARE VERY SHARP AND CLASSY UNLIKE OTHER LAWYERS, THEYRE ALL MOUTH AND YET THEIR BRAINS ARE EMPTY", and when our case has received judgement she even had to help the other lawyer figure out what to do next. She comes in prepared and organize and on time, if not half an hour early. Ive not seen any lawyer ever before like her and my Dad was a lawyer he was very kind and very smart, but JULIE?... I MEAN SHE IS SET APART, I MAY NOT BE ABLE TO FIND ANOTHER LAWYER LIKE HER, at least not my lifetime.

We hired Mrs. Julie Warshaw's for Guardianship and Special Education Law services. Throughout she was kind, understanding, patient and very diligent. Guardianship was completed very efficiently within a few weeks. Even for the special education services her approach was different than others. While discussing the matter she would even use the nicer words for the other party too. Saying let us understand their point of view and resolve the matter. Unlike some others professionals who will bash the other party during the first appointment but will be less responsive once the contract for services is signed. But we saw her same level of commitment as the case went on. As others also mentioned she is really an attorney with a heart! She is extremely knowledgeable about all the topics too. We cannot thank Julie enough for everything that she has done for us. We highly recommend her.

He has a background in finance, and was very knowledgeable in projecting what my needs would be in the future.

Sam Stoia represented me for almost a year during my divorce. When things got stressful and problems arose, Sam was always there to put out the fires. He was quick to call and/or email me back and extremely prepared in court. He has been very informative and knowledgeable throughout my entire case and made everything much easier on my end. He was also honorable in the sense that he never wanted to waste my money on frivolous court battles throughout the case.

Chuck Vuotto is the fourth attorney that I engaged to help me with my very complicated Family Law issue. Mr. Brady is the absolutely best!! He found wrong doings that occurred while viewing the cops' dash/body cam and was able to dismiss my case (Please take into consideration that everyone's case is different).
