I definitely took way too long to write this review, however they helped me back in 2021 with a bankruptcy case, and i had no idea what i was walking into. Not only did they get everything cleared up, but they also held my hand through the whole process and made me understand what was going on and how to do things step by step. Definitely never left my side.
As with most lawyers go, I dont wish to work with them again, however, I do wish i had a reason as they made it all so simple.

I had the pleasure of having Mr. Poles as my attorney in a custody battle. Not only did Mr. Poles take my case on such short notice, he appeared in court for me with little notice as well. He came prepared, courteous and did everything he could for me and my children. He is very respectful, honest and experienced. I honestly could go on and on about how great he was and how happy I was to retain this law firm. I have retained Cindy Wilson to represent me in my divorce about a year ago. Throughout the whole process, she was continually able to come up with multiple options/strategies for approaching any issue that would arise; she gave me a lot of insight and support; she was very patient and understanding; easy to talk to, professional and responsive. She is also very versatile - she is a great meditator, but she can also be firm and aggressive in her approach if needed. There has been a lot of challenges and delays in my case, and although it felt frustrating at times, I have never worried that everything will work out in the end because I knew that Cindy and her team has my back. With that said, we have reached an agreement which I am content with, and I am officially divorced as of now. Divorce is by far one of the most challenging experiences I’ve ever endured; and I’ve gone through a lot of life! It is traumatic, gut wrenching, painful and I wouldn’t wish it on my worst enemy.
Imagine taking the life you’ve once known to be a great one, white picket fence and all, and having it come crashing down before your eyes. The one you once loved the most becomes the one you can not even be in the same room with. Your children enter into a tug of war and find a way to blame the circumstances on themselves!! It’s very trying!

I had already been divorced for several years when I contacted Sotiria. My daughter, an LGBT teen, was suffering abuse at the hands of her stepfather, my ex-wife's husband. My ex-wife refused to allow my daughter to live with me, something my daughter requested when the abuse became too much to bear. Sotiria was dedicated and compassionate towards my goals, but she was also frank and honest as to what we could and could not do to change this situation. Ultimately, however, her persistence and commitment to excellence paid off, and my daughter is now living with me, happy and healthy (both mentally and physically). My sincerest apologies to the DeTommaso Law Group as this review is 10 months overdue.
My divorce lasted approximately a year and was extremely challenging at times. However, I have to say that my attorney Katrina handled me with care and compassion throughout the experience. Her conduct along with that of the firm was very professional throughout.
Although I hope to never again need their services :), I would highly recommend hiring this firm.

Michael's appeal saved my medical malpractice case by winning the main claim in my case. Thank you, Michael !
Michael's expertise and commitment made this happen. Michael has been supportive and always available through this process. He is trustworthy, altruistic, and down to earth. I must add Michael's lack of greed and willingness to work with his clients on the financial part of the appeal was another reason it was possible for me to go forward with the appeal.
After having a malpractice attorney with 40 years of experience that was able to significantly hurt my case was devastating to me. No one should have to go through that.
Michael was able to put the pieces of my case together and convince the Appellate Court that the lower court erred on a decision, which really hurt my case.
If I didn't have Michael to do my appeal, I'm not sure where I would be today in terms of my case. I can now proceed with confidence that my case will be settled or won.
Michael is the best ! He's in it to win it. I can't say it enough times, I am so grateful and thankful for Michael and his firm.

I was at a point in a medical malpractice case where a judgment summary left me deciding, do I go forward with an appeal or not. The original attorney who represented me no longer wanted to remain on my case. I knew my case had merit to it, so I decided to pursue an Appeals Attorney. I called Hegge and Confusione and spoke to Michael Confusione. I immediately had a good feeling about him. He listened to me, he was non-judgmental, and spoke to me in a down to earth manner. My appeal was done by the time promised and I couldn't believe how accurate it was. It tells the story of my case exactly how it happened. I felt Michael understood my case better than my original attorney. His effort in doing my appeal shines through and through.
