Ashley is an excellent lawyer. I would recommend her and her staff to anyone needing a divorce or family lawyer. She helped me throughout my long and drawn out very contentious divorce. We were in mediation with another very sub par lawyer, and she helped me to de-escalate many times and stay the course, as well as help me ensure that I understood repercussions of certain decisions being made in our settlement agreement. I don't know what I would have done throughout this process without her guidance and knowledge of NJ family law. Her staff is very organized and prompt. Can not recommend her enough.

Corinne took care of my divorce case. It finalized in April 2019 and the result was excellent. I obtained more financial support from my ex than I expected! Tanis is an excellent family attorney. I was looking for an honest and professional attorney to apply for a guardianship to my youngest sister and when I saw her profile online I felt that she I can trust. I originally retained an attorney that came highly recommended from other attorneys in the area. After retaining this attorney, it proved to be the wrong decision due to unresponsiveness and disinterest in my case. I then found Matt Lun through avvo and it could not have been a better experience. Mr. Lun is intelligent and extremely well versed at navigating the divorce process. I feel free. Don't get me wrong, the divorce process was hard, but Matthew was like a beacon navigating me through the process. I interviewed 4 lawyers before deciding to go with Matt. I am so happy I did. He listened to everything I wanted and if it was possible, he got it for me. I consulted with John initially, and thought I couldn’t afford him. To my dismay, I retained another lawyer who was decent but didn’t safeguard issues the way John had outlined in our initial consultation. Unfortunately, due to lack of prevention in my initial trial proceedings, another motion was filed against me, and I then retained his services. I spent over $10k from not utilizing his advice and suggestions. I could have spent less than half of that, if I would have retained him the first time. I cannot promise you that he can save the world; but he will advise you appropriately. He will not let you indulge in the abyss of desire that will never come to fruition. He and his associate, Tom, were up front and honest about what to expect and predict. I’m pleased with his practice and services. He’s reasonable and down to earth. If you need answers to simple questions, subscribe to his YouTube Channel or newsletter. I learned the best way to save money, is to go to him prepared with your documents organized. He’ll handle the rest.

I hired Mitch to handle an extremely difficult child support case in New Jersey for arrears that dated back to over 5 years ago and wasn’t closed out when the child turned 18; however Mitch and his team handled it effectively despite the delays due to covid and the court house.

Mitch Mullen has got to be one of the best divorce lawyers in NJ. My case was complicated. I went through three other lawyers. I dropped the three other lawyers because they either overbilled, didn't get back to me or were just incompetent. Mr. Mullen somehow navigated my litigious wife's lawyer, helped to get a baseless Final Restraining Order dismissed and charged me much less than everyone else. Mr. Mullen is technically competent and very honest. I think Mr. Mullen also does a good job because he has paralegals which do all the admin work. So there's never a problem with scheduling, fees or reaching Mr. Mullen for an update on your case.

I will start by saying that your office exceeded my already high expectations, performance-wise and outcome-wise. You have delivered exceptional results, and I am still amazed with them every day.

I started my divorce process in March of 2022 with a different lawyer. My first lawyer was not proactive at all and had terrible communication, so I fired him and hired Ira. That was the best decision I made.
My first attorney did nearly nothing with my case from March through to October. I switched to Ira mid-October, and not even 2 months later, my divorce is settled and I am happy with the end result.
I cannot recommend Ira highly enough. His knowledge of the law helped me feel at ease. Both he and his office was very responsive to me, they set me up with their program so that I could follow along with all paperwork and communication made in regards to my case.

I was referred to Ira Senoff by a friend. I made an appointment to speak with him about amending my divorce order so that I could retire. My original order from 15+ years ago was "not good" for me to say the very least. It left too much open for interpretation upon my retirement.
Ira was far different than any attorney I have dealt with before. He is a real person who speaks to you in real words not legal terms.
