After having a lawyer that i felt didn't adequately represent me and had put me in a tough situation. Robert had taken on the case in my opinion on the losing team and was able to represent me and my daughter with our needs as top priority. Also having the case concluded after trial he had throughly reviewed the results and found an error. Then reached out to proceed with correcting the courts error. STOP! Do Not Look Any Further! Robert is your man!
I have been dealing with my ex and her family literally since my son was born in 2011 and them trying relentlessly to get full custody of him. After the first three court fights with a different attorney and trying to appease demands and doing what was best for my son, that still was not good enough.
During my 3rd court fight in 2018, I reached out to Robert because I realized this was not going to stop. Even though I had another attorney at the time, I placed a retainer with Robert as well. I knew I would need someone more aggressive for a bigger fight that would come in the future. I wanted Robert to be familiar with my case and to plan for it. Well, that 4th fight came this year (2023-2024), and HE DID NOT DISAPPOINT!
Robert has the right balance of aggressiveness, exceptional knowledge, firmness, and negotiating skills. But if push comes to shove, just put your feet up, sit back, and watch! He will NEVER let you be bullied or give an inch on what you legally deserve. So much so, during this 4th court fight, Robert was able to modify my previous court orders (in favor of me), while the opposition filed custody petitions, enforcement petitions, and modification petitions. All of which failed!
Robert is still on retainer! Because as of today, the next time/the LAST TIME/the most important time...will be on our terms! Already preparing.
DO NOT LOOK ANY FURTHER!!!!

I can’t say enough good things about Cory Dalmata. He’s helped me on countless situations pertaining to my son and custody & a couple of other matters as well.
Everything he has advised me on he was always 100% spot on . Cory is a straight shooter and will tell you exactly how it is. He’s very fast to respond to phone calls & emails. He’s always been quick to get things done and will fight tooth and nail for his clients .
One of the many things that I respect about Cory is he will always talk of the importance of co-parenting and when possible court should be a last resort.

I asked this guy to be my lawyer for something regarding a vision and he said "Sure thing girlie, I'll take care of it." And he somehow got thrown into jail. Next thing I know, a big whale emerges through the floor. It was a very odd experience having him as my lawyer but he's chill enough.

4 months ago Mom was sent to a nursing home for rehab and then was transferred to long term care. We fought long and hard to get her out and bring her home. We were given excuse after excuse as to why she needed to stay there. Without Nicholas Khayumov and his team none of this would have been possible! Mom is now home where she belongs being cared for by her family. We are looking forward to many happy days ahead. We cannot thank you enough!

Martin Rosen is an excellent attorney, one whom has been there for me throughout not only the worst times in my life, but for the times after. He is attentive, knowledgable, and usage of his services purveys one with a peace of mind that is not readily attainable with less qualified lawyers. He is direct and honest, but compassionate. If you tell Mr. Rosen the actual scenario, he will obtain the best result possible; if you are in a bad place, he will put you in a better one. He is not intimidated by snark nor malice. I have used his services for my own custody issues on multiple occasions and will continue to do so as long as his name rests over his awning.
I have severe concerns regarding the recent one star review (Chris, 2024) and strongly take issue with his brazen mischaracterization of an individual whom has been there for me at my lowest as much as any professional could be asked to. I hope he gets the help he needs, but his review reads as untrue and glib. Though his flat attempts at slander, one can see a truly gauche (nay, entitled?) interior, and I simply cannot understand why someone who clearly never even used Mr. Rosen's services feels entitled to mischaracterize one's business (and thus livlihood) as they did in such a shameful and public manner. I would strongly urge any potential clients to ignore this individual's sentiments entirely.

OMG it is no exaggeration to say these legal eagles SAVED MY LIFE!
I was in desperate need of top notch legal counsel and representation, and that's when I found the deservedly top-rated law firm of Raiser & Kenniff.
Mr. Kenniff is, like me, a veteran of the armed forces, having served honorably in wartime Iraq. He is also a former NYC prosecutor who was the GOP's 2021 nominee for the powerful office of Manhattan District Attorney. So Mr. Kenniff had the perfect background and mindset to be of invaluable assistance to my case.
I had never been in such a daunting situation. I survived being victimized by some deranged street lowlife with a criminal record 10 times as long as this review only to be victimized by the NYPD, and the Bronx DA's office. After figuring out what had happened, both rogue institutions became hellbent on seeing me finish my life in some upstate gulag where I would be surrounded 24/7/365 by people as bad or worse than the animal whose sudden violent attack I had successfully fended off. A heavy-hitter like Mr. K was needed to defend me from these enlightened despots.
The DA's office should never have filed charges against me. Besides the rank injustice of such an unnecessary and mean-spirited action, they had no evidence capable of meeting their evidential burden, even though that burden has gotten frighteningly lighter in recent years. Indeed, their only evidence was languishing in a solitary confinement unit on Riker's Island - where he should have been the night we met - and they had nothing but that maniac to go to the grand jury with. But the bitter old saying, "You can indict a ham sandwich" is true, especially in frightened Gotham, so it seemed likely I would still be put through the expense and ordeal of a full-blown criminal trial at some point down the road.
And I surely would have if the assistant DA didn't know who was representing me: the notorious and feared legal gunslingers Raiser & Kenniff! When “the People” noticed who was representing me, they realized they would have many, MANY hours of work ahead of them, and in the end would STILL lose. Thank God I had the great Tom Kenniff in my corner, and that meant there was no point wasting a lot of time and resources trying to railroad me into the clink. Four months after my arraignment, a mealy-mouthed, assistant DA requested the judge dismiss all charges against me. It was all I could do to exit the courtroom without twerking!
If you are in big trouble like I was don't fool around or shop around. Hire these well-known terminators and like me you'll be damned glad you did. :)

When I went to see Stacey, I was sobbing and almost incoherent. My sister-in-law joined me to ensure that everything was comprehended and understood. Stacey, although I was very emotional, cut straight to the chase with regard to my pending divorce. She put my emotions aside, and with her experience and dedication, directed me on exactly what needed to happen next. It was clear to me that she was very experienced with a no- nonsense approach to what needed to be done. Action was taken the very same day to file for my divorce, which was not my choice as the decision had been made for me. I grew stronger with Stacey's guidance and support. I cannot say enough about how Stacey will find the time to answer your questions (even when some of them may be frustrating, and I know some of mine were because I did not understand the process) and offer support at the very professional level of an attorney who has much experience in her field. I don't think that I could have, nor would i have wanted to, work with another attorney. I was not referred to Lance. I live 90 minutes away from his office and needed an attorney on Long Island. I chose Lance based on a few positive reviews and a frantic need for representation.
A complex divorce has had me working with him for almost two years. Amid a hectic schedule that all good divorce attorneys navigate , moments when the emotions of it all make you feel snubbed by the world, and even your attorney, Lance has helped me to create a case against my ex-wife that will likely result in the win I’ve longed for. If it doesn’t, it will have been of no fault to Lance. Together we crafted a motion that dissected my ex-wife’s false claims and lies. Over a year later, 8 adjournments and a continued emotional roller coaster I was able to see Lance on trial. His performance was no less than brilliant in every way possible. While my case is ongoing, his strategy made a fool of opposing counsel, and his intellect, instinct and confidence in front of the judge completely demolished the false narrative that was presented to the court by my ex. As a loving father this moment to fight back felt like life or death for me. While I feel like I’ve already won bases on egregious actions of my ex, and the truth, I’m realistic a court may not see what I saw. But what I saw was a true professional who accomplished more than I could ever ask for in a trial. I don’t expect to lose, but if I do, it will not be because of Lance Simon. As a client, it is hard to differentiate emotions from necessary strategy. It takes a pro who knows how to position your case in front of a judge to succeed. I trusted him and he surpassed my expectations.
The best way to work with Lance is to ask what he needs from you, and how that information needs to be disseminated to him. Your efforts will make the difference. Throughout this wild ride, Lance will be fast to return text and emails, and slow at time. This is common for every attorney brave enough to take on the insanity of divorce. Your time will come when you feel completed loved by Lance. Be patient. Your opinions will be heard. You’ll like be put in your place a few times, but tensions are high in battle. True Leaders keep the novices in line. You’ll need thick skin everywhere you turn while in a divorce battle.
Beyond legal, and after significant time spent with Lance, at his office and even at his home, I also leaned he is a very good father and loving husband. His humanity has mattered to me. It should to you.
Regardless of my final outcome, I’m happy to refer Lance as exceptional attorney. After the bills add up, and stress you out, you’ll be getting more value then you know. Great job Lance.

I was charged and treated very aggressively by the police and ADA in Brooklyn. Esere investigated the night in question, found holes in their case and and argued unrelentingly. Stefanie is the best! She came over to my house on a Saturday night at 10 o'clock with her daughter and her husband because it was an urgent situation and I needed help in the moment since I was not able to see my daughter. I did not expect her to come at all, let alone stay for over an hour to help me and make me feel better. Then she met me in court on Monday morning and was able to get the relief I needed. Robert was refereed to me by a friend. At first I thought I found the rite attorney for my case. At first he would answer & return my calls rite away. I scheduled an appointment with him & that’s when things changed. We had a 5pm appointment & got there about an hour early. Was told I had to wait for my appointment time which I understood however he didn’t see us until about 5:40pm which again had he been about his business I wouldn’t have mind. But we were sitting in the waiting area & realized he was busy talking with a friend of his about swimming pools on a personal level not on a professional level. Then when we finally got to sit down with him & his partner is when everything began to go downhill. I was rear ended & was in pain & already doing therapy when I went to see him. He said without my police report & MRI’s he couldn’t really tell what type of case I had which I understood. But I was given the impression that he didn’t really want to take my case. He then proceeded to say that once he got that paperwork he would let me know how my case would look in his eyes. He told me to mail him some paperwork that I had received which I did but then a few days later the paperwork was returned to me but the post office. When I called him to see if maybe I may have left something out on the address which he gave me he never answered nor returned my calls or texts. I reached out to him several times to see what was going as the insurance company & several other people & it ended with the same results that I was getting. He basically ignore me, my calls & texts. I finally went & retained another layer that reached out to him to inform him that they would now be handling my case & that’s when I was informed that he had said he was never my lawyer. If he didn’t want to take the case all he had to do was say so or at the very least respond back to me & tell me that he wouldn’t be taking the case & that I should just seek another attorney. I feel the fact that he would just ignore me & not tell me straight that he didn’t want the case I would’ve respected his decision. However he made us feel as if he was taking the case & was representing me. The fact that he would ignore my calls & texts & could not be straight up only goes to show just how professional he really is & I would not recommend him to anyone.

i will try to get to the point.
i knew Fred was doing law but never thought i would need his services. i want to say clearly, honestly, he got me through one of the worst experiences of my life. i turned to him for help on what to do re horrific tenant landlord problem. i asked Fred what i should do. he simply said he would help me. i had no money for lawyers, yet he took my case. he got me everything i deserved. it was the greatest gift i have ever received. never to be forgotten.
