During the covid period I was in a mess operating my business. Our creditors refused to offer any payment facilities. In desperation we had reached out to Attorney Jeb Singer for advice.
He listened to me carefully and explained all the options including negotiating with lenders. Having failed, he suggested bankruptcy.
During the entire process his team was helpful, knowledgeable and very professional.
Mr. Singer was always on hand to advise when needed.

It isn’t my intention to make my review this long, but it’s the only way to truly share my experience. I’ll pay it forward. After months of contemplating, researching the subject and reaching the conclusion I’m truly in the worst of financial troubles, I still wasn’t 100% sure if I could or should go through with bankruptcy. I wasn’t there yet. I was terrified at the thought. Enter Mr. Singer. The first thing was the website. It was very different than most. It’s put together right. It’s not intimidating. So I called the number. To my surprise Mr. Singer picks up the phone. Not an answering machine or secretary or anything. He doesn’t know me and is talking to me like I’m a family member. Like his grandson or son. He spoke to me about ME. With dignity and respect. Not about money or what I did wrong. Not about My mistakes. But is this action now apart of my life’s journey? Do I need to start over? That changed everything for my decision going forward without any fear. Elliot who’s apart of Mr. Singers team is the nicest guy ever. He made the process very easy for me. I could always reach him and Mr. Singer about anything. They were professional and caring & it got me through the process unharmed so to speak. Im grateful to that firm. Run there. The solicitor in charge of my case understood my difficulties through arranging a mutually convenient time for a phone call after an intra company reorganisation. Thereafter the advice I was given made a lot of sense and finally involved my contacting a specialist solicitor in another company - a contact that proved fruitful and for which I am most grateful. My solicitor was patient, empathetic, and did what was necessary should a Court appearance have proved necessary. So far it has not, but I have been assured of this solicitor's continued involvement if and when necessary, which leaves me with a good feeling

This company work as a highly professional and effective team and am very grateful to all of them for how they have helped me. It has cost a lot of money in a short space of time, no question, and was far more expensive hour by hour than the previous law firm I used. However, things happened swiftlyand efficiently and this lead to a rapid resolution which in the long run I suspect has saved me a lot of money and stress compared to the stagnation that I was experiencing previously.

In an age of tapping on numbers to get to different deptartments, this just makes life easier. I had a harrowing divorce battle and am fortunate to have had Amanda Shaffer as my attorney. I was served with a surprise hearing in Integrated Domestic Violence Court (IDVF) - with not even a hearing date - and I scrambled to find counsel. After a frantic search and a dozen interviews with different attorneys, I chose Amanda because of her understanding of the situation and high conflict personalities.
Amanda’s approach is like a fox. She is methodical, knowing when to stay quiet - and when to strike. (For me, staying quiet was one of the hardest things because I wanted to immediately prove my innocence and refute every false allegation against me. She told me this would take time, which it did.)
In addition to being kind, clever, ethical, wise and emotionally intelligent, Amanda is also tough. She would not allow us to be bullied by the opposing counsel and their dirty tactics.

It’s a job at the end of the day to most. If Aaron Shapiro or the force that is Amanda Schaffer takes your case, TRUST THEM. Full disclosure: I am a nightmare client. On a scale from 1-10, I’m an 11 in terms of annoying. My son is my absolute world. I have been a “white pony” more times than you can imagine. Over-billed. None of it made sense. Those attorneys cared about a paycheck. Aaron and Amanda are not only EXCELLENT attorneys, they’re good people. They have a backbone. Their time is valuable. They’re not cheap. Know that. When your child, freedom, or immigration status is on the line — don’t put it in the hands of someone who treats you like a file. The legal progress is exhausting (mentally and financially — I know it all too well.) It’s unfair. Read that again.
No attorney should ever promise you a victory. Here’s what this random stranger who’s been put through the wringer for 3 years can promise you first hand — this firm cares and they’re your best shot.

Alexander Sigal is a top-level professional, a true specialist in his field, although he can be rude, straightforward as some people write here, it doesn't matter if he WINS your case, it's worth it, 1.5 years have passed since my arrival in America, I switched to SBP1 and the case was won, I want tonote that the decisive contribution to the trial was made by the lawyer, because in the end he was able to convey to the judge and the prosecutor so well why I should get asylum that he was able to change the judge's opinion in my favor, also at the beginning there were problems with the court not receiving Form 589 on time, but Alexander was able to prove that everything was filed on time!
