I recently had to go through a divorce which is a very emotional process. I considered the possibility of filling out all the paperwork with my husband at the time. It was overwhelming to me. I decided to hire a lawyer, Jennifer E. Flatow. Well worth the cost. She wasted no time, made sure all the information needed was gathered, and was sensitive to my feelings throughout. Jennifer is a "down to earth" gal, not a slick distant snooty lawyer. I felt comfortable talking with her. In addition, she was courtesy towards my ex-husband which was important to me. I will always be grateful for her helping hands during a very difficult transition.

What to say about Tanya Helfand, Esq.?? Well, to start, by nature I am an exceedingly critical and pessimistic person who is able to filter out BS or anyone attempting to play me. So…with that being said, in Tanya you won’t get anything but Grade A++ service, no nonsense and, most importantly, a NO BS attorney who also cuts through any BS from the opposition. She represented me in a divorce action with the opposition being a large firm whose operating standard seemed be “we guarantee incompetence along with procrastination”. Yet, Tanya was always driving and pushing on my behalf. She is small in stature but don’t be fooled - with her you are getting a pit bull terrier in lawyer form. While I may sound like a public relations rep hired by her, I’m absolutely NOT - I’m just a fully satisfied customer who appreciated her top shelf service, her dedication to her profession and my needs.
Can she be brusque?? Yep…but only necessarily so in order to cut through the crap and keep you on track while keeping your fees down rather than let you blather on and run costs up with extraneous questions or emails.
Look, if you want someone who will tell you what you want to hear, make empty promises and blow smoke up your butt - look elsewhere. But if you want an attorney who will fight tooth & nail for you, always looking out for your best interests while also telling you like it is, Tanya Helfand is the best choice in an attorney…. anywhere.

I never thought lawyers actually cared about their clients until I had my initial consultation with Shari. My case was not a huge one so I was afraid nobody would but in the effort to help me out. David outshines every attorney! As someone who has been through family law hell and a custody nightmare, trusting an attorney is a challenge. David understands DV, coercive control, post separation abuse and a litigant weaponizing the legal system to hurt and destroy their ex. Above all, he understands the needs of the child and cares about the children. I believe he has young kids himself so perhaps it’s why he is able to quickly and immediately identify when an abuser is just going above and beyond to hurt the other party, but in reality hurting their child. While they say to leave emotions out of everything, David certainly fights for the best interest of your children as if they are his own. I searched high and low for someone that understands nonphysical DV like David does and I can’t be more fortunate to have him advocating on behalf of my children and me. His entire office is exceptional, caring and compassionate. I have not personally worked with Stephanie Palo but I also hear she is knowledgeable and exceptional. It gives me that extra confidence in the event she ever needs to step in if David is away or unavailable. If you want a kind, strong, knowledgeable, and sensitive attorney who will fight for you and most importantly, your children…I highly recommend David Cardamone!

We are grandparents. Our son died in 2018. Our daughter-in-law was arrested for DUI and endangerment. We had to seek emergency custody. I have to say, Mr. Hark earned his way to be one of the top lawyers in New Jersey, and the sorrounding areas, for a reason. I am honored to have been able to have him in my corner throughout my case. He and his team never made false promises, and were always honest with me and my family. Knowing that there are several different factors when dealing with the courts, depending on the specifics of one's case, it is reasonable for people to feel somewhat skeptical at times. But, Mr. Hark never stopped fighting and I am appreciative of that. He held up his word all throughout the process. You can see his determination and tenacity speak through his words, and that drive also permeate through his team. Mr horicon his staff did an amazing job representing me in a motor vehicle crash, an eviction, a restraining order, and a criminal matter. He was able to successfully have the criminal matter dismissed, the restraining order dismissed and he just settled a car crash for me within 18 months from the date of the crash. His staff was always involved in on top of things and I was always aware of what was going on with all of my cases. He and his staff are very accessible kind and helpful at every turn every time I called. I felt like they were really involved with me and cared about me and my legal woes. I would be happy to call them again any day of the week. I hired Mr. Hark for a very serious criminal charge in Camden County and then caught a second serious criminal charge in Camden county. Not only did he get me out of absolutely guaranteed state prison he got the case, remanded to municipal court, and got me straight probation on the second case. Did I say straight probation? I meant to say one year probation, not to not three or not four years probation. he did an amazing job. He was in touch with me every step of the way, constantly kept me informed, worked with me regarding my payment plan and inability to get a job given the pending criminal charges. He really was concerned about me and my well-being and my families well-being The entire time. My divorce was not an easy one by any means. The other party did not want to be a participate in the process that she initiated, be fair financially, and was in character throughout the two and half yr process. Veronica weeded through this from minute one.
Veronica jumped on board in my case more than halfway through the process from the recommendation of my previous attorney to get my case resolved. There is a reason he recommended her.
