Do not spend your money here! The amount of emails I have sent my lawyer to see if she can help me with my case is ridiculous. had an extremely frustrating experience with this lawyer. From the start, I felt like my case wasn’t a priority. Communication was poor, and I had to repeatedly follow up just to get a response. Despite paying a significant amount for their services, I received little to no support or progress on my case. I ended up feeling completely ignored, and my concerns were brushed off. It’s clear that their focus was on collecting fees, not actually helping me. I would not recommend this lawyer to anyone, as I feel like I wasted both time and money with no result. If anything they pushed my case back. When printing out my things out for my fiancé interview she gave me papers with the ink out so all the looked really messed up! Looking at it made me feel so hopelesss! It is So unprofessional. Not a single thing was done for my case. I’ve sent out multiple emails asking what they can do for me that I never got a response back from. Also it takes about 1 month and a half to even get to make a appointment with them & it has to be on call not even in person. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THEM!

I strongly advise against working with Darren Pekny and his firm. I was recently informed that documents that had a protective order placed on them, that he obtained, were obtained on a violation of Nebraska State Law. After learning about this unethical conduct, I filed a formal complaint with the Nebraska Supreme Court Counsel for Discipline. I am also exploring legal action to address this violation and unethical behavior. Unfortunately, this is not the only unethical behavior I’ve witnessed from Mr. Pekny and his firm. They have shown a consistent disregard for individuals’ constitutional rights, which is deeply concerning. I urge anyone seeking legal representation to look elsewhere for a firm that upholds the law and ethical standards. I would have absolutely no problem showing anyone proof of this. Please be smart and go elsewhere. Our justice system doesn’t need attorneys that are like this.

Jerry court hearings are public information. So you saying Unfortunately, your review does not present an accurate or fair picture of this firm is a dang lie because everything stated about your firm in the review calling you guys a circus and how Darren Pekny was embarrassed by a guy who doesn’t have a law degree and all your firm is filled with are money hungry jokes, is a very accurate statement and review and anyone can look it up if they wanted to. I believe it even stated you would try to lie to get people not to believe the review but unfortunately it’s the truth. I know for a fact your firm is more crooked than what was even said and unfortunately that information will eventually get out. He tried to tell on me for things that I have said to him like what you are reading now, just because he knows he’s going to lose. He knows that no matter what the facts are the facts but will continue to lie just to get paid. Darren has no problem taking money from someone, knowing he won’t win a case against a guy who doesn’t have a law degree. If you want to laugh then Darren is your man because he is definitely one of the funniest jokes out there! If you want to be robbed of all your money this is your man as well! Don't forget your popcorn when you come to this circus! Darren seriously is a complete joke and you will lose a lot of money if you use this firm! They will reply to this to try to get people to not believe me but honestly if you retain this law firm you will be losing money so go find any other law firm out there! Went to the actual office to be found with a sign on the door saying “no walk ins available”. Rang the doorbell at the office, some lady answered saying to call the phone number. What a joke. If you are looking for a lawyer that takes months to respond, Zach is your guy. It sometimes seemed like the only way to get him to respond was to CC the officer manager on emails so as to somewhat hold him accountable.
Also, the law firm appears to have blocked my email addresses so I am no longer able to get in contact with my lawyer or anyone else in the office whatsoever. I still need the lawyer I hired to respond to me and update the contact information for a trademark filing. Horrible service.

I hired Mr. Astley to be my Divorce Atty. I did not get half of the bank accounts. I did not get half of the dodge vipers. I did not get half of the class a Monaco diplomat Camper. I did not get half of anything. I was a stay at home mom for 25 years. I ended up with five years of a pittance of alimony. I gave one star because you can’t give anything less. This was by far the worst experience of my life.

I am a previous and VERY unsatisfied client of Mr. Adam Astley. I hired Mr. Astley to help me with my divorce. Although Mr. Astley seemed to be quite intelligent and had accolades to his name, I do not feel that he used his knowledge to benefit me or my court case. Beyond this,
I rarely received return phone calls unless the call was regarding paying his bill. I felt that there were several very important things that should have definitely been explained to me, that were not. I also wasn't informed about many, better options that I had available until AFTER the decree was signed, and at that point, it was too late.
I have spoken with several other attorneys and every single one of them, bar none, has been shocked at how unfair and terrible the settlement that I received was. In fact, I am now having to take my ex-husband back to court for a new settlement because the one that Mr. Astley bartered for me was, as far as I am concerned, awful. I personally have never had such a terrible experience and outcome with someone in a professional line of work in my life. Please, I implore you, save yourself time, money and disappointment and find a different attorney. I only wish that I had checked Mr. Astley's reviews prior to hiring him.

Adam was my attorney and I received a terrible settlement directly as a result of his terrible legal advice. I am having to go back to court AGAIN to refight the same case. Not only was he not upfront with me, he kept charging more & more money with no evidence of billed hours he supposedly worked on my case. He accepted all of the requests of the other party and did noting that I could see to stand up for me and my case. Worst attorney I’ve ever used and I’ve had several. Save your money, I wouldn’t send my worst enemy to Adam Astley.

My wife wanted a simple divorce and wanted to use one lawyer, her lawyer. We both sit down with Zarbano and she says she can do it . Zarbano says it will be a nice to serve you the divorce papers on your birthday. I went and got my own lawyer after that cute comment.

I obtained Margaret for a fair price and I was satisfied with the service I was getting until there were court dates scheduled in which I was told I needed to be there. When these dates took place I had absolutely no clue what took place or what was said or argued over. And a little less than 3 weeks before my trial date I received a copy of a motion to withdraw. I had made several attempts to contact her and set an appointment to go over material pertaining to my case and did not get any response. She was unprofessional in regards to how she handled her motion to withdraw. She ignored phone calls and emails. I am disappointed with how it ended.

At first, Rich was very interested in why we contacted him. He explained we should bring our legal material to his office for him to review. He stated he would contact us in a couple weeks with his thoughts. After a month, we called the office to get an update. Message left. A few weeks later, message left. A few weeks later, message left. A few weeks later, message left. NO RESPONSE WHAT SO EVER. Very rude considered we contacted him due to sensitive family materials.

Hired Meagan for my divorce and while she wow’d me in the interview and had me convinced she would fight for my kids and I, what followed was anything but the level of service I anticipated receiving. She conducted the entire process via email (only showing up for me once in court) and was put off by questions and my need for additional information to ensure I understood everything. She made the negotiation process very confusing and was not consistent, making me question if I was loosing my mind. Even after thumbing through emails to screenshot her numbers and her words, it didn’t matter, she always had a rebuttal to justify things even though my gut knew they were off. She was pushy. She made me feel like another paycheck for her and not a person. She THREATENED on a few occasions to drop me if I didn’t agree to the terms presented to me and never even considered going to trial on my behalf. She also completely over charges for her services aka representation from behind the keyboard and will rob you blind of any monies you may stand to rightly receive. Her business practice of threatening her clients during such a difficult time in life is shameful. Do not recommend.

I didn't read the reviews first. I was overwhelmed when I got his letter in the mail soliciting me and signed with him without investigation. When I went to his office for the first and only time, he was in flannel pajama pants (red flag). After signing that contract it all went downhill. He is unprofessional and will NOT talk to you and if he has to, he is irritated. His paralegal would contact me via text only and if you wanted to talk...good luck! He will add more stress to your already stressful situation and charges more than more reputable attorneys. Never forget you can fire attorneys, which is what I did with him and got good representation. My new attorney went over things Antonio NEVER did...PLEASE BEWARE!!!

I hired Antonio (Tony) Vandenbosch for my divorce/child custody case. During the consultation he seemed nice, professional, and i got the impression he would be the type of lawyer who would fight for his client. Unfortunately, it couldn't be further from the truth. He had very poor communication with me throughout the process. He does not respond to phone call or emails. In order to speak with him i had to contact his paralegal to schedule a call a week in advance. He was never available to talk on the spot. He was always with a client or in a meeting. I found this to be unacceptable for an attorney-client relationship. I did not receive a monthly itemized bill from him, which you're supposed to get if you have a good attorney. Yet, he had me making monthly payments and i had no idea what services i was being billed for. To top it off, the few times I spoke to him over the phone he was arrogant and condescending.d He was very rude and unprofessional. Please save your hard earned money and time and go to a lawyer who will work with you
