William took a $75 dollar consult fee from me and barely reviewed my case. Didn't ask any questions and then said it wasn't a strong case. I was seeing a dentist in Longview wa for a span of 5 years. They failed to treat. Failed to diagnose two cavities (Both in erupted wisdom teeth). WE ALL KNOWthat leaving cavities in your mouth for extended periods of time CAUSES infection, gum disease and loss of healthy teeth. This violates the standard level of care of a dentist in WA state under RCW 18.32.020. It is a dentists duty to diagnose and treat your issues BEFORE the infection, pulling of crowns and not being able to FEEL the left side of my face since I was their patient. A 5 year span with a dentist shouldn't result in your situation worsening!!! Not a very in the KNOW how on medical issues if you don't know this... maybe he needs to find a diff practice area.

TJ is an absolute wonderful attorney. He defended us against a false stalking order. Tj took the time to listen to us. He quickly realized this was a ploy by an individual to circumvent a repossession. Tj was able to successfully defend us. Tj was able to call out the petitioner on all his lies during the hearing. I would recommend anyone that finds themselves in need of an attorney to go to TJ. Honest, fair, really nice guy.

Paid a ton of money to get the worst possible outcome for child custody. Told me to give them full custody and focus on parenting time. Went with it. Didn’t get more parenting time at all. 2 weekends a month….. Told me we can pursue in court, but it would be thousands more. What a joke.

DO NOT RETAIN THEM. They put on a good "act" but they will drag the process out as they continue to charge you. As well as pass you around between the lawyers, ask for paperwork and information multiple times, and in the end send you to court with an unprepared lawyer in training who will fumble your case completely. The result being losing on all points as well as having to pay. STAY AWAY.

It is concerning to see the impact Rose Hubbard’s involvement as a best interest attorney has had on the children in a complex custody case. In my opinion, her decisions and actions failed to prioritize the children’s well-being or address critical issues. These oversights contributed to unnecessaryemotional strain on the children.
While I understand that not every case results in the desired outcome, this is not about disagreeing with a judge’s decision. I anticipate Ms. Hubbard may respond by stating that she does not know me or did not directly represent me. While I was not Ms. Hubbard’s direct client, I do not need to be a direct client to observe the emotional toll and lasting consequences on the children involved. I witnessed this process
Professionals in these roles carry a significant responsibility to serve as advocates for children. Families in high-conflict situations depend on professionals like Ms. Hubbard to advocate for children with fairness, care, and a thorough understanding of complex family dynamics. Unfortunately, in this case, I do not believe that standard was met.

I hired Lisa to represent me in my divorce. The circumstances in my case were probably the hardest that a lawyer can deal with. Specifically, my ex wife was abusive and extremely mentally ill. Without Lisa, I do not believe my children would be in a safe place right now. She was honest and forthcoming about my advantages, weak points, and things to consider. She was not afraid to tell me when I was wrong, which should be appreciated in cases like this. The divorce was long and drawn out, 15 months. During that time, Lisa was patient with my stress, and always answered questions in a timely manner. If you want a lawyer with integrity and honesty, but also knows how to win, you would do well to hire Lisa. There is not enough gratitude in the world for me to express just what she has done for my children and me.

Warning!! Billable hours are overcharged, double charged, incorrectly charged. If you attempt to discuss the items billed for, amount of time charged or the duplicate charges Maryanne Pitcher will string you along. Will schedule a time to discuss and review the bill to appease you then cancel the meeting. Doing this repeatedly. After numerous attempts to resolve the incorrect and over billing my case was dropped, the firm sued and sent the charges in question to collections. They also send other clients case information to the wrong person. I received other clients case documents to my address. Maryanne was confrontational, belittling, and condescending. Will be contacting state bar as others in the reviews. As well as contacting another attorney referred to me that has been successful resolving issues with the firm for Maryanne’s practices. I am willing to pay for accurate hours spent working on my case before the firm dropped it but not double, inaccurate, or overcharges. Spent around $10,000 with the firm for them to drop my case, sue me for charges I refused to pay, for services Maryanne avoided discussing and resolving. If you are already a client, communicate everything in writing so your requests are documented. I quickly learned that discussions with Maryanne verbally would be later denied, taken out of context, or I would be accused of saying something I didn’t. If you are looking for representation and reading this before you choose there are several other very good reputable firms in the valley. It is worth waiting for a consultation. Legalities are stressful, find an attorney or firm that can treat you respectfully. That you can trust with your case and money.

I want to start by saying I didn't hire this attorney. I could not make it to that point because she kept cutting me off and was in a hurry. I realize people are busy and do not want to give their time for free but you cannot hire an attorney if they are not willing to know what you're calling about. Its apparently all about money with this person and not helping you through your legal issue.

Our life has been stifled because someone we used to consider as a friend has turned into a lunatic due to mental illness. We had no choice but to seek an SPO against him from the court. We were lucky to find attorney Amanda Hash to represent us in court on a very tight timeline. Although we have prepared enough evidence, it was still not an easy case. The judge was very reluctant to make a decision and asked us to come back in 2 hours. At that time, we all thought it was difficult for us to win. Amanda did not get discouraged, but used the 2 hours to search for similar cases to mine and used them to successfully convince the judge. The win was a huge relief for our family and we're grateful to have worked with this law firm!

Update: my paralegal told me about how this law firm ran and I posted it on here. Now Brad Miller is questioning my mental health because I posted what my paralegal Nicole told me about how this firm runs.
Because I posted an honest review Brad Miller is trying to retaliate in my current custody battle.
Brad Miller emailed me May 2 2023 in the evening and had an immediate danger hearing May 3 without serving me papers. He has griped that I emailed him when he has emailed me personally.
My mental health is fine Brad Miller. Had a psych evaluation done.

If you really want to stick it to your ex and you want that feeling that you beat them, this is the firm for you. This firm is effective! They will bend the truth for you in court and in numerous superfluous memos. They will bully your ex and drag out the process to ensure that your ex suffers. In fact, they copied me on an internal communication which showed that they will even lie to each other within their own firm. Now, when you come out of the divorce, they will have taken everything from you financially, but who cares when you succeeded in making your ex suffer and that their tactics make thing so toxic that you will hardly be able to co-parent with your ex in the future. To ensure this process drags out as long as possible, they will neglect to let you know that your ex has made offers to settle. For over two years, SKH will make no offers settle with your ex and they will encourage you to not accept any offers because why do that when they can make more money taking this to court. They have so many cases going to court that the judge rebuked SKH for delaying court for 4 months because they had so many court cases booked, but the judge can’t actually do anything to stop these grey area tactics, so it gives you more time to bully your ex! This firm will back you up and encourage you to take your ex for everything. And while this won’t let you move on with your life, who cares as long as you get to falsely believe that your ex is suffering more because of it. Thanks SKH! I don’t have anything left to pay you with anymore, but at least I can feel like my ex suffered.

I was referred to John by a co-worker, and after my initial consultation I knew he was the attorney for the job. John is a fantastic lawyer who is extremely knowledgeable, and communicated every step of the process to keep myself prepared for what was ahead. I felt that my problems were now his problems. He was able to get my kids out of the awful living situation they were in while living in another state and into my custody when the services in that state failed to ensure my kid’s safety. He was relentless when the other party thought they could weasel their way out of the situation. He is no nonsense and to the point, and you will truly believe he is out for your best interest in both the situation and financially. What do people need when they are going through the worst of their lives? -Patience, kindness and awareness of other people’s feelings, as death can be devastating for the family and friends.
Knowledge without these traits is like getting a big enciclopedia.

I have retained Devin twice now in an on going custody battle. Each time we have won. Both court appearances involved the enforcement of parenting time filed from my child’s father. The second appearance was much more complex. I had chosen to leave the state with my child although there was an existing parenting plan and court order in place. Although I had very good reasons to relocate, I had a good chance of being in a lot of trouble with the courts if I didn’t have Devin on my side to articulate to the courts that it was in my child’s best interest. Trying to relocate to a different state with a child is one of the hardest and almost impossible things to accomplish. And Devin came into the court room well prepared and exceeded all of my expectations. Ultimately the judge did not order me or my child back to Oregon, I was not ordered to make up any parenting time (it had been over a year since my daughter saw her father), and he was given very limited time with our daughter. We were given everything we asked the judge for. I could never thank Devin enough for his expertise and fighting for my daughters safety and well being. When it came to closing arguments in court, I could tell Devin took my case personal. It felt like he really cared, and it wasn’t just “another case”

I met with Mr. Driver initially for a divorce consult. He was efficient and knowledgeable about the process of divorce and was able to provide direct and clear answers to my questions. I arrived feeling deeply concerned about how to get my divorce done, having struggled with the paperwork myself. Mr. Driver was able to provide calm and clear guidance, demystify the process and simplify the paperwork for me. He was able to communicate with me by email, which allowed me to keep working my full-time job while negotiating divorce paperwork details during breaks. This took a huge load off my shoulders knowing I had someone handling the legal aspect of things and looking out for me. Bradley Litchfield is extremely competent and did everything he could to get my husband and I custody of my stepson. If I could give 10 stars out of five, I would. I was involved in a civil case in which my 15 year old son was expected to testify. My son was very nervous about this and so was I. Brad Litchfield accepted the case and we feel so fortunate to have been in his care. I feel certain my case was not the most important matter in his caseload, but he always made me and my son feel as though it was. It was a great pleasure to meet him and to see how professionally and empathetically he handled our case. He is clearly a caring and compassionate person and was respectful to everyone involved. I am a retired businessman. Robert Scherzer is the worst employee ever. Robert Scherzer heads my list, as the most horrible person I can imagine hiring, to represent me in a legal matter. Early on, in my custody hearing, Robert complained that he doesn't sleep well at night. I figured out his problem. He doesn't sleep well at night because he sleeps all day in court. I also asked him if he would take my direction and ask the questions that I wanted him to ask. He agreed, but failed miserably. Despite his encouragement, that I had a 75 to 85% chance of victory, he lost. Then, he informed me that WE may have left ourselves open to some opposition attorney fees. I am thankful that I fired him and represented myself, in the attorney fee hearing. I think I was infinitely more convincing than he would have been and was able to limit my losses. After this debacle, I asked my 90 year old mother to describe Robert Scherzer's performance. Her one word response was "PANIC". I completely agree. I also sincerely accuse him of excessive billing, for his ridiculously poor services. No stars! Refund owed!

Robert is the best attorney you could possibly hire. He is compassionate, empathetic, a great listener, and very calm. My case was very complicated and there was only one case in the entire country that paralleled that of mine. He researched and consulted with many attorneys as well as constantly keeping me abroad of our circumstances. He is kind and knowledgeable and fought for me every single minute of every single day. I retained Robert in January 2016 to help me win custody and as much parenting time possible of my young son. We've been working together over a year now, and I can't imagine having any other attorney on my team.
From the start Robert encouraged me to take the high road against my ex-husband. Our legal strategy focused on how I had always been and would continue to be the primary parent, and not on debasing my ex-husband. This felt good to me because it honored my ex-husband's role in my son's life and was consistent with my personal values.
We stayed the course over 12 months, through hearings and a deposition and finally 3 days of trial. Robert's calm and thoughtful legal advice never wavered from our initial strategy, and it was clear to me from the judge's response and verdict that it was the right strategy.
We did win everything we asked for, and I am eternally grateful that Robert was my attorney in this case. I still call him to talk through challenging situations with my ex-husband, and always feel better after I do.

If I could've given him no stars I would have. Ryan was hired by my niece for a custody battle she was going thru. After stating the case was "a slam dunk case" she ended up losing ALL custody, was ordered to pay child support and secure life insurance. The judgement has ripped my family apart and now we have to pay even MORE money to another attorney to appeal to even attempt to somehow get this reversed.
Horrible, gutless, UNPREPARED and more concerned about getting back to his wife's fundraiser than concentrating on our case. He should've told us to bring the child with us and put a bow on her before we turned her over to the other side. That's how bad of a job he did. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, do not hire this incompetent man.
I am going to blast this wherever I can.
