My introduction to Frank was through someone else, however they couldn't have been more correct that he was the person to help me with my situation. When it comes to firearms in NJ, things can be quite complicated and quite tricky. When it comes down to really dissecting the law and really determining the right course of action, Frank helped me do that. He was very responsive and timely in all communications and you can tell what is important to him is the people that reach out and hire him. If he is your attorney, you will know that he cares to do what is right to help you. He will tell you what he thinks and how the laws are written, so be ready for that, but I could not have asked for a better experience in the 2A arena.

I spoke with Frank Pisano to make sure I was in compliance with some laws. He was extremely knowledgeable, priced very fair compared to others I called. I compared prices due to being disabled and paying a large fee was not feasible for me. His specialties are Firearms, which is very important with the constant changing gun laws in NJ and staying in compliance, and personal injury attorney. He personally called me right back on his personal phone on his day off while out to lunch, and said he’ll call me when he was done and he did just that. He further explained what I needed to do and we set up a meeting at his office. Everything was resolved quickly and far exceeded my expectations of what the outcome would be. I highly recommend Frank for any firearm issues or legal problems due to the constant changing laws and also for personal injury. He talks to you like family while gathering all the important facts. You won’t be disappointed in the representation or legal help Frank Pisano provides.

I consulted Mr. Pisano on a matter, where my firearms were seized pursuant to frivolous temporary restraining order that my ex filed against me. His thoughtful explanations of the processes involved, from both the legal and practical perspectives, were illuminating. Frank greatly helped in clearing my name and having my firearms returned. Unfortunately, it seems rare in the legal field to find an attorney that's aggressive when need be but also human in understanding the client's situation.

My divorce was not an easy one by any means. The other party did not want to be a participate in the process that she initiated, be fair financially, and was in character throughout the two and half yr process. Veronica weeded through this from minute one.
Veronica jumped on board in my case more than halfway through the process from the recommendation of my previous attorney to get my case resolved. There is a reason he recommended her. Veronica was forceful and stern during the negotiations(mediation) with the other party and was always looking out for my best interests financially which included doing everything possible from the first day I spoke to her to avoid trial which is where my case was headed. The reason for the referral from my previous attorney.
During one of most difficult times of your life, Veronica attempted to understand everything on a personal/emotional level as well beyond the business aspect of divorce.
Veronica is extremely knowledgeable of the NJ laws of divorce which is so important. She is professional, cordial, assertive, and great at explaining things/answering questions. Veronica also will hold you accountable if she needs to which is important in this process.
The firm in Springfield is professional and welcoming; which is includes her paralegal Diana O who I would like to acknowledge as well.
In divorce, no one wins or loses. My JOD was fair and equitable at the end of the day which is what should have happened. Veronica accomplished that for me with honesty and sincerity from day one.

Divorce is by far one of the most challenging experiences I’ve ever endured; and I’ve gone through a lot of life! It is traumatic, gut wrenching, painful and I wouldn’t wish it on my worst enemy.
Imagine taking the life you’ve once known to be a great one, white picket fence and all, and having it come crashing down before your eyes. The one you once loved the most becomes the one you can not even be in the same room with. Your children enter into a tug of war and find a way to blame the circumstances on themselves!! It’s very trying!
Choosing to have the right team by your side is vital during this painful time!

I had already been divorced for several years when I contacted Sotiria. My daughter, an LGBT teen, was suffering abuse at the hands of her stepfather, my ex-wife's husband. My ex-wife refused to allow my daughter to live with me, something my daughter requested when the abuse became too much to bear. Sotiria was dedicated and compassionate towards my goals, but she was also frank and honest as to what we could and could not do to change this situation. Ultimately, however, her persistence and commitment to excellence paid off, and my daughter is now living with me, happy and healthy (both mentally and physically). I could not have done this without Sotiria's help. She literally saved my daughter's life. Mr. White exceeded my expectations significantly, even though I already knew he was highly rated. Upon first outreach, he contacted me very quickly on a Saturday, which I was not expecting. Throughout the process, he provided me great peace of mind because I knew I could trust him and his expertise due to all of the positive reviews, but it was more than that. Divorce is a psychologically stressful process with naturally lots of difficult emotions, Mr. White’s persona could not be better for interacting with clients going through divorce. When you speak with him you’ll know what I am referring to within the first minute or so, he has a very calming and reassuring demeanor that always made me feel better after interacting with him. So I have waited a while to write this review because even after divorce, Irene and Val continue to support me in difficult situations. When I came to their office, I spoke to many attorneys that continued to tell me to wait on things to go through mediation. I decided to listen but after multiple people told me I was out of discovery to move forward with a child custody evaluation, I decided to speak to Irene. Irene, as explained in every review, is an amazing person. She is a mother, wife, and attorney. Its because of this she was very understanding as to all aspects of my situation and helped me though the process in every step of the way. I think it's important to understand that what makes a good divorce attorney is Obviously their education and experience, but to have an attorney that listens to your specific situation and know every way to navigate your divorce and explain the best approach for you is what is truly amazing. You can go out and find some cut throat good attorney but that's not going to help you in this process. I am thankful I found her when I did because I believe I wouldn't have been heard and my life would look a whole lot differant right now.
In the middle of my case, Val stepped in and she's been helping me ever since. Val is another attorney that was on my case and again, she is amazing. Always on top of things, read all my emails on a daily basis, and responded to everything that needed immediate attention. Going to mediation, I walked in thinking nothing was going to get accomplished. I continued wanting to just give up everything to get it over with. Val supported me through the final settlement and stood up for me during those times. Always advising me on everything and speaking up against any ridiculous requests. Val turns the impossible into possible. Another way to say this, she turns ridiculous into reasonable.
The main point I want to covey here, if you are looking around for an attorney, you are trying to be reasonable and the other person is looking to take everything they can from you, you found the right firm. They have all 5 stars and all of them are earned. Thank you all for everything you have done and continue doing.

As you will agree, preparing and filing for divorce is a difficult and stressful time. Finding a good and trustworthy lawyer is critical and equally daunting. After 28 years of marriage I was very much there. I selected two lawyers based on strong reviews. Left a message for both. Jason called back in less than 5 minutes. He took time to listen to my case and patiently addressed all my questions. We had a follow-up call. Again, he was calm, thorough and took time to set very clear expectations of what was to come. I decided to go with him. Over the coming months, Jason always made time for me, never once rushed me, always proactive and continued to respond within minutes, even to my non-urgent emails over the weekend and while on vacation. From a skill perspective he is exemplary, providing guidance and consistently striking that balance between being empathetic and offering fact-based guidance. He was always quick to tell me if my expectations were too high or let me know if I was giving too much. He was my counsel and shrink, sometimes just listening and at other times offering guidance and support. So many things can go wrong with this process, so many uncontrollable elements but with his diligent approach and stellar communication, Jason maintained credibility and control.
