Jacob Silver is an outstanding attorney! My partner was dealing with bad debt and went through a hard time with not being able to make ends meet. I found Mr. Silver on google and saw the amazing reviews and had my partner make an appointment ASAP. Within 2 months Mr. Silver did everything with paperwork, meetings, etc. for the bankruptcy as he felt necessary and let me add that he is always responsive and available for questions when his clients need him because my partner would email at some random times and always received a response! Mike is an untrustworthy individual and makes false promises to attract business. He charged $15k, for a basic one-page document that his wife filled out during a phone call and filed with the court. He failed to provide monthly invoices per his retainer agreement. He ignored my request when asked for a copy of the petition he claimed he worked on and never filed with the court. His wife, Kris, who handles all his legal work and provides legal advice despite not being an attorney, made excuses for his absence and failed to relay messages. Mike could not justify billing at his rate ($500) there is no rate listed for his wife. When questioned and asked for a refund of the remainder of my retainer, he aggressively refused, claiming there was nothing left. His Wife filled out the one-page document and she filed it with the court, we never went to the courthouse for anything or filed anything else and yet he states nothing is left of my $15k retainer. I plan to take legal action against him. Do not hire Mike!!

After firing my first TWO LAWYERS, I was finally relieved to have found Natalia. I had just escaped an abusive relationship and my ex decided he wanted to sue me for custody of our 1 yr old son.. (Even though he never showed any interest in being a father until I got the courage to leave him) He was incredibly skilled at playing the victim and I needed someone who was able to not only recognize this but to have the ability to present the truth to the judge. From our first consultation, I knew I finally found the right representation with Natalia. She was incredibly intelligent, attentive and perceptive. She helped me to navigate this nightmare with such professionalism and tenacity. After 2 1/2 years of litigation, the judge in fact saw that my ex dragged me to court under “self serving” purposes and awarded me Sole Legal AND Physical custody with permission to relocate out of state. This was a complex case and if not for Natalia’s wisdom and expertise, not to mention compassion, I don’t know where my son and I would be today. Lawyers are a dime a dozen but very few actually CARE about their clients. This is definitely what sets Natalia apart from all the rest. I highly recommend her if you find yourself in a contentious custody and/or divorce case. She will keep you grounded, focused and empowered with knowledge of applicable state laws.

I was fortunate to have found Paul! I tasked him with writing my prenup, and he was attentive and helpful throughout the entire process. I had zero prior experience with marital law, and I came to him with a ton of loose ideas for what my partner and I were looking for in the document. I knew it would be a difficult task to come to an agreement between all parties, and draft a legal document that satisfied everyone’s interests, but Paul came through. Definitely a lawyer with experience.. not a bad lawyer… just an awful human. Once understood there was no money just technically teamed up with opposition missing to communicate crucial information that I’m still struggling with the consequences. I had other lawyers after her, unfortunately ended up representing myself cause unable to sustain the legal fees till court assigned me one. Every lawyer I had after her did much better communicating and explaining the process. Overall I really picked her cause she was adhering to a plan my insurance was offering. If you are short on money keep shopping around.. she won’t do any good for you. It’s a joke people with these principals are supposed to represent justice.

After firing my first TWO LAWYERS, I was finally relieved to have found Natalia. I had just escaped an abusive relationship and my ex decided he wanted to sue me for custody of our 1 yr old son.. I contacted Rich Jacoby for my son’s financial dilemma. Since he was let go from his job of 15 years at the end of 2020 for not following the mandated Covid shots he had fallen way behind on his bills and was incurring more debt just to get by. We were so grateful we read Jacoby and Jacoby reviews because every one of them were real honest reviews. As soon as we walked in the door we knew we made the right decision. The girl in the office told us what to bring to the appointment very easy just bills pay stubs ID etc. when we got to the appointment he filled out a couple of forms and we saw Rich Jacoby.
