I’ve been through multiple attorneys and William is by far is the best I’ve come across. He is professional and respectful to his clients and gets the job done. Don’t waste your time on anyone else acting like a car salesman/woman, telling you everything you want to hear to get the retainer. If you want a good attorney this is your guy but you must schedule phone calls as he is super bzy with many other clients cases. You get what you pay for here. My case is still ongoing but I’m confident in this attorney. William is also honest in his methods and hours worked.

I hired Terry to help me work through a tough time in my life. He was very knowledgeable and honest and didn't sugarcoat anything but he was also nice and there to empathize with me as well. He won't give you any false claims or false hope but tell you how it is and what he thinks. I really appreciated that. We got the outcome I wanted and honestly can say that I might owe him my life. Great guy to work with and less expensive than the other options I had found.

Terry is a great human, and he's extremely good at his job. My husband and I were in a custody battle for his daughter. We had been working with another attorney for years and were frustrated and felt defeated. We started asking our co-workers for advice and three separate people told us to look into Terry McCormick. It was the first part of December and we had court in January. Terry explained he didn't have enough time to take our case, but he met with us for a consultation. In the small amount of time that we spent with him, we left feeling empowered and hopeful again. I knew we needed Terry. Thank God that his schedule shifted around, and he agreed to take our case, which was in Washington County. Terry was organized, punctual, meticulous, prompt, educated, and straightforward. Every single question I had, was answered. If I had a scenario, or a situation I wanted to run past him, his answers were sincere and precise. Terry replied to me quickly and kept me in the loop on everything. The end result: My husband won full custody of his daughter. I could not have asked for a better person to represent my family.

I had the privilege' of retaining Pat to represent my case. There were many complicated pension and property issues involved. Pat's experience in these matters proved invaluable in slicing through difficult issues. She brings a wealth of knowledge and resources to the table. If there is an area where we needed additional experts she has a great deal of contacts in specialized fields (QUADRO, Actuary... ) to draw from. She knows the players in the field and is aware of how an opposing council may utilize a particular resource. Ultimately this case was settled and I would recommend Pat for any family law needs.

Better late than never. I was cleaning out my desk procrastinating any way possible to keep from jumping into my taxes. When I ran across my Divorce file from 2005. Patricia A Newman handled my divorce and it was a pleasure to work with a person with her level of professionalism. She out maneuvered the opposing Attorney a every juncture and we attained a conclusion better than I ever thought possible. I called Patricia and told her how I appreciated her hard work all those years ago. She was a little overwhelmed but I believe in giving credit where credit is due. I hope this review is of some help to some poor chap that is in that dark place that I was in so many years ago.

Jeremiah was amazing, helping me with every part of my case. From my initial consultation I knew he was trustable, as he tried to assist me with resolving the matter on my own, saving time and money, which would have prevented him from gaining a client. Unfortunately the insurance company wouldn't budge, and I had to take legal action. From the moment I signed on with Jeremiah he took care of everything. Working with him and Phoebe was great, and they answered any question I had and took care of the difficult communications so I didn't have to. We had to go all the way through mediation and we prevailed! He helped get a much fairer award than the insurance company wanted to offer. I would definitely look to Ross Law if I need representation in the future!

Happy with their work, and got the desired result. The other side kept dragging their feet, but Jeremiah was persistent. He is very straightforward, and both he and Phoebe kept me in the loop and informed every step of the way. Jeremiah was very clear during our initial consultation, and didn't pressure me at all. I felt that he wanted me to make the decision that was best for me. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and listened to all of my concerns as the case proceeded.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Ross Law and Jerimah Ross as my attorney. He represented me in automotive hit and run which I was not responsible for but some how was caught in the middle of - due to a shady unmentioned dealership and individual who was. Jeremiah was able to represent my interest and get this sorted out within a couple of weeks. I had been trying to resolve it on my own for almost a year - ad unfortunately was not able to clear my involvement until he represented came on the scene. After researching and interviewing several divorce attorneys, I came to the conclusion that Shawn would be the best attorney to represent me. From the first meeting, Shawn took the time to answer all of my questions and helped me understand the divorce process. Shawn is well versed in complicated and high stress divorces. Throughout my complex divorce, Shawn gave sound advice and led the way with confidence and a wealth of knowledge. I felt well represented and extremely supported throughout the entire case. I would highly recommend Shawn whether you have a straightforward divorce or one that is complicated and demanding.

Shawn and his firm helped me navigate through a difficult divorce. He was able to thoroughly explain the divorce landscape as it's handled in the state of Oregon. I found this very helpful since the majority of my life was spent residing in other states that handled divorces much differently. Shawn offered honest advice but was very understanding and compassionate while working out a settlement. With his vast experience I was able to draw up a settlement that was accepted by all parties and more than likely provided me a more favorable outcome than if I battled in court. Ultimately this method allowed me to put less stress on my two kids which was a top priority.

Ms. Kehoe was my lawyer through a contentious divorce. She was highly professional, very well informed and knowledgeable, responsive, and supportive. When my individual negotiations with my ex broke down and I was unable to communicate with them, I transitioned from consulting to hiring Ms. Kehoe and not only was she able to efficiently and expertly complete my divorce, she did so with a better and more fair result that what I was even asking for independently. I am very happy that I went with her, not only because she helped me pragmatically and legally, but because during an emotionally volatile and difficult time of my life, having her expertise provided a sense of groundedness and emotional support that I needed.

Jason was absolutely incredible. Not only is he an extremely good attorney, but he has a unique skill. He can read people with an uncanny accuracy. I told him my situation and he asked some questions about my wife (now ex-wife). I answered candidly. He immediately developed a strategy, based not only upon the facts of our situation, but also upon his reading of my wife. After speaking with my then wife's attorney, Jason sized him up within minutes and further refined our strategy. His assessment was spot on. He told me exactly what we would do and accurately predicted their response. The entire case played out exactly how he said it would. I can not overstate how valuable his ability to read people is. Although I hated getting a divorce, I am thankful that I had Jason as my attorney.

Greg and his staff are the best! Very professional in every way. I sat down with Greg and told him that my wife wanted a divorce. He took the time to go over everything I needed to know before I hired him as my attorney. After talking with Greg I hired him and his firm to represent me in my divorce. Because of Greg's experience I was able to get my divorce with out the expense of going to court. He was able to get me everything I was asking for including keeping my pension. I can't recommend Greg and his staff enough. Hopefully I will never need an attorney again, bit if I do Greg will be the first one I call. Thank you and your staff for all you did for me.

Jo was so great to work with! I really enjoyed getting to work with Jo for my prenup. All of my questions and concerns were answered. My partners found her lawyer was difficult to work with, but Jo helped us coordinate the entire process. My partner wish she had worked with Jo. I would gladly work with Jo again!

Jo was great to work with from start to finish. In the beginning, I had a million questions about divorce and especially collaborative divorce. She answered them all fully and patiently. As we were going through the divorce, she was very knowledgeable about prior judgments that helped bolster my case. She and her team were able to handle the divorce in ways that made me most comfortable. Their professionalism and kindness made what I thought was going to be the worst time of my life and made it into something manageable.

Attorney Jo Posey was recommended to me when my wife decided to file for divorce. I am very glad to have her as my advocate. Attorney Posey thoroughly explained the potential paths my divorce could take, and was realistic of how it would turn out. At the same time she was caring and sensitive to my thoughts and emotions, listening intently to everything I needed to say whether is was grieving the end of my marriage or going through the different specifics of my case. Jo has extensive experience with divorce cases and it shows in how she handled my case. She accurately knew what would be a reasonable and fair settlement, so she was able to direct everything toward that end, saving me a lot of money. She also knew potential pitfalls and ways the other attorney could game the proceedings, and so she proactively made sure to protect me from those tactics. While divorces can be very costly, Jo was extremely efficient with her time -- be it writing documents, making phone calls, or discussing my case with me -- which made sure that my divorce didn't cost any more than it needed to. Invoices were thoroughly itemized so I knew how my money and her time was being spent. I highly recommend hiring Attorney Jo Posey for any legal issues regarding marriage, separation, or divorce.

I went in to consult with Lindsay after a very difficult breakup with the father of my child. I was in need of his services in a short amount of time but Lindsay took his knowledge and found a way for it to work. He was caring enough to provide me with other options even if those options meant referring me to another attorney. Through out the time he worked on my case he was very easy to talk to and very quick to respond to all my questions. He was always very honest when answering my questions. I appreciated that because it allowed to me to feel confident and secure during the process. Lindsay, showed understanding and empathy to my specific situation. I can tell he has a heart for the job that he does. I would defiantly recommend him as a lawyer and would use him again if needed in the future.

When I initially consulted Caryn I was lost. My co-parent disappeared with our son for three months. I thought that I wasn't ever going to see him again but Caryn reassured me that I would. She worked through difficult negotiations, answered calls while on vacation, and help ease my stress and anxiety with her kind and professional approach. Caryn was more than just an attorney, she was someone that I trusted and I knew was in my corner. Through her coaching I was able to stand strong and confident in the courtroom. But don't let her kindness and charm fool you, she's a fighter and she's willing to standup to injustices. I retained Caryn. Night and day difference! Where my previous attorney was inaccessible, made major errors and wasted my entire retainer in little over a month, Caryn was always quick with a response and reasonable with her fees while providing amazing representation. She was also quick to fix the errors my previous attorney had made (some of which could have cost me dearly). Caryn truly listens and fights for what you want, aggressively. I contacted the office as I was at the beginning of my divorce and needed guidance and representation. I chose the law firm based on previous positive reviews. Christopher Fanning was knowledgeable, engaged and supportive. I put my full trust in my attorney throughout the difficult and emotional divorce process. Christopher always kept me informed and grounded. Kiara and Trina were also very professional and supportive during my experience with the law firm. I am very pleased with the end result.

Chris Fanning took on my case that lasted about three and a half years and all I have to say is that he was absolutely amazing. He really cared and put in countless hours researching anything that could help us. He is the nicest guy in the world on top of being intelligent, determined, and insightful. Lance Youd and his team are truly amazing…100%!!! Everyone listens, is hard-working, attentive, and clearly there to help the client in the legal process. Lance was great from the first meeting all the way through the settlement. Zachary Gottlieb took over my case after 10 months of getting nowhere with my existing divorce attorney. He not only had to step in and fix all the issues she had caused, he had limited time to do so. He always emailed or called me back nearly instantly. He was extremely thoughtful, guiding me through the process on what was a very complicated situation. The papers were signed today and I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend Zachary Gottlieb to anyone who needs an attorney who will be there for them. I felt he really cared, his actions and outcome of the case are testimony of his abilities. It has been almost 2 years and I am grateful I had the opportunity of starting my family law case with Katherine Denning. Unfortunately, my situation was incredibly high conflict and I started out without representation and restraining orders on both sides were approved with identical restrictions. After a consultation, Katherine helped with confidence and determination. Slowly that all unraveled as communicating became confusing and eventually I was working with Zach right before a seperate hearing relating to my childrens' home and possessions. When I had cried on the phone due to being overwhelmed I was dropped by Katherine with only 2 days left until a hearing took place. I was referred to another attorney/firm. I'll never forget trying to find a lawyer and requesting that the judge postpone the hearing. I represented myself at the hearing and although i didn't get the outcome i wanted, I am proud of myself for facing my abuser on the stand. His lawyer also messed up quite a bit and was less scary during the hearing. However, the judge had no sympathy that I was lawyerless in which I am getting very used to in the legal field. Overall, my ex' lawyer was agressive and unfortunately my replacement did not put in an effort at all. This is no fault of Litowich, however I do think attorneys should be willing to learn how to deal with victims of domestic abuse and sexual assault before taking on high conflict cases. It's reasonable for clients to be confused or emotional, however If you have a high conflict case that involves domestic abuse, do your best not to become emotional or look for a lawyer who is patient and experienced with domestic/sexual abuse survivors.

I worked with Kj for 18 months to finalize my divorce. My ex fought us at every turn and there were so many times I was frustrated and either wanted to fight him in court or give up. Kj and her team were beside me every step of the way fighting for a fair outcome and and advising me on my rights and legal options. Her whole team was polite and responsive and great at communicating by email and phone. I would refer her for any of my friends.

Lois Albright helped me and my husband get an uncontested (i.e, "friendly") divorce for a minimal fee and in a matter of five weeks. She and/or her legal assistant were very available and promptly answered any questions I had. Ms Albright and her office staff were very friendly, efficient, and supportive.

First time going through a divorce and the whole process is very intimidating. Ryan explained what I needed to do and took care of the rest. I even threw in a few curve balls which made Ryan’s job more difficult but he handled it very well. Ryan streamlined an unnecessarily overly complicated process (In my opinion) which is called divorce. Thank you!

Chelsea and her staff are second to none. Compassionate, tough, knowledgeable and they care about you as a person. Chelsea and her staff worked very hard for me and my case. Advised me on what was happening each step of the way and weren’t afraid to let me know if they thought I was making an emotionally charged decision or one that was in my best interest. In the end, they got me out of a very difficult situation to my advantage in the long term, all while dealing with a less than cooperative opposing side. I’ve heard from other attorneys in Eugene that Chelsea is truly the best and I couldn’t agree more. Please consider her and her team for their services.

I hired Michael upon making the decision to leave a very devious partner. I knew the divorce and related custody, support and parenting plan issues would be likely result in a long and trying process. My goals were to stay out of court and achieve a plan that was in the best interest of my child. It was scary as I knew nothing about family law. I was put at ease the moment I met Michael. He made an effort to connect with me and understand the unique nature of my case. He was clearly a seasoned expert with issues related to family law. The road was indeed long, but ultimately successful. Michael and his assistant were always responsive and I felt as if I was their only client over the course of many months. Further, Michael was incredibly honest and enjoyable to work with. He expertly coached me in my negotiating, giving me confidence and, ultimately, results I was happy with. I also felt assured that if I had to go to court, he would be tenacious in his effort to get the results I cared about. I’ll be honest- it cost a fortune, but securing my child’s best interest was priceless and so worth every penny. I would definitely hire him again!

HIRE. CAMBELL. NOW. When you're involved in a highly litigious case involving your children, you are going to want Cambell in your corner. She was clever, extremely organized and thoughtful in her strategy, despite the sh!tshow we were up against regarding the opposing party. Cambell fought hard to ensure that our plan was in favor of the best interest of my child but also prioritized the things that were important to me. I also always had fun talking to her. She gave me facts that didn't give me false hope, but armed me with information about what could happen and how to best protect myself and my family. She is an amazing attorney.
