I had Christina handle a landlord-tenant matter for me and also a similar matter for my wife, and in both cases she provided exceptional, responsive service. She learns the cases quickly, asks the pertinent "trigger" questions, and responds professionally to let the opposing party know that she means business and expects results. She is efficient and knowledgeable, not one of the locals who drag cases on and may be chummy with their opposition outside of the trial. A refreshing change; highly recommended.

Beverly Proctor-Donald was referred to me by my co-worker due to impending dissolution of my marriage. She spent a great amount of time with me during my initial consult. I found her to be compassion, professional and highly educated. She would rapidly reply to any concerns or questions I had. She was very understanding of my emotional upset and was comforting.
She was always "one step ahead" of my husband's attorney. I was routinely notified of changes in the case days before his attorney contacted him. I had to seek out legal counsel after my husband of 35 years abandoned me. After calling several offices in the Canton area and getting a feel for which attorney I should choose, I ultimately settled upon Beverly Proctor-Donald. In my case, the outcome was good. Both my husband and I worked things out with an uncontested divorce, and with Beverly's guidance, I feel I got a fair settlement. about a year ago, i got pulled over and got a dui, they told me that i was going to go to jail for 6 months and that i would lose my driving privilages for a few years. i was so scared. lucky for me, my friend told me about scott. he not only got me out of the dui, but also got me to keep my license. the guy is amazing. i think maybe the smartest man i have ever met.

Was willing to take a client with less than 24 hrs til a "CPO" hearing, Asked some info, Gave me his fee and texted me his address. 2 hrs later was in route called to get exact location where he told me so results from his investigation into our matter. With less than 2 hrs prep knew enough about my friend. SHE WAS
GRANTED A "TEMPORARY PROTECTION ORDER" And this Hearing was for a long term.
When we arrived to court my friend froze at the sight of "Him". I got her to Scott and long story short. My friend went into court Scott Made a "VERY EXCEPTIONAL DECISION" , My friend never had to face/nor Speak to the accused Her (ex-Fiance, con artists, Thief and Manipulator) She was in agreement with a 3 year CPO.
My friend sleeps and goes to stores once again. The fee we paid was worth every penny to get Her Life back. Thanks to exceptional service and complete awareness of the best options with minimal preparation time available. I WOULD RECOMMEND SCOTT AND DO TO ANYONE WHO IS CONSIDERING TO HIRE A LAWYER.

Marcus Van Wey represented me in a domestic violence and assault charge plus four other charges. He was so wonderful with me and he kept in touch with me every time court was continued. He did not judge me about my charges and was very understanding and very compassionate. Mr Van Wey got 5 out of the 6 charges dropped. When first approaching my divorce I must have tried meeting every lawyer I possibly could in order to find the right fit. I ended up knowing right when meeting him that this was the person I wanted to represent me in my battle that was going to be the worst thing I had ever in my life went threw. I walked in his office with a ton of anger from not being able to see my kids and all the false information being said about me. By the 3rd time I seen him I had my head firmly secured and was able to focus 100% on my goals. He was only a attorney yet made such a HUGE positive impact and set me and my children on the right path and not simply because he was being paid to do so. At many times he showed his genuine care, compassion and understanding. My kids grew to know his name and are still to this day very thankful for him. I am a father that now has my kids the majority of the time and can see to it the kids have a bright future. A few years have passed since concluding my divorce and I was forced to be right back in court for contempt that was so far from the truth. I figured I could try to find a cheap attorney to hopefully quickly fix the problem, 2 years later and thousands being wasted nothing was fixed. I once again hired Ken and the problem was fixed and luckily I am out of court again. I learned my lesson, any future needs he will be my first call! I was never asked to make any reviews or offered anything to do so. This awesome man truly deserves a good word put out there for him, about him.

He was appointed to me by the court and children services last year in a custody case against my sister and her son's dad. At 1st I was very skeptical, but soon came to realize that he was completely and 150% all for what was in the best interests for the child regardless of what others might say or think. He is a straight shooter and doesn't sugar coat or beat around the bush like children services did me. He was right down to business and the point. Said child and I both liked him a lot. I was in a bit of a tough situation last summer. I was up against a potential OVI charge after being pulled over late at night with a .7 BAC. Being just a few months shy of turning 21, I was more than a little freaked out at the potential damage that this could have on my record and future.
I was incredibly fortunate to have Dayle as council in this situation. She was very frank with me from the get-go, not sugar coating anything and being very straightforward with what I was up against. I have had Marty defend me twice now. I feel very confident in his skills as an attorney, and how he is very knowledgeable about the law. He knows when he can win it for you or not and is very honest with you. He got my OVI, which should have been an UOVI, but can't do much about it now and he got it reduced to something that can't be seen as an OVI offense.
