I was facing 5 tickets which all contained points and high fee penalties. I contacted Mr.Ricca and from there he made it super easy, affordable and kept me updated on my case. Ultimately he got 4 of my charges dismissed and 1 lowered to a minor infraction that would have no impact on my record. Amazing work and definitely recommend!

I’ve had Gary Miller represent me in traffic court two separate times over the years for two different moving violations that almost got me 12 points on my license in total. He ended up having both violations reduced to parking tickets with no points! Safe to say if I ever need a traffic lawyer or family/friends need one I know who I will be recommending and calling up. He is very professional and gets back to you with updates quickly. I appreciate how much stress he took off my shoulders. My last ticket I got I felt was unfair and I was really upset, because I tried to explain to the officer what was going on, but he didn’t care to hear me and he said “i think i saw you in the wrong so that was enough”. I remembered Gary had helped me 3 years before for a ticket so I decided to give him a call and I thank God I did! He immediately gave me a sense of hope and understanding over the phone and I knew he would help me out a lot. Within the next week and a half my ticket was decreased from a 5 point $800+ fine to a 0 point $200 fine. Thank you Gary for helping me keep my driving history clean you are good at what you do!

This is a review on Kurta Law and specifically Jonathan Kurta. Jonathan reached out to me a few months back and was representing a group to recover funds on a stock loss. When I first discussed the issue he was very easy to talk to and I didn't feel pressured to join. After talking with him I agreed to move forward and he kept me informed as progress was made and ultimately got an excellent outcome. This is especially eventful due to the fact that the case was older than aloud but we still won the case. I highly recommend this company and Jonathan.

I am very thankful for David J. Barry's services and the outcome of the case. I hired David J. Barry to dispute an unlicensed operator ticket for my 17-year-old son. After he went to court, he was able to resolve my son’s traffic matter with a jaywalking violation instead. This outcome was incredibly helpful because it had no impact on my son’s future license.

I want to start by saying my situation was a MESS. Hired prior lawyers who didn’t properly represent me or even submit paperwork that needed to be submitted. I have a child with autism and i wanted to make sure that her father who was absent for a long period of time was going to be in our child’s life for the right reasons. It’s been one heck of a journey - order of protection, accusations, a TON of stress and frustration, i can go on and on and I felt i was getting in a hole i couldn’t get out of for this ongoing case for the past 2 years. Once i hired with the Alber firm - Christina, Christian, Jean and Carla have been communicative, on top of everything, gave me clarity and understanding with the process and were GENUINE. I was able to settle the case with joint legal custody with final decision making, child support and have residential custody along with coming up with a stipulation that allowed both I and the father to come to terms with, making peace on both sides. I thank God first and then i thank this firm ! Would highly recommend to anyone and if i ever need them again, I’ll call them for sure !

I was hesitant to contact an injury lawyer at first, as my accident was still fresh, but I am so glad I reached out and found Dan Smyth. He was massive help during a turbulent time.
I wish there were 10 stars on this review because I would give them all to Dan. I could not recommend him enough. He showed such compassion and took care of every little thing for me during the duration of my case.
